30/08/2024: Prices not related to the offer! Disappointment! Bar fridge contained 3 small cartons of water! An adequate bathroom kit was missing. No conditioner and shampoo with shower gel in the usual bottle, therefore "saving". The request for a hair diffuser was not fulfilled. It was difficult to even get La Gazzetta in the morning It didn't arrive before 10am. Inadequate staff especially at reception and in the dining room. A thousand small shortcomings which unfortunately denote a substantial inconsistency in the "quality/price" ratio! Tablecloths for breakfast non-existent! Request for adequately long bed for tall son was not satisfied. Nice room, swimming pool too but the gazebos old and full of cobwebs. Shuttle service ok and beach valid

03/08/2024: We had stayed in this hotel for two weeks in July last year, and we were so satisfied that we wanted to repeat the experience again this year, again for two weeks, despite the sharp increase in prices which were already high. It's a shame that a lot of things have changed this year. Starting with the management which has proven not to be up to par with a 4* hotel in Punta Ala, DEFINITELY NOT FOR CUSTOMERS GIVEN WHAT THEY PAY. 0Breakfast with limited variety and discount products, to have a vegan brioche (which can now also be found in motorway restaurants) we had to have our Tour Operator intervene, only three cakes always the same, fruit only melon and pineapple and some mornings only pineapple, to make a cappuccino the staff argued among themselves for half an hour, there was often no hot water for tea, table without even a piece of paper on it, room for breakfast, lunch and dinner OUTSIDE ONLY BY THE POOL in the sun and in the heat of 40° Every evening with steaming barbecues that smoked the air and depending on how the wind blew you would come to your room or to the pool or while you were sitting there eating. Complete absence of air conditioning in the common areas, given that the rooms that last year were elegantly set up for breakfast and dinner have this year become playrooms for children. No relaxation area or TV as the lounge has been emptied of sofas. No air-conditioned bar area to stay in the evening for a drink, except by the pool with the mosquitoes making fun of you. Deluxe Room: change of sheets every other day, no extra pillows of different weights, no evening turndown, no bathrobes, often mismatched towels, no tap and limescale maintenance, faulty safety lock, good cleaning, but let's remember that we are talking about a Deluxe in a 4*! Beach towels to be collected at reception in exchange for stamps. In a 4* hotel, given what I pay, you have to let me find the towels in the room or on the beach. Michel at the reception, and the maitre Mr. Antonio are always kind, friendly, but without losing the PROFESSIONALISM that is often missing in everything else. Excellent beach and shuttle. Elena and Giovanni are always friendly. Things must be said for better or for worse, because the customer DOES NOT COME FOR FREE and especially when he was only there the year before he expects you to find what he left behind, and above all what he sees in the videos and hotel brochures .

15/08/2024: Qualità medio buona ma prezzi più cari della media. Secondi circa 30 euro, contorno 9 euro, coperto 3.5 a persona. Location normale vicino alla strada.

10/08/2024: Posto carino, personale non presente e non attento, ci sono arrivati i primi piatti e l’antipasto era ancora in tavola. Prezzi troppi alti per la qualità dei piatti (anche il caffè 3€ a testa, tra l’altro cattivo)! Non torneremo!

I was a customer of the beach next door which for lunch offers the possibility via QR code to order directly from the restaurant in question. Due to an à la carte problem I can't book online, so I go directly to the restaurant to order from the staff. The answer I received was that the flatbreads and all the focaccias and fried foods on the menu were sold out before 2pm. We ask for the possibility of preparing two supplì on the fly but we are also denied this. Una garanzia abbiamo preso i crudi e primi di vongole, cozze, aragosta e scampi tutto ottimo e fin troppo abbondante. Servizio ottimo e conto corretto

12/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, servizio gentile ed attento, prezzo nella norma. Lo consiglio eravamo sulla verandina, dove consiglio di prenotare dopo le 2030 quando il traffico è un pò calato perchè altrimenti è abbastanza rumoroso il contorno

More suitable as a dessert. My friend had a seafood pizza and thought it tasted good. The service is nice, but anything but on point. The drinks were all empty, the pizza was still half there, but no one took a new drink order. Conclusion: it fits, it was okay. However, there are better places.

03/09/2024: We found the food very tasty (great pizza and fresh, tasty seafood) and the service was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The prices are on the menu at the entrance, so I don't understand what other reviewers are complaining about—yes, it's not cheap, but it's a tourist spot and everyone who comes here knows that. We liked it so much that we came back with the whole family a few days later, and again everyone was very happy.

12/09/2023: Either you arrive before opening or you risk biblical times just to get to the checkout, then there are the service people but we are at a festival and you can't have too many expectations. Of course, at a festival I wouldn't expect to have to pay a cover charge for paper placemats and organic plates, instead I would have appreciated slightly larger portions given the restaurant prices.

02/08/2024: The restaurant is located in the pedestrian area of ​​Follonica, in the center. It is possible to park well before the venue and arrive with a comfortable walk. The place is nice, well looked after and has recently renewed the menu with new and particular dishes. The menus are water and food proof, printed on plasticized argopet paper, pleasant to the touch. It has a comfortable outdoor terrace. Friendly and pleasant staff. Price a little high, but the raw materials are excellent. The bread with little salt threw me a little.

25/07/2024: Beautiful Italian place with delicious pizzas. Fresh ingredients (even fresh artichoke on the pizza). The tagliata di manzo was also delicious. Absolutely recommended!

Porzioni abbondanti Leggermente caro Abbiamo preso due antipasti Due primi Due calici di vino (molto buono) e un’acqua 96€ Il mio primo a parere personale era troppo aglioso (vi erano i pezzi di aglio) però molto probabilmente ho sbagliato io :( (pici con nduja di spigola e basilico)

02/08/2024: La location è deliziosa, il personale è preparato e gentilissimo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Due piccoli appunti (che però non tolgono niente all'ottima valutazione): le porzioni sono un po' piccole; quando non c'è la carta dei vini, il cameriere dovrebbe informarti sul prezzo della bottiglia che ti sta consigliando. A parte questo, consigliatissimo!!!

17/08/2024: Ogni volta che passo per Albinia è d’obbligo fermarsi a mangiare alla Rosa dei Venti, e la qualità non cambia mai! In occasione di una pausa estiva in famiglia abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante, assaggiando le loro prelibatezze e siamo rimasti come al solito molto soddisfatti. Una menzione speciale anche allo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta e variazione! Alla prossima

15/08/2024: Pesce non di qualità e surgelato, moscardini in guazzetto insipidi e stracotti. Patatine fritte surgelate. Sorbetto al limone palesemente confezionato. Mi risulta difficile trovare qualcosa di fresco in questo menù. Ci dovevano dare anche il caffè al termine del menù fisso di pesce e non ci hanno nemmeno pensato. Tengo a sottolineare che parlo esclusivamente del ristorante! Il servizio hotel non l’ho provato.
