02/03/2026: We were on our way home from Florence and stopped at this pizzeria after noticing they had vegan pizzas. What a wonderful discovery! Delicious pizzas, very reasonable prices, lots of unique vegan options, friendly and helpful staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a beautiful location. What more could you ask for?

08/03/2026: As for the atmosphere, it wouldn't be bad, except for the bathroom with two steps, which are a bit dangerous for an elderly person.
That said, I don't recommend this place because the value for money is 0 stars!!
Not to mention the desserts—any dessert, just cream inside!! And then it's really overpriced... 3 coffees for €7.50!! Where do they even think they're at?
The coffee also leaves a lot to be desired!!

01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner 2025: terrible service, terrible organization, terrible food, cold place despite the pellet stove, which they probably turned on at the last minute.
When I returned home, I had a strong heartburn and a fever. Never again. I don't recommend it, and the other three diners had the same opinion.

04/03/2026: The menu is fixed, with only daily specials; Nedo is certainly a larger-than-life character, but a very positive one, and the restaurant reflects his personality. It's not a place for those seeking luxury and refinement; the food is simple but high-quality, and the laughter is a constant companion. A top rating for a genuine person who brings his charm to the dishes he serves.
18/10/2025: Nedo is one of a kind! Three of us had lunch here, we had three different main courses, and they were all delicious. But it would be worth eating here just to meet him, because you only meet a character like him here! Fair prices, truly good food, very, very informal atmosphere...

11/01/2026: Beautiful setting on the first-floor terrace overlooking the sea, excellent and beautifully presented food, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable waiters; although the restaurant is pricey, it's perfect for special occasions.

30/11/2025: Super fresh fish, generous portions, and a truly exceptional Gran Crudo in terms of variety and quality. Attentive service, with detailed explanations of the dishes. Excellent value, especially considering it's not on the waterfront. Highly recommended for seafood lovers.
Second visit to Black Out and absolute confirmation: well-executed dishes and consistently excellent fish.
The cacio e pepe pici with fish, the maltagliati, and a rich and incredibly fresh seafood salad are excellent.
A reliable and consistent place, worth keeping on your list.

25/01/2026: Nice place away from the chaos, the guys are all great... I always feel great when I leave there. We always order the fried pasta (delicious) because the tomato sauce is exceptional; the pizzas are excellent, with beautiful toppings, but I tried the new sandwiches and was amazed! We had the tempura shrimp sandwich (pictured) and the tuna one, delicious, we weren't expecting them. Well done, well done, well done! P.S. The desserts are also very good and highly recommended.
(P.S.: The pizzeria has moved from the restaurant, which is now located on Via Romana.)

21/10/2025: Located in the center of Castiglione della Pescaia, we dined inside (late October) in a very quaint basement room that was definitely once a granary. We ordered grilled sea bass and baked sea bream, along with half a liter of wine. The food and service were good, though the prices are a bit high, but the location justifies that.

25/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with a wide selection, where the first courses, featuring strictly homemade pasta, are top-notch and of very high quality. We only tried a few of the fish and meat main courses, but they were well-made. A very pleasant note comes from the desserts, where Elena, the restaurant's owner, offers a very extensive menu, again hand-crafted by her. Each one is better than the last.
Compliments. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: There's no better burger. The toppings are always different, with new additions. For those who want or need to forgo bread, I recommend the burger patty or the sliced steak. The fries, called "briciole" here, are real potatoes and not pre-cooked/frozen as they usually are. I recommend the baba tiramisu for dessert. It's our go-to place, and I highly recommend it. Well done!!!!
08/02/2026: My takeout order arrived earlier than expected. The food quality was impeccable, everything was made with care, dedication, and passion. I had exceptional pulled pork, a mix of flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients, along with very balanced nuggets and unique artisanal chips. This finished off with a delicious cake. To accompany it all, I highly recommend a Riegele, with its aromatic flavor and just the right amount of alcohol.
If you can, dine in; otherwise, the products are just as fabulous at home.
