04/04/2024: From complaint. More than 5 stars!
Everything but everything dirty and poorly maintained.
Carpet in the corridors filthy to say the least and worn. Filthy balcony. Tiny room, poorly made bed and without mattress cover. Bathroom full of mold and shower really embarrassing. Internal parking in a 5 star hotel 15 euros separately. Breakfast 20 euros each. I am speechless. I strongly advise against it
04/04/2024: Me and my partner stayed here one night on the first of April which is a holiday in Italy. Our first impression was a very distracted receptionist who gave us wrong information stating the restaurant was open when it was closed.
The location for the hotel is good, 15-20 minute walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. The walk passes through a sad, dark, tunnel though.
This hotel is five stars, which brought up my expectations a lot, I see the potential but everything feels torn and not maintained.
The door handle comes of the door when closing, cracked plastic and bad caulk work on sockets and joints.
They provided towels, hygiene products for shower which was nice but no robe.
The rooms had nice TV, spacious rooms, good WiFi, mini-bar and safes which was all nice features. The breakfast was okay.
I would visit again if I come to Pisa, but keep your expectations down regarding the rating.

04/02/2024: l accoglienza del personale e dei proprietari di questo ristorante pizzeria è veramente di gran classe abbiamo mangiato chi la bistecca chi il tagliere di pizza chi gli gnocchi e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Tres bien enchante
07/01/2024: Siamo stati il 3 gennaio a cena con la mia famiglia durante la visita a Pisa. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Il personale è stato molto disponibile. Ha spiegato nei dettagli le pietanze ed il vino poi ordinati. Bistecca alla fiorentina cotta al sangue come richiestia, veramente squisita. Chianti della zona pisana, come vino, assaggiato e devo ammettere veramente valido. Tiramisù delicato.Prezzi onesti nel complesso. Molto consigliato.

01/05/2024: Terrible service and equally bad food! we arrived (with a reservation for 6) and had to wait standing because none of the staff knew where our table was (despite there being a single table for 6 free). Not to mention the order...we waited an hour, if not more, for each course and when the starters arrived, one of them always had frozen mushrooms! The first ones were even worse, pasta with Chianina ragù was not ragù and was visibly raw as you can see in the photo! For the second course, however, meat was visibly cooked the day before and heated on the spot, bread that was supposed to be grilled arrived burnt black, when we pointed this out the waitress continued to argue by saying that the toasted bread should have looked like this!
Other tables pointed out errors in the dishes and general discontent with the wait and quality of the dishes!
End of the day total spend €210 and we left with a pit in our stomach!
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

A messy and ruined evening with guests.
15/02/2024: Good but not very rich pizzas. and without a precise geometric shape, it is just a pizzeria and not a restaurant as Google reports

29/01/2024: Peccato...che il cameriere in maniera frettolosa ci ha descritto il menu ...sottolineando il fatto che non si poteva scegliere un meno FISSO (pesce per me) e un meno libero per mio marito ! Quindi frettolosamente siamo costretti a scegliere fra i vari piatti proposti...Chiediamo un mezza porzione per me di fritto di pesce..ed il cameriere acconsente !
Al momento del conto la mezza porzione viene conteggiata per INTERO in quanto non esistono le mezze porzioni ..La prossima volta informate il vostro personale !!!
Peccato perche la cucina non sarebbe male!
Consiglierei inoltre di dare piu tempo per il pranzo..non si puo' correre perche alle 14 00 c'e un altro turno che aspetta di mangiare ! E' uno stress
