02/10/2025: Great friendly welcome from everyone on entering. We enjoyed bruschetta, pasta to share and excellent fresh fish. Really recommend the swordfish rolls. Tried the broken cannoli for dessert it was delicious. Service was great too.

28/09/2025: We stumbled upon Locandiere almost by chance, and we were rewarded. The very friendly and attentive waiter recommended some excellent appetizers, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was high quality and reasonably priced.

30/09/2025: We stopped for lunch, we took 3 set menus, they are very good, quality products, the guy who served us was very good, kind and friendly! Place with sea view, the price is very honest, 27.99 set menu that you eat a lot and the products are really quality!

28/09/2025: We ate at this amazing place yesterday. The atmosphere is truly Italian: loud, cozy and packed with people. The food is as good as it gets. The menu features no pizza, but amazing pastas that all taste amazing and authentic. The service is what makes this place truly amazing. The waiters are engaged with customers and visibly put in their best efforts. They smile all the time and even brought us things to taste which were on the house. Still not convinced? We were not allowed to tip at the cash register, which should tell you all there is to know. Definitely would come back here when I have the chance. Amazing people!

09/10/2025: Fantastic from start to finish. Very considered food - excellent depth of flavour, interesting combinations, presented beautifully and diligently served. The amuse-bouches highlight the chef’s devotion to detail and delight. The fact that so many of the dishes across the menu are coeliac-friendly highlights the thoughtfulness of the recipes. 02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the various reviews. An excellent discovery of Sicilian cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the kindness of the server, to the contact of the CHEF with whom we spoke, and of course his innovative cuisine. Excellent dishes, interspersed with petits fours. We would like to return, but we are just passing through... Thank you very much.

17/09/2025: The restaurant is nestled in a building and doesn't have much charm, but as soon as you see the waiters passing by serving your food, everything magically changes! Simple but excellent cuisine, the pork ravioli are excellent, as is the roasted octopus. The staff are quick, friendly, and the prices are absolutely fair.

27/08/2025: I highly recommend this place. We were there on opening day, at 8:00 PM. We walked in without a reservation. The lady who served us was professional. She was smiling, kind, polite, and very knowledgeable about the dishes she recommended. The menu focuses on dishes that are simply delicious. We ordered two appetizers, three pastas, four main courses, dessert, water, and a liter of local wine. Including the envelope, the total cost was 119 euros.

29/09/2025: Be sure to make a reservation. Our wine sommelier is extremely knowledgeable and has selected a few special wines for the tasting menu. The kitchen delivered perfectly. We'd be happy to return.

08/10/2025: The trattoria is family-run. The father and son are very friendly and helpful; they explained the entire menu to us. We begin with a welcome from the kitchen. The food is truly delicious and freshly prepared. The cheesecake is highly recommended.

13/09/2025: This was our favorite meal of our entire honeymoon! The service was phenomenal and they treated you like family. My ravioli was delicious and my husband greatly enjoyed the seafood risotto. We were treated to complimentary lemon sorbet and limoncello shots. We truly felt celebrated and loved. 11/10 recommend trying this restaurant. If we are ever in Sicily again, we will definitely be back!

18/08/2025: A simply unforgettable dinner in the heart of Ortigia! We started with a breathtaking appetizer: a fresh, flavorful, and top-quality tuna tartare, which immediately raised the bar. Then came the fried fish: crispy, light, perfectly executed, and accompanied by a truly amazing sauce. But the real spectacle came with the first courses: the shrimp and pistachio spaghetti was an explosion of flavor with every bite—sea and land came together in an embrace that was almost touching. And then... the sea urchin carbonara. Words are insane. A dish worthy of UNESCO World Heritage status, a unique and perfectly balanced combination that deserves every possible applause. The staff? Simply exceptional. The chef deserves an award, and the chef's wife was exceptionally kind, always with a sincere and welcoming smile. We left the restaurant so satisfied that we wanted to take up residence nearby, just to return more often. An experience that goes far beyond just eating: here, you can experience a passion for cooking. Highly recommended!

06/10/2025: The food was good, but was not worth the price, specially the dessert's. The waitresses were kind though not very willing to provide the receipt before paying the bill. Gesture that I did not like at all.

04/10/2025: We simply had an excellent experience at this restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you pass a beautiful open kitchen that rivals that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The owners are incredibly kind people and you immediately feel like part of the family. The dishes showcase the tradition of Sicilian cuisine, with an exciting, chic new twist from the chef. Highly recommended, make sure to have a dinner here while visiting Milazzo!
