Aribri Ristorante Pizzeria Bed&Breakfast

31/05/2025: We had dinner at Aribrì during a business trip and we had a great time. Salvatore is an excellent owner, always available, friendly and welcoming. The menu is really excellent, the pizzas are good and light thanks to the long leavening process used. Furthermore, the possibility of choosing between different types of dough is an interesting proposal and not found everywhere.
28/05/2025: I ended up in this restaurant by chance and it immediately won me over because at the entrance there was a little dog and the owner who welcomed us with a warm smile and immediately a lot of kindness.
The menu is extensive and all inviting: typical Salento dishes, land and sea, a wide choice of pizzas of which you can also choose the dough: Senatore Cappelli, ground and stone, cereals. All with 72 hours of leavening.
I chose tradition and I ate a sumptuous peppered mussels and a puree of broad beans and chicory with friggitelli and “schiattati” tomatoes which, as a regular visitor to Puglia, I can define as the best I have ever eaten: superlative!
My travel companions opted for the pizza with two different doughs and were enthusiastic. I tasted it: top quality ingredients, really tasty and light dough, perfect.
We closed with two typical desserts that Salvatore, the owner and also an excellent pizza chef, wanted us to try and he did well! With three glasses of a sort of sherry based on black cherries and primitivo prepared by Salvatore's 80-year-old father we closed an unexpected experience that I recommend to anyone who happens to be in these parts and that is definitely worth a detour. Salvatore is delicious, the food excellent: everything perfect.

14/06/2025: Op aanraden van lokale mensen komen eten bij la nassa. Wat een geweldige avond ! Zeer lekker gegeten !! Zeer lekkere wijn !! En een top bediening door Francesco ! Wij hebben dezelfde avond terug gereserveerd voor volgende week.
07/06/2025: Ristorante caldamente consigliato ed in effetti quando sono arrivato mi è subito piaciuto. Locale sul mare, personale di sala estremamente gentile, pietanze buone/ottime il tutto rovinato da un retrogusto di smerigliatura/saldatura dovuti ai lavori fatti nella veranda durante il pranzo. Ora io mi domando e dico ma sti cavoli di lavori erano così impellenti da dover essere fatti alle 1300, come può passare per l’anticamera del cervello ad un ristoratore di fare certi lavori con gli avventori seduti ai tavoli, MAH? Quindi per la prima volta recensione negativa

01/06/2025: Bad experience. We booked a table for 4 adults and 2 children and when we arrived at the place we were told that they do not check emails and therefore reservations made but only answer the phone. They sent us away without making us sit down and also with an arrogant attitude. With 2 small children who had to eat. Terrible.
18/05/2025: Old style but solid restaurant with very good food. The service is really efficient with fast waiters that seem like crazy bees. Excellent.

07/06/2025: English: I have read extremely positive reviews so I hope that my experience about ten days ago at lunch is the exception that proves the rule. I have rarely come across such careless presentation and preparation of dishes, at the cost of obtaining the opposite result. I photographed the portion of seafood salad that was presented to me as an appetizer in a bowl that could easily contain (approximately) at least 300g of fish chopped into large pieces, without any care or regard for its chewiness, but I could never have predicted that the next dish would be worse: a plate of spaghetti literally drowned in a lemon-flavored sauce in which a few mussels were floating. I admit that I asked if it was possible to replace the gnocchi with spaghetti, ignoring the fact that in the original recipe (tasted later in another restaurant) the fish sauce almost acts as a broth for the gnocchi, but if satisfying the customer means forcing him to literally fish out the spaghetti from 250cc of broth and ruin the dish, wouldn't it be better to recommend it differently? The doubt remains that a technical error was made in the kitchen, both in the preparation of the dish and in the choice not to give instructions to the waitress to advise the customer to order something else.

And so it was... an array of appetizers, land and sea, hot and cold... so much so that I no longer needed to order anything else. They are not your usual starters, but are of a much higher standard. The environment is simple. The restaurant is located in Piazza di Carovigno, the tables are always full. We were very satisfied

