Found this local gem yesterday evening by doing some research on the day. The restaurant is nestled in the main town. The decor was very cosy and warming. We were greeted by Fabrizio who welcomed us and provided top service with details on the menu selections. We tried the appetizers and pasta followed by dessert, all very delicious. The house wine was particular nice and complimented the meal. Thanks Fabrizio and team. Compliments to the chef!

I’m not someone who usually enjoys fish, but I must say this was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.
The service, kindness and care which was given to every part of my husband and I’s experience dining here was wonderful. Will definitely be visiting again!
Ps. Try the house wine and apetizers, you won’t regret it ;)

The food here is amazing! The best in Sicily so far. A good house wine from Trapani and beautiful first courses. The option for cold/warm appetizers is highly recommended! And more than worth the money.
Various types of fish, from swordfish to pink shrimp and from tuna to herring.
The absolute highlight of the evening was the dish of melon with herring and ginger. The other dishes were also high in quality and taste. Another standout for dessert was the ricotta fig. Perhaps one of the best desserts I have eaten in many years in Italy.
The service is also friendly and they speak good English; they explain a lot and are not pushy—very nice and very good!

A wonderful evening in Caltagirone. We dined at this welcoming restaurant and were won over by the quality of the dishes. The raw ingredients shine through, especially in the pasta with mussels, which was cooked to perfection.
Each course was a small discovery, meticulously prepared and tastefully presented. The dessert, rich in chopped pistachios and pistachios, was the perfect end to a truly memorable meal. We'll definitely be back.
