31/12/2024: A great island, a great castle and a great restaurant. Freshly prepared, friendly served. The location of the restaurant is beautiful, a fantastic view and everything is spotlessly clean. Tablecloths and napkins made of fabric, the glasses adapted to the choice of drinks. We ate fish as a starter and main course. All we can say is greetings to the kitchen! Molto buono!

28/12/2024: We were in this restaurant on August 27th, I'll start by saying that we were very disappointed. First of all, the environment in general was not very welcoming, tables stuck to each other and noisy, the view of the sea was only available if you went out onto the tiny terrace located in the far corner of the room. They sat us at a table in the middle of the pass, with waiters and people constantly passing by, the waiters very cold and rushed. Now we get to the food: REALLY BAD. Very questionable value for money, prices pumped to the max for the quality of the food. As an appetizer we ordered the marinated anchovies and prawns, the anchovies were nothing special while the prawns were shameful. They brought a plate full of these TINY PRAWNS that were impossible to peel (they resemble the food you buy for pet turtles), with two "spits" of the "sauce" promised on the menu. While the fried fish is hard and clearly frozen. I do not recommend this place at all it completely ruined our evening and made us feel cheated. Honestly, for the absurd prices that are there, I expected something completely different.

24/09/2024: ¡Mi marido y yo nos zambullimos en este restaurante anoche durante una tormenta torrencial! No teníamos expectativas ya que no había podido ver ninguna opinión reciente. Toda la experiencia fue de primera clase. Preciosa bienvenida, camarero eficiente educado y lo mejor de todo deliciosa comida. Tuvimos un plato compartido de prosciutto y queso con un dip de miel seguido de entrecôte filete, espinacas y raviolis de queso ricotta con salsa ragu. ¡Un verdadero regalo inesperado! Gracias y lo recomendaría!

12/02/2025: I returned to Follonica for work and this time I wanted to try the lemon house which had been highly recommended to me. This time I'm the one to recommend it because I really enjoyed it! Very welcoming and nice atmosphere, delicious food and friendly and fast service. I recommend it too 👌

01/02/2025: Trevlig meny och utmärkt service. Tyvärr var maten inte av samma klass. Råvarorna var av god nivå men ingen av de fyra olika rätter vi åt hade smak eller finess.

05/09/2024: Voici enfin un établissement que je recommande à 100%. Nous nous sommes laissé conseiller par les deux serveuses qui sont d'une extrême amabilité et très discrètes. Un régal gustatif dans un très beau cadre, au calme, loin du centre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous y sommes allés deux fois durant notre séjour.

01/12/2024: This restaurant's pizzas may be good. However, I ordered Gamberoni. These were grilled without being cleaned first. When I asked, I was told that they were always served like this... Every beginner's cooking course teaches that Gamberoni must be carefully cleaned before preparation. Such food is actually “creepy” and not really edible.

21/09/2024: We ate at La Griglia twice, once for lunch and once in the evening. Both times it was very tasty! The pizza was really outstanding! However, the pizza is only offered in the evenings.

01/09/2024: Located right in front of the port of S. Stefano, it offers traditional cuisine... I wasn't thrilled... the first courses were better... the pizza perhaps because they don't have a wood oven... I didn't like it..... the friendly service... the prices of some dishes are too high... but you pay for the view of the port...

31/08/2024: Il cibo e il posto non erano un granché, ma non è stato peggio del servizio. Ho prenotato tramite the fork dove apparentemente avrei dovuto avere uno sconto che per una ragione poi spiegata al conto non è stato applicato. Non solo il proprietario l’ha fatta lunga, spiegandomi i tiri mancini dell’app, ma ci ha anche costretti ad andare a ritirare al bancomat perché il pos “non funzionante”. Avrei chiuso la questione amara con almeno un amaro prima di congedarci per mantenere una sorta di fiducia e senso di ospitalità, il proprietario (credo) ci ha lasciati andare senza neanche dispiacersi. Non tornerei mai.

27/02/2025: Sono stato in questo posto consigliato da amici e devo dire che L unica cosa che mi è piaciuta la zuppa dell armatore che era veramente speciale. Per il resto prezzi non proprio da osteria, Fritto non croccante pieno di verdura. E poi ci hanno messi a sedere davanti la porta dove il cameriere passava continuamente senza mai richiuderla, il giorno dopo avevo il collo bloccato. Servizio piuttosto lento.

