06/05/2025: Very good service, excellent waitress, good food, a restaurant worth coming back to. There was no need for reservation at this time of year.

06/05/2025: Je geraakt er door de kleine straatjes van Ostuni. Super goed gegeten in dit kleine, gezellige restaurant. Mega vriendelijke bediening door Rosetta en Rosa. Elke tafel kreeg een brede glimlach en een uitleg in het Italiaans, Engels of Frans. Betaalbare kaart voor elk wat wils, de wijn zou iets goedkoper mogen. Water is San Pelegrino en Soda stream toestanden zoals je steeds meer in restaurants vindt. Doe zo verder!

28/04/2025: I hate giving negative reviews. Today we went to this ice cream shop with the family, the welcome from the two boys was rude. They responded badly to my wife, who asked for clarification on the flavors of the ice creams. The labels of the various ice creams are written by hand, in an unclear way, especially when there are people in front choosing. Differently nice cashier. We will definitely not return to this place. Ps: An ice cream = €4. They take advantage of this for tourists getting off cruise ships. By choice, my annoyed wife decided to leave the shop, giving up her drink, thus avoiding further hassle with the guys at the counter.

04/05/2025: We went here for a family lunch after a trip out of town. We took two menus with orecchiette and meatballs and chops and the other person a seafood salad. The meatballs are reminiscent of "grandma's" ones, really very good, good pasta and super fresh seafood salad. We are really satisfied with the quality of what was served to us. Really competitive prices. Friendliness and kindness.

18/04/2025: Strongly not recommended, completely absent service, only one waitress, who was also inexperienced! We took 6 panzerotti (2 each) and a beer and paid 30 euros... a steal! One star is too much!

17/03/2025: Era da molto tempo che io e mia moglie desideravamo pranzare in questo ristorante dalla posizione davvero suggestiva; se ci si accomoda vicino le grandi vetrate si ha la sensazione di cenare o pranzare sul mare. Ho chiamato alle ore 10 di una domenica per prenotare un tavolo per due alle 13.30, Arriviamo purtroppo con 10’ di ritardo causa difficoltà di trovare un parcheggio. Locale pienissimo, attendiamo all’ingresso per almeno 5’ in attesa che qualcuno del personale, vedendoci lì impalati, si fermi a chiederci qualcosa, ma nulla. Raggiungo il bancone del bar per chiedere del tavolo da me prenotato ma mi viene detto che la prenotazione era alle 13 (sbagliato). Capisco che il tavolo è stato dato ad altre persone arrivate prima di noi. Avevano il mio numero di telefono, potevano contattarmi nel caso…per quale motivo chiederlo al cliente se poi non lo si usa?. Scopro infatti sul bancone il bigliettino della mia prenotazione con scritto il mio cognome, data ed orario…13.30!! Mi dicono di attendere il primo tavolo che si sarebbe liberato…decidiamo di rimanere visto che avevamo viaggiato un’ora ed erano ormai le 14. A breve si libera un tavolo da quattro; gli ospiti vanno via dopo più di mezz’ora di attesa per il solo menù che non è arrivato…comincio a preoccuparmi. Alla fine ci sediamo e dopo lunghe e ripetute attese ci portano prima i menù, poi le ordinazioni e poi i piatti da noi ordinati. Devo purtroppo riscontrare una visibile disorganizzazione non tanto in sala dove c’era molto personale, quanto in cucina immagino. Devo dire che i camerieri, tra una battuta e l’altra si sono scusati tante volte per le lunghe attese. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti misti per due (20€/persona) e due secondi per un totale di 90€ senza vino. Qualità nella media; non sono stato particolarmente colpito. Non credo ci ritornerò; peccato perché il locale e la sua posizione erano davvero buone.

16/03/2025: First and last time at Renzina, we sat down, we ordered 2 types of first courses, children's Orecchiette and schnitzel, we asked several times for more bread which arrived after more than half an hour, we also asked for wine twice, the first 2 first courses arrived, our friends ate, after 20 minutes the other first courses arrived, the children's Orecchiette arrived after almost an hour, the children should eat first and then the adults... same story for the frying, we practically ate at round, after all this waiting the dishes were also cold... I conclude with: there is a writing above the bar counter where it says "And so we went out to see the stars again" now I also understand why, practically you enter when it is day and leave when it is night. (The only positive note was a good, friendly and very kind waitress). Never again!

15/05/2025: We ate well, but one small downside: I've never drunk an Aperol Spritz cut with so much water. The bartender needs to revise his copy, and on top of that, there's the waiter Antonio who is really unpleasant, even racist, with tourists. No smile, cold face, etc. This gentleman should perhaps change jobs; he has no business being in the food industry. But the pasta was good, well done, the chef.

12/05/2025: Our food was delicious, but their attitude of forcing us to order hot drinks and desserts again and again after the meal was disturbing.

29/04/2025: Very nice location for this restaurant right on the water. Warm setting. Fairly quick service from many waiters, not very friendly but efficient. Nice varied menu, the dishes are good at reasonable prices.

06/12/2024: Très bon restaurant avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, tous les plats étaient bons nous y sommes allées 2 soirs de suite. En plus serveur très sympa qui parlait français. Restaurant très fréquenté par les locaux donc loin des attrapes touristes. Je recommande fortement.

13/09/2024: Ristorante molto alla mano, tipicamente per i locali. Cibo buono e molto abbondante. Anche i piatti di pesce sono da consigliare. È bene andare presto se no la folla impedisce di apprezzare il servizio che è di qualità e professionale.

20/08/2024: Sono venuta a conoscenza di questa struttura tramite internet e ho prenotato un ombrellone e due lettini per essere sicura di avere un luogo certo dove andare per la mia vacanza, sembrava essere fornito di tutti i confort di cui necessitavo o almeno era quello che si leggeva su internet ma aimé arrivati lì ho trovato una struttura vecchia a cui non viene fatta manutenzione, dei servizi igienici sporchi vecchi e non adatti alle esigenze delle persone ( in seguito a mie lamentele mi è stato detto di andare nei bagni comunali per strada se non mi stava bene). Docce a pagamento fatiscenti, addetto agli ombrelloni scortese e antipatico. Io ho scelto un lido attrezzato proprio per usufruire dei confort che può offrire altrimenti avrei scelto la spiaggia libera,che lì ce ne sono tantissime e stupende!
