04/01/2026: I'm sorry there are only five stars, because Trattoria degli Abbatazzi deserves many more: the ingredients are top-quality, the atmosphere is small but extremely comfortable and welcoming. But the service is the highlight of this little masterpiece nestled in the Baroque town of Acireale. The kindness, helpfulness, and attentive service make it a place you absolutely must try...and then fall in love with it, as we did.

19/01/2026: I had dinner here for my partner's birthday, and she received a wonderful surprise at the end of the meal: a special dessert served with a candle and beautiful decorations! Beyond that, the food was excellently cooked! The presentation was perfect!
Fabrizio is second to none; he controls the dining room, not a thing out of place; he's incredibly attentive to his customers and always available to answer any questions, not to mention his mastery in recommending and explaining the dishes! I highly recommend the "swordfish sausage"—it sounds strange, but it's something you can't understand until you've tried it at least once! Congratulations!
PS: The prices are perfectly in line with the quality of the service and food.

11/10/2025: I've been coming to Catania for work for five years, and Taverna del Grande Albero is a regular stop.
First of all, I find quality and courtesy here, but above all, I feel like I'm at home. The owners have become like family to me. I GO TO FILIPPO'S, I say every time!!!!
Always friendly, always hospitable, they never fail to chat with the customers, and I highly recommend it!! I've attached photos so you can fully understand my satisfaction. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the spectacular seafood appetizer!

03/01/2026: We just had dinner at this restaurant. What can I say? Everything was delicious, and the prices were even lower than average!
The two of us, after the appetizer and first courses, ordered another pasta dish to try, intrigued by the deliciousness of what we'd eaten.
I can't remember many places where I've eaten so well.
Spectacular.
The owners are so friendly, they make you feel at home!
I can't wait to go back.

15/12/2025: I attended an eighteenth birthday party, the Gloria room was very beautiful and elegant, the food did not satisfy me, poor quantity and quality, the staff was not up to the standard of the room, I understand that the work is not the best and is very hard, but a minimum of friendliness and courtesy never hurts, some of these things need to be reviewed and it can certainly improve and become one of the top villas to be able to celebrate any type of event
26/11/2025: A beautiful venue with several well-appointed reception rooms. The terrace adjacent to the dining rooms offers a splendid view. The dishes are all high-quality and beautifully presented. The friendly and helpful staff offer expert advice, making the venue unique. Kudos to the owners for their dedication and sacrifice in running such a demanding business.

The owner, Annamaria, is a true manager who knows how to deftly manage everything, managing to please every customer. Overall, the entire staff is excellent: Fortunato, Rossella, Angelo, Luca, and others, all very skilled and kind. In short, Tubo makes all the difference... try it and believe it!

19/12/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant, incredibly fresh! Special appetizers, but the raw seafood is the best. Friendly and professional staff. The price is very reasonable.
16/12/2025: The linguine with scampi was excellent, but it's a shame the meat was really tough. I expected much more from the second course, the fish refrigerated counter and the selection of wines were well stocked.