11/02/2025: Si tende ad essere spesso scettici per le nuove esperienze, visto che spesso si mangia normale e si spende molto.bravi, ottimo cibo , servizio, location. Non aggiungo altro. Soddisfatta molto

06/10/2024: torniamo per la seconda volta in questo bel locale, in una via chiusa lontana dal caos, tavolini all'esterno molto carini, personale cortese, consiglio l'antipasto con i crostini e il crudo, abbiamo preso anche due risotti coi gamberi, buoni.

17/08/2024: Dopo svariate telefonate a diversi ristoranti riusciamo a trovare posto a Nocchino. La sorte ci ha premiato. Ristorante situato proprio in paese in un vicolo molto caratteristico. Personale molto cordiale e Sara molto professionale. Il cibo veramente buono. Sicuramente da provare.

22/12/2024: Sabato sera sono andata a mangiare la pizza alla Rosa, locale pieno, ma ci hanno preparato un tavolo ad L molto particolare, servizio impeccabile, camerieri gentilii e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, pizza buonissima, mio cognato ha fatto il bis con il calzone, poi presi gnocchi alla spigola eccellenti, fatti in casa si scioglievano in bocca, sugo ottimo, poi tagliere e crostini, serviti in piatti molto belli e belle decorazioni, per finire i dolci molto buoni, ci ritorneremo e lo consiglierò grazie a tutti lo staff.

29/12/2024: the dining room staff did their job maybe a little attention if you see that all the tables are served except yours. value for money just doesn't fit, and if you take the menus it's even worse because the portions are small, among other things in the appetizer passed off as cod and chickpeas no one will remove my doubt that it was boiled cod and chickpeas. risotto alla pescatora, tasteless and with little fish, spaghetti with clams, same thing, cooked spaghetti and combined with clams... often seen in Porto Santo Stefano but I certainly don't recommend this place.

27/01/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto bello, con una vista panoramica sul porto di Porto Ercole. Servizio molto cortese e veloce. Ambiente anche adatto a delle famiglie con bambini. Piatti di pesce e frutti di mare abbondanti. Un piccolo gioiello!

15/09/2024: A place recommended by the local hotelier, we appreciated the goodness of the thin pizza, well cooked but not burnt and crunchy as we like it, in a variety of flavors and combinations to satisfy every palate. If you then add outdoor tables in the center of Porto Santo Stefano on the tourist pier and friendly and helpful staff you get a place at 🔝!!!

15/10/2024: A hotel immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the sea. The rooms are really clean, spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Good food. The structure has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool in the spa where there are also saunas and Turkish baths. There is also a small gym and relaxation areas with air soft hockey, ping pong and table football.

23/09/2024: A mix between a nightmare and a candid camera. After a summer of work we finally manage to find three free days to rest. We book a room for me, my wife and our two children in the Punta Ala golf hotel from 16 to 19 September. We book directly by speaking to the hotel after visiting their website where all the services offered are clearly read in the price: outdoor swimming pool, private beach and 800m2 spa with swimming pool and internal hydromassage tubs. The information on the site clearly states that every guest has the right to unlimited entry to the spa, sauna, Turkish bath and Finnish shower. We leave aware that the season is almost over and aware that we will find bad weather, but anyway there is an indoor swimming pool and a spa right? NO the spa and indoor pool were closed two days earlier. There is no closing date on the website and no one notified us by phone of the closing of the SPA so we basically pay €768 to sleep and have breakfast for three nights thanks to their misleading website. But it doesn't end here! Returning to the room before going to sleep we smell a sewer smell in the corridor that enters the room, fortunately they change our room but the nightmare is not over yet: at 3 in the morning the fire alarm goes off, I call the reception and no one answers, I go down and find other customers in disbelief who tell me that there is no staff in the hotel, so we are there abandoned to ourselves, we don't know if something is actually on fire or not, only after 1 hour did he arrive the attendant to check. Moral of the story €768 spent to sleep and have a very poor quality breakfast, we left a day early all thanks to their misleading website and when we pointed it out to them asking for a refund at least for the night which we didn't use out of desperation, instead of admitting their mistake they started scrambling for €250.
