22/04/2025: Inedible pasta with clams, a plain pasta without salt mixed with clams, absolutely tasteless. We found sand in the clams, I would say something that had never happened to me in a restaurant. The fried fish is not very crunchy. We left hungry because the dishes were not very substantial given a very long wait and a high bill. Very friendly staff, but this time it was all too disappointing. We won't be back again.

07/04/2025: Affezionata cliente, ma ci si può ancora stupire. Il pesce (questa volta una orata al sale) era straordinario: freschissimo, come forse non si riesce a trovare nelle pescherie della città dove vivo, e cotto alla perfezione. Giusto un gambero per ingannare l'attesa e un bicchiere di verdeca. Non serve altro per mangiare bene. Aspettiamo l'estate per mangiare anche all'aperto nella piazzetta del centro storico.

01/06/2025: We have had lunch here twice and have just finished dinner. Under rated local gem. Good honest, high quality food, presented in a homey way by a great waitress (I suspect the owner's wife) in a friendly and happy way. The dining room is cool and spotless. The atmosphere is quiet with low background music. What is there not to like. We fully recommend this fabulous, under spoken local gem.

10/06/2025: Locale perfetto per gli amanti del crudo di qualità; per gli altri poca scelta. Le indicazioni della gestione sono chiare: solo crudo e qualcosa di scottato, quindi si sa cosa aspettarsi.... Ottime ostriche e crostacei come del resto i vari carpacci. Molto buono il salmone scottato ed il salmone affumicato da gustare con "foglie" di pane abbrustolito e burro.. Prezzi alti ma rapportati al prodotto.

05/06/2025: We hebben heerlijk geluncht op een prachtige plek! Het eten was top. Fine Dining voor een vriendelijke prijs. De service was goed, het eten heerlijk en de lokatie prachtig. Ze gebruiken kruiden uit eigen tuin.

31/05/2025: Fresh fish but in the first courses an exaggerated quantity of oil and garlic, the place would be even nicer if there was education and some smiles from the waiters and the owner himself who slammed a plate of linguine as if he was giving it to an animal. First time and not to return.

27/06/2025: We wanted to overdo it a bit, taking 2 appetizers, two first courses and a second course and the second course was already full, since the dishes are really full fortunately. The waiter was very kind also to advise us and the place is wonderful on the sea.

05/06/2025: Aside from some surreal reviews from functionally illiterate "keyboard warriors" that I read, as someone who travels a lot but was "born" nearby, I say without a shadow of a doubt that this restaurant "EXISTS". And you can tell by the sober but perfectionist attention to detail, by the never predictable friendliness of the staff, by the menu that is astonishing in its balance between tradition and a touch of originality, and finally with prices (in my humble opinion as a "globe trotter"), below average in comparison to the quality and portions. Added value is the possibility of choosing between three different environments (inside, outside and veranda). Well done...I had seconds with my mother, see you for the "third".

06/06/2025: What can I say...ok that on June 2nd it's a mistake to go to a restaurant ok that it was packed, ok that waiting 2 hours between one dish and the next...it's understandable and bearable but that instead of a mixed fried food they bring you pieces of cuttlefish and squid rings cooked 3 times no...this is taking the piss out of you

07/04/2025: Accueil très agréable. Nous avions commandé du vin et on nous a très gentiment offert des bombettes pour patienter en attendant nos pizzas. Pizzas excellentes à un prix très raisonnable.

19/01/2025: Tutto molto buono, una menzione speciale per I crudi di mare, ricarica dei vini onestissima, prezzi corretti e servizio rapido e cordiale.

08/06/2025: La grande quercia non delude mai, locale organizzato e basta vedere i tre frigoriferi pieni di bevande che basteranno per tutta la serata agli avventori. In otto ci siamo seduti per una classica pizza del sabato sera, ma alla vista delle loro famose polpettine di pane e dei moscardini fritti non abbiamo resistito. Inutile dire che le polpettine erano come sempre tipo ciliegie, una tira l’altra e i moscardini veramente buoni, paradossalmente ottimo pesce per un posto in collina. Pizza come sempre ottima, impasto alveolato il giusto e ingredienti di qualità. Due amici hanno preso cavatelli ai frutti di mare risultati spettacolari. Il cameriere, tutto il personale gentilissimo, ha sbagliato una pizza che nel giro di 3 e dico tre minuti ci è stata riportata. Andateci, una certezza sulla Selva di Fasano.

10/05/2025: Un peu déçue. Les avis étaient si positifs et à proximité de notre hébergement, que nous y sommes allés. Ce ne sont pas les meilleurs plats italiens que nous avons mangés. Les produits étaient de qualité, mais manque d’assaisonnement. Le serveur qui parle français est très sympa, les autres beaucoup moins. Repas très expéditif. Sinon fini la dernière bouchée qu’on enchaînait la suite. Dommage pourtant beaucoup de locaux donc signe que c’est une bonne adresse … on pensait retrouver la bonne cuisine de la nonna, surtout loin des restos touristiques, ce ne fut pas le cas.

Nota particolare per il crudo eccezionale e delle triglie cotte perfettamente alla brace freschissime. Servizio e cortesia impeccabile. Prezzo corretto in riferimento al cibo ordinato. 30/08/2024: Caffe , gelato e musica dal vivo vista mare , meglio che ad Ibiza al famoso Caffè de Mar . Gentilezza e professionalità . Favoloso .

20/08/2024: Sono venuta a conoscenza di questa struttura tramite internet e ho prenotato un ombrellone e due lettini per essere sicura di avere un luogo certo dove andare per la mia vacanza, sembrava essere fornito di tutti i confort di cui necessitavo o almeno era quello che si leggeva su internet ma aimé arrivati lì ho trovato una struttura vecchia a cui non viene fatta manutenzione, dei servizi igienici sporchi vecchi e non adatti alle esigenze delle persone ( in seguito a mie lamentele mi è stato detto di andare nei bagni comunali per strada se non mi stava bene). Docce a pagamento fatiscenti, addetto agli ombrelloni scortese e antipatico. Io ho scelto un lido attrezzato proprio per usufruire dei confort che può offrire altrimenti avrei scelto la spiaggia libera,che lì ce ne sono tantissime e stupende!
