12/12/2025: Almost everything was very good. Just some discontinued service. After abbandoning us (a group of over 20 people) to one single waiter, when we became upset... suddenly appeared other 4-5 waiters and saved the evening.

22/12/2025: The quintessential restaurant, offering a menu of traditional dishes prepared with great skill and minimal fanfare. A beautiful place, especially for those who love old Milan. Highly recommended, a must-try even for those who don't frequent Nolo.

03/12/2025: For years, it had been a reliable place to eat excellent Neapolitan pizza and other Neapolitan specialties, but unfortunately this time the dinner wasn't up to par. The excellent quality of the buffalo mozzarella I'd enjoyed here was just a memory, and the tomato sauce packets were barely adequate. On the other hand, the fillet steak was delicious, and the dessert was excellent.

09/11/2025: We were there last night, November 9th. It seemed like a club. The tables were all next to each other. You couldn't talk because of the chaos. The disappointing mixed fried fish was rubbery. The tagliolini were watered down. A unique disappointment. Milan offers better food. I don't recommend it.

06/11/2025: Tonight, to celebrate my dad's birthday, I'm having dinner at this restaurant with my family. The food is excellent, the service is excellent. The waiters are very friendly and make you feel at home. I'd especially like to mention a young man named Corrado, who made our stay pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

05/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every time we travel as a family from Athens to Milan, Trattoria Antonio is consistently our first choice. The food is simply excellent: the fillet is amazing, soft and perfectly cooked, the pizza is unique and the carbonara is truly unbeatable, a perfect 10 without a second thought. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff is very kind, helpful and always with a smile and real love for what they do. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and taste it offers. A shop that makes us feel at home and that is worth every visit. We highly recommend it!

21/11/2025: This restaurant just opened. The decor is elegant, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The Chinese cuisine is very authentic. Today I ordered Yu Xiang pork, grilled Chinese dumplings, and stir-fried rice noodles with beef, and they were all delicious! Finally, there's a Chinese restaurant in the Porta Romana area with such a beautiful atmosphere and truly authentic dishes! And the prices are incredibly affordable: lunch costs only 8-12 euros per person!

28/11/2025: The cheese pizza was excellent, the vegetable pizza was average, the risotto was delicious, and the pasta was excellent. I've dined there several times thanks to God and then to the pastry chef, Sharif Al-Masri, who is excellent and very helpful.

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner. À la carte menu. As has been the case for a few years, we're two couples celebrating New Year's Eve with the dinner + theater option. This year, we went to Legnano. We weren't familiar with the place and relied on reviews for guidance. Very good food, generous portions, attentive, precise, and friendly service, minimal yet functional table settings, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was perfect and satisfying. Price: difficult to rate because it's December 31st. The only restriction, which I consider fair and is made clear when booking, is that you must order at least two dishes. They don't have double servings. Recommended.

03/01/2026: Total incompetence. The food is good, and so is the atmosphere. Too bad about the service. The waiter made me feel completely uncomfortable. I knew all the diners, as they were my relatives. We had just arrived, and the bespectacled waiter decided when the orders would arrive: a round of appetizers, a round of first courses, a round of second courses. Except that the diners decided to order only two courses. I was the only one who wanted three courses. To make things easier, I had asked to order the appetizer and first course at the same time so I could eat my third portion with everyone else. Well, the waiter didn't understand my request, repeating that I didn't understand. Besides, you don't answer a customer like that. But after the third time I asked for the appetizer and first course together, it still created a sort of general hilarity. In the end, I only ordered an appetizer and a first course because I didn't want to be the only one eating a third course alone. I'll never come back. P.S. Finally, when my mind realized I'd be getting a third, it exclaimed, "How much are you eating?" I would have choked him... I've had a shitty day. A waiter who answers you like that, taking such confidences. If it were a trattoria...but the price and the location aspire to something different...but it's not like that.

19/01/2026: We asked the hotel reception for recommendations on nearby restaurants, and the staff suggested this one, so we went to give it a try. It was only a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel, and the reviews were good. It was also something we wanted to eat, so we decided to give it a go. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the waiter showed us to our table. We ordered lobster pasta, T-bone steak, boiled mussels, and roasted potatoes with vegetables. We were pleasantly surprised by the steak and lobster pasta – they were absolutely delicious! The steak was a large portion, but because it was so good, the two of us finished it in no time and still wanted more, haha. The lobster pasta was incredibly delicious; the lobster was very fresh and tasty, and the tomato sauce was perfect with it. The boiled mussels were also excellent – ​​very fresh and sweet. Overall, the restaurant received very positive reviews. The price was mid-to-high, but it was worth a try. If you're staying in Milan, I highly recommend trying this restaurant; it's good value for money.

06/01/2026: I'd like to start by saying that I regularly dine at Chinese restaurants, where I appreciate the food and atmosphere. I'd also like to point out that I would have written the same type of review if I'd been to a Chinese restaurant run by Italians, with Italian (or at least non-Chinese) chefs. That said, in fairness, I'd like to point out that, although it presents itself as a typically Italian restaurant, it isn't at all: it's a Chinese restaurant (run by Chinese people, with Chinese chefs and pizza chefs) that tries to prepare typically Italian dishes, with poor results. I think it would be more honest to state this in the presentation! Because if that evening I choose an Italian restaurant and an exquisitely Italian dinner, I expect to find Italianness through and through! Here, however, this is used as a presentation, but in a deceptive way. The same would apply if I chose any other type of ethnic cuisine. In any case, at Osteria Fara the quality of the food is poor and the (Italian) wait staff is very rude.
