09/08/2025: Fantastic location, delicious fish, and even the pizza was a surprise. Prices are moderately high, but that's fair enough. Friendly and welcoming staff. Free parking a few steps away.

21/06/2025: A place that allows you to travel through time and find yourself in the 80s, with lots of cream on the menu, at the highway exit for Augusta, in a post-apocalyptic industrial atmosphere with a petrol station attached, the kind where in video games you find medipacks and ammunition. Quick welcome, chair with mosquito net, ice cold beer, chips and perfect pizzas, all in about 30 minutes. We finish with a half-liter glass of amaro. Very fair price, plus an extra gift from the friendly owner. I will return, certain to find everything as it is. I give five stars because I can't give millions.

13/06/2025: An inconspicuous place with a nice atmosphere. We ended up there somewhat by accident on our way to the airport in Catania. We ate delicious pasta. We were served by a very nice gentleman who didn't speak English but we managed to communicate without any problems despite not knowing Italian. I recommend the carbonara and penne alla norma.

05/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, with attention to every detail. The fish is incredibly fresh and some of it truly delicious. The raw fish is fantastic, as is the catch of the day. Top-notch service, courteous and super professional staff. I highly recommend it.

19/07/2025: Pochi piatti ma cucinati con dovizia, ho riassaporato i sapori della nonna... Servizio sufficiente, la location lascia molto a desiderare, specialmente per la zona dove è situato il locale, sicuramente non turistica.

18/07/2025: Nos encontramos con este restaurante que está en Ortigia, justo al lado de las calles principales pero con vistas al mar. Fue realmente excelente. No turístico. Genuinamente bien cocinado y comida local súper fresca. Me comí el especial de pez espada y mi marido tenía el especial de atún que dijo que era la mejor melodía que había comido. Sobresaliente. Personal encantador y bien informado. Buen Inglés hablado.

11/08/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my unfortunately negative experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant regarding their gluten-free options. When I ordered, I had chosen the meat menu, but was told it was "better" to opt for the fish menu, as it tasted better in a gluten-free version. I'm sure this wasn't the reason, but it was the most expensive. For dessert, I was initially offered a simple lemon sorbet, and in the end, I was the one who suggested the solution: just serve the ricotta from the cannoli, as they didn't have any gluten-free options. Bread in Michelin-starred restaurants is usually artisanal, homemade, or from quality bakeries. Here, however, I was served a Schaer multigrain loaf. The entrées I was served were also fewer than those my companion had. The pasta was supposed to be with anchovies, fennel, and breadcrumbs: mine arrived without the breadcrumbs. As a Sicilian, I know that this dish, without its crumbs, is completely meaningless. In other Michelin-starred restaurants I've been to, in these cases, they directly change the dish to maintain its overall quality, not simply eliminate the gluten-containing ingredient. I've been to several Michelin-starred restaurants and have never experienced such a lack of attention to gluten-free options. This isn't a polemic: the staff was very kind, but there's plenty of room for improvement when it comes to gluten-free options. The price isn't ridiculous, and for this very reason, I expect the same experience and attention to detail given to all customers.

21/04/2025: Decisamente il "Punto Giusto" in cui fermarsi per gustare la pizza migliore di Palazzolo. Sempre attenti alla scelta di prodotti locali e stagionali. Impasto soffice e lievitato a dovere. Fabio poi, con la sua simpatia riesce ad accoglierti in maniera amichevole e professionale. Anche i nostri amici più "difficili" da accontentare, sono sempre usciti soddisfatti e piacevolmente colpiti dalla qualità garantita dal posto. Mi sembra un buon motivo per andare e provare, no?

11/08/2025: Pesce freschissimo, cucinato con maestria e rispetto per i sapori del mare. Ogni portata è un equilibrio perfetto di gusto e presentazione. Servizio professionale e cordiale, ambiente accogliente. Un’esperienza che lascia il desiderio di tornare presto.

09/08/2025: Esperienza negativa, abbiamo ordinato dopo più di un'ora di attesa nonostante avessimo il tavolo prenotato. La cameriera mi serve i piatti con un pelo di capello lungo 50 cm.fino a qui ci può stare.dopo avere atteso all'altra ora arriva l'antipasto, chiedo una birra alla spina visto che la prima era finita e mi viene servita nello stesso bicchiere sporco....assurdo, aspettiamo i primi piatti che non arriveranno, sicché decido di pagare il conto e andarmene...ho pagato 90 euro e 10 di mancia li ho lasciati ai camerieri. Per ultimo non ho ricevuto nemmeno lo scontrino fiscale.....e poi ci lamentiamo che i turisti non vengono più....comunque non lo consiglio assolutamente.

13/08/2025: Quality not to be disputed. Prices are too high for a modest fishmonger in the city. A first course, a fried dish, a small bottle of water, and a glass of wine cost €40. Excessive! The receipt shows the total amount without differentiating between the various costs, and the price list is nowhere to be seen.

01/07/2025: I was passing through before returning to my country. I give one star because I paid the grand sum of €57 for 1kg of shrimp and 1kg of octopus. Extremely exaggerated considering that it is located in a seaside place where fresh and good fish can be found everywhere. Unfortunately, I am not experienced with the fish market but once I got home, my father, an expert, confirmed that he was overpaid. Considering that by removing the skins and heads from the shrimp, 200g of pulp remains at most. I will absolutely not go back and I will also make my acquaintances avoid it.

21/07/2025: Very fresh fish, congratulations! The pizza was simply amazing, delicious, and everything was delicious! Not to mention the delicate, elegant style of the 1980s! It made you feel right at home. A return to the past, with an eye to the future. Congratulations to the staff! I'll be back!

04/08/2025: It can't be called a restaurant. Simple place, in a parking lot. Good food, fresh fish. It seems to me that the prices are being raised for non-Sicilians, a shame. Paid too much.
