12/01/2025: Excellent service. The waiters were very friendly, and they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne and dates with dried fruit. As for the food, impeccable. We ate pasta and they were exquisite. The dessert is also very delicious. Another detail, the place is beautiful. I would definitely return!

07/02/2025: A small bistro owned by a married couple. He Sicilian, she French. She cooks and he serves. The perfect combination. . Passion and love for cooking. Everything fresh, catch of the day and other seafood. Definitely a MUST. The capponata, unmatched!

29/01/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten here, but I haven't been here for a few years. Simple and pleasant environment, courteous staff. The food was good: we took a mixed starter of land (very good and rich) and one of sea, and two second courses, one of land and one of sea. Adequate price.

19/01/2025: If you’re looking for a typical Italian place - this is it. Warm welcome from the owner, the chef coming out of kitchen to ask if everything is good and very good food (red mullets!). Good location - away from crowds.

19/01/2025: A friend and I visited this restaurant whilst staying in Catania and the food was absolutely excellent. I had the prawn linguine which was exceptional and would most definitely go back to try something else if we were staying longer. The service was also great! Would recommend to anyone 🙂

10/12/2024: Small restaurant just outside Ortigia. Excellent and generous meat and fish dishes, accompanied by excellent wine. The owner divides his time between tables, bills and tidying up with kindness and speed. The modest bill really surprised us given the "Nordic" prices of Syracuse!

09/10/2024: They had spoken well to me about this place for its simple hospitality and menu. I had a great time with the environment, the helpfulness of the owners and the quality of the food. A few notes, some dishes in my opinion should be better tested before offering them to customers. I am referring to the busiate with mussels and rocket pesto. Perhaps I would have preferred to tone down the intense flavor of the rocket with a sweeter fish rather than mussels. But these are personal considerations that are possibly not reflected in other guests. For the rest really happy. The appropriate price

27/09/2024: A tiny restaurant with great potential. The dishes are unique, fish and seafood are presented in a beautiful and unusual way. Refreshing desserts. It is worth making a reservation in advance and enjoying a delicious dinner.

03/02/2025: Salve Premesso che al servizio tavoli diamo il TOP. Ma alla cucina 0, se non avete le materie prime non proponete piatti e/o coppi. Coppo tutto pieno di code di pesce piene di spine. Non parliamo del primo orrendo, salatissimo, Mali fate i corsi di cucina. Ma come si fa, così invece di avvicinare i clienti li allontanate.

28/01/2025: The only flaw was that of the duck served as a hamburger, we didn't like the pairing with the stracciatella very much but it could just be a matter of taste. For the rest we had an excellent lunch.

22/01/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my partner during the summer holidays. We tried it driven by the numerous very positive reviews. However, it did not reflect what I had read, as the dishes were quite disappointing. The two appetizers failed, a good idea but in terms of taste there is still a large margin for improvement. The risotto, however, was good. In conclusion I can say that it is a normal restaurant, not up to what is praised.

10/02/2025: Non è la prima volta che pranzo in questa trattoria e non si smentisce mai per la semplicità, qualità e genuita dei piatti preparati al momento . Location semplice ed accogliente, cucina a vista, staff molto cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Unica pecca o qualità a seconda del tempo che vuoi impiegare per il pranzo ( i piatti vengono preparati al momento) si aspetta un po' troppo ma ne vale la pena .

08/02/2025: Trattoria a conduzione familiare con buonissimi prodotti locali, il proprietario Francesco e gentilissimo, e ci ha consigliato molto bene. Il menù è piccolo , ( una quindicina di piatti in tutto ) d’altronde non mi aspettavo altro. ( se uno si aspetta qualità ). Da consigliare assolutamente

26/01/2025: En realidad visitamos aquí para el almuerzo en septiembre de 2023. Nunca he escrito una crítica antes, pero la experiencia fue tan buena que he seguido pensando en ellos y me siento obligado a dar las gracias. El servicio era genial - especialmente Massimo - y aunque llegamos muy tarde para el almuerzo, cuando todos los demás se habían ido, sacaron todas las paradas para hacernos bienvenidos. La comida era deliciosa y también el postre, algunos de los cuales (los pasteles) nos regalaron después. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita, especialmente si viaja por la carretera.

01/02/2025: Thank you for a wonderful dinner!!! Sardine meatballs, spaghetti with squid ink and bucatini with sardines as I remember only at my partner's mother's house. A little bread to mop up the sauce and a good white wine to accompany it. Absolutely recommended!
