20/11/2025: A hidden gem, but worth a visit for the delicacies they prepare and the stunning location overlooking the sea. The owner, Mr. Onofrio, is very friendly, as is all his staff, but the best and most important thing is enjoying what he offers, such as the fish chops, which I've never had before but are exceptional, part of the appetizer, and the carefully prepared first courses, all made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it and suggest you let Mr. Onofrio help you choose what to order, as we did. Congratulations to everyone, and see you next time.

01/11/2025: Elegant and clean restaurant with a seafront terrace. We ordered Catalan-style shrimp appetizer, a trio of raw fish, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, and paccheri with scampi and stracciata. Dessert was a coffee treat, reasonably priced. The fish was incredibly fresh.

08/04/2026: Hotel located in the center of Alberobello. Friendly and very professional staff.

04/04/2026: After getting off at Alberobello station, I walked straight down the diagonal road and arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was a very cold day, but the heating was already on in my room after 2 pm, which I was so happy about. I also had dinner here; aside from the cold dining area, the generous portion of salad and pasta were delicious.

11/04/2026: I went there last night with my wife and son. Excellent pizza, well-leavened dough, perfectly cooked. Excellent service. Everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

19/02/2026: We discovered this place through my sister, who had been there several times. The restaurant has a nautical theme, is well-maintained, and is close to the sea. The owner and his entire staff were very friendly and professional, recommending delicious and tasty mixed appetizers. The first courses were also excellent and plentiful, as was the dessert. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

27/12/2025: We had a wonderful three hour lunch at Il Grottone. The fresh seafood platter and the prawn tartare were superb. We ordered two type of seafood pasta, both amazing. Followed by a seabream with grilled vegetables. We couldn't stop eating, so we also ordered a grilled octopus. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!!

21/04/2026: Everything was excellent! We followed the chef's advice: boiled tuna (exceptional), cavatelli with mussels and clams, fried fish, and sorbet, and we had a wonderful time.

26/09/2025: A beautiful, quiet place for dinner. Varied menu. We had two appetizers and two first courses, both delicious. I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare, fresh and light. It was accompanied by two glasses of white wine. The staff was truly kind and attentive. Even though there was someone missing that evening, they served us right away. When we return to Alberobello, we'll definitely stop by. Greetings from Paestum

07/09/2025: We had lunch and dinner throughout our week-long vacation at La Lampara restaurant and were delighted with every dish! Many traditional Apulian dishes, made with authentic, well-prepared ingredients. All accompanied by the warm hospitality of Mimma, Leonardo, and Carmela. We felt like we were part of the family, which added value to our vacation!

28/08/2025: Inside a campsite, the stuffed mussels and the troccoli allo scoglio are delicious in the cool air, and the allorino digestive offered at the end of the meal is appreciated.

15/04/2026: I happened upon this place with friends. I usually eat inside at Bari Vecchia or at Polpo, but both were packed. The service was poor; it was difficult to communicate with the staff, so much so that the menu was a surprise, as was the bill. Spending around €30 per person for someone who eats here often (and isn't a tourist) seemed high for the quality and quantity of the food served. If it's a tasting menu, to be fair, it should be mentioned before you sit down, not when you pay the bill. I definitely won't be returning.

14/04/2026: Terrible experience at this restaurant. Sunday lunch, 2 pm with reservations, almost the entire menu is sold out. Rude and rude staff; it seems the waiters share tables, completely ignoring customers they don't manage. We ordered grilled octopus and sea bass, which were charred, and the bill was a steep €60 per person. Not recommended.

03/11/2025: The toilets were dirty, the fish was burnt, and the pasta was cooked carelessly. A real shame. The restaurant's location is a goldmine. Perhaps it was all because it was off-season. They could easily spend a day sprucing up the place so that, given the location, it would be worth stopping by for a drink or two.

03/01/2026: Not up to the standard of the hotel...in fact it makes a beautiful and well-managed structure lose value...what a shame 😔

01/09/2025: Great potential, but poorly organized! Leaving aside the price, €30 for an umbrella and two loungers booked in September at 3:00 PM, but one is free to pay or leave. That price should reflect adequate service. No one informed us that to use the facilities like showers or restrooms, we needed a token, which we could pick up at the ticket office. It's a shame that the ticket office closes early, and no one correctly told us where to get the token, forcing us to walk around the beach and inside the lido looking for someone who could help us! There were no signs for the reception. Furthermore, although the lido wasn't crowded at all, the loungers and the umbrella shelf were dirty with sand, and the ashtrays were full. The loungers, however, were very comfortable. Considering the value of the facility, the organization could be improved to make it commensurate with the high asking price!