11/06/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Ceglie Messapica
Passing through the land of the Messapians to meet some friends, we were invited to this tavern and we were thrilled.
The location is enchanting: a historic building with barrel vaults, furnished with vintage copper pans and ladles, which immediately evoke the flavors and traditions of the past.
The staff is courteous and attentive, always ready to accommodate every request. The fish is fresh and the raw seafood is really good. Both the appetizers and the main courses have generous portions, perfect for those who love to eat with taste.
Among the dishes that impressed us the most, the fava bean puree with chicory stands out - a classic from Puglia, authentic and full of flavors that bring to mind the stories of our grandparents. The quality of the raw materials is excellent: from the mozzarella to the capocollo of Martina Franca, everything is taken care of in detail. Also not to be missed is the fish on the trolley, selected with experience.
Special thanks to Salvatore and Graziana for letting us discover this little gem.
It certainly won't be a goodbye, but a see you later!
26/05/2025: I was there for a birthday and the birthday boy had opted for a fixed menu including appetizers, a first course and a second course.
Nothing special about the appetizers as we ate the usual things we are used to such as anchovies, bread croutons, cold cuts with cheeses, pizza dough fritters etc.. if you are looking for something different from the usual appetizers this is not the right place. The first courses did not excite anyone and there were 12 of us at the table, average for what you can find everywhere while the meat was good and someone asked for seconds. The owner who at the end of the service asked the birthday boy to leave a tip to the waiters was not very appropriate
PS regarding the owner's response.
I don't think I said I didn't like your menu in fact I gave 4 out of 5 for the food and also for the service as well as the overall review.
I don't allow myself to judge the events between you and the birthday boy because I wasn't there

11/06/2025: Este es un restaurante perfecto para cualquier pareja / familia que busca una buena noche de fiesta. Hay opciones para toda la familia con pastas, pizzas, mariscos y carnes en exhibición. Desierto, así como opciones para todos los gustos. La comida es preciosa y los servidores son muy amables y serviciales. Recomiendo a cualquiera en la zona.
07/06/2025: Es war sehr schlecht! Teilweise kamen Bestellungen gar nicht. Das Essen kam in Abschnitten von 30min und wir waren zu viert… haben Nudeln und Pizza bestellt.
Absolut keine Empfehlung!

18/05/2025: Giudamino, Cantina-Enoteca-ristorante, is the expression of a business with an associative vision. It combines the tradition of the Cantine where in the evening, at the end of work, people would meet for a collective drink with the modern-view wine bar. From the Osteria with a popular feel to the restaurant with a more ambitious perspective. It certainly has a strategic position in Piazza Commestibili and plenty of outdoor space to increase its seating capacity. We tasted a house appetizer "Giudamino", pappardelle with wild boar ragù and grilled vegetables. As tourists we had lunch and chatted with one of the owners about the previous use of the spaces of the business, and then continued our tour.

Il ristorante Giudamino è un luogo dove la cucina diventa arte. Fin dal primo momento si percepisce un’atmosfera calda, uno stile raffinato e una cura straordinaria per ogni dettaglio. L’ambiente è moderno ma accogliente, arredato con gusto e perfetto sia per una cena romantica che per un’occasione speciale.
Ogni piatto è un’armonia di sapori, colori e consistenze. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla creatività nella presentazione e dall’equilibrio perfetto dei sapori.
Un ringraziamento speciale al team del ristorante — il servizio è stato impeccabile: discreto, professionale e molto attento.
Giudamino non è solo un ristorante, è un’esperienza che si desidera ripetere. Un must per chi apprezza la qualità, l’estetica e il vero gusto dell’Italia.

28/06/2025: Historic bar/restaurant on the Brindisi seafront with excellent pizzas and typical dishes. It is definitely a tourist place but it offers very good food. Kind, fast and pleasant service.

19/04/2025: Ristorante Fuori Porta – Una regia impeccabile tra eleganza, gusto e accoglienza
Nel paese di Oria, Fuori Porta si rivela un indirizzo da segnare tra quelli da custodire con cura. L’esperienza inizia sin dall’ingresso, dove l’accoglienza si distingue per garbo, attenzione e una rara capacità di far sentire l’ospite davvero atteso.
Le due sale interne, arredate con gusto sobrio e contemporaneo, raccontano una sensibilità per il dettaglio che si riflette in ogni aspetto del servizio: dalla presenza discreta ma apprezzatissima di portaborse sotto i tavoli, alla cura delle toilette, dove in quello delle signore uno specchio a figura intera rivela una premura ormai sempre più rara.
Il menu si distingue per originalità e ricercatezza: ingredienti mai banali, talvolta sorprendenti, sempre ben calibrati e trattati con rispetto. I piatti, si presentano raffinati nella forma quanto generosi nel gusto, sostenuti da una materia prima di qualità eccellente. La cantina, ben fornita, spazia con intelligenza tra etichette del territorio e proposte più ampie, sempre in linea con l’identità della cucina.
Una menzione doverosa va ai proprietari, la cui presenza non è mai invadente, ma decisamente centrale: raccontano i piatti con passione autentica, guidano con garbo nelle scelte e contribuiscono in modo determinante a rendere l’esperienza memorabile.
In carta anche interessanti proposte di terra, a conferma di una versatilità che non tradisce coerenza. Fuori Porta è un ristorante in cui si torna volentieri — e più di una volta — certi di trovare ogni volta qualcosa in più da scoprire.
