25/03/2024: Place with an intimate atmosphere. Nice furnishings, soft lighting, pleasant music.
It is possible to choose a complete tasting from three (land, sea and mixed "as per tradition"), each including six courses, or select individual à la carte dishes from the aforementioned tastings. If you opt for one of the three complete menus, the journey must be shared by all the guests (i.e. at the same table it will not be possible to choose a tasting and at the same time á la carte courses, nor two different tastings).
This apparent rigidity is promptly overcome once the tasting is served - we selected "as a tradition", in our case.
Starting from the welcome prosecco and the amuse bouche, the gastronomic experience is special. Refined and divinely successful combinations, perfect cooking, pasta with an amazing consistency, condiments with multiple flavors and without one ingredient dominating the other, delicious presentation of the dishes.
Personally we found the first four courses excellent, while the second course and the dessert were a step below (although pleasant, but less harmonious than the previous dishes).
In general, the raw materials appear to be of a high standard, and are certainly crafted and arranged with skill.
To the admiration for the chef's skills, we must add appreciation for the entire dining room staff, polite and present, never intrusive and very competent.
It should be considered that, contemplating ordering a bottle of wine (not among the most expensive) for two, the price is around €90 each.
It has almost never happened to me to spend such sums for a single meal, but the Polveriera is a culinary experience that truly deserves such an outlay.
And I think I'll make it again in the near future, perhaps once the tasting menus have been remodeled.

he is very helpful and competent, the waiters manage to immerse the customer at 360° thanks to the accurate description of the dishes. Each dish is a unique experience, a mix of flavors and textures, you can see that there is attention and precision in everything served! Excellent value for money, I recommend the tasting menu!!

30/12/2023: Fiorella's restaurant is large and not small.
I frequented and enjoyed the dishes that Fiorella offered many times years ago, even when the place was called Il Cacciatore.
Food has always been the prince of the palate and with truly competitive prices.
The room is very welcoming, not large but set up very well.
The very qualified staff and then there was Fiorella, the queen of life.
I wish you a great and undisputed cook, best wishes for a happy and satisfying life.

20/03/2024: Let me start by saying, very good pizza, I liked it a lot. The environment is a little too large, you feel a little lost in this large room but still pleasant, in Naples style. However, we were disappointed because at a certain point the waitress brought our child a gift (as she called it), a little toy. It's a shame that we were charged for this "gift" on the bill...2 euros. For goodness sake, little stuff... but I didn't find it correct. In fact, quite the opposite...Furthermore, they had also included the cover charge for the child on the bill (who only ate the food he brought from home as he was small, an aspect which I had specified both when booking the table and when ordering at the waitress). In the end, we managed to get the little one's cover removed, however... we don't behave like that, it's a shame that such an established place slips on these banana peels...
16/03/2024: Dinner with friends, the pizzas were excellent both for the type and the ingredients used, we also tried the desserts which we really liked including the novelty of the pastiera cheesecake...congratulations for everything including Michela's service which I consider an added value! Well done

13/08/2023: I don't know why this Google restaurant is still active, I went in person and I guarantee you that it has been closed for at least a year, and is in a state of abandonment.
