I found this restaurant by searching Apple Maps for "gluten free restaurants near me" while visiting Turin, Italy and what a win. My wife is GF and always struggles for find good, safe food to eat. She was thrilled she could get almost anything on the menu gluten free, including freshly made bread and pasta - they truly cater to those with GF needs! The food and staff were both outstanding! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone, but especially those with GF restrictions. The fact the name is the same as the title of one of my favorite author's books (Ray Bradbury's Farenheit 451) is just another added bonus. :)

Historic restaurant in Alpignano.
A gluten-free pizzeria and restaurant. The pizza, made with both doughs, is delicious and easy to digest, made with quality ingredients.
The à la carte menu is also very interesting, with a decent wine list, including a few half bottles.
The desserts are also good, and the prices are reasonable.

Everything was excellent, it was a shame that the table of 40 people was a bit noisy...but to chat we then moved downstairs to the ice cream shop.

Parking isn't exactly easy... but if you can, it's worth a visit.
From the outside, the place is immediately noticeable: it's bright, imposing, almost theatrical, and captures attention even from afar. It's one of those places that lends itself perfectly to birthday parties or events for kids and teenagers.
They offer a dedicated menu with pizzas, sandwiches, and a variety of snacks, while parents can enjoy a quiet aperitivo. The food is good: the pizza is truly excellent, and the value for money isn't disappointing, even if it's slightly above average... but, as I always say, quality comes at a price.
Personal: It depends on who you meet. Sometimes you're greeted with a spontaneous smile, other times with a thinly disguised snarl. It's part of the deal, but overall, the service is decent.
Ultimately, it's a place I'd recommend, especially for those looking for a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.
And as always... it's your turn.

We probably chose the wrong night. The wait was biblical and the pizza was almost inedible. The kindness of the staff helped a bit, but the bill was the final straw... too bad.
