06/08/2024: I was very much looking forward to dining here after reading the reviews. The SPAGHETTI CARBONARA (EUR12) was indeed one of the best tasting in my life… it was super creamy, there must have had been half a dozen egg yolks in there… and you’ll get to enjoy the crispiest, deep fried fatty pancetta in your life. Be forewarned though, this dish redefines the meaning of “richness”… it’s so intensely rich that it tickles your throat as it goes down… not for the faint hearted and one order is certainly sufficient for two to share. The PORCHETTA (EUR16) was sadly a disappointment. Unlike the thick slabs of crispy pork shown on the menu, I was served thin (super salty) slices of non-crispy roast pork, nothing to call home about.

01/09/2024: Very nice and quaint place!! The best thing is that being a fishmonger you eat fresh fish and above all you can choose what you want to eat directly from the counter! I recommend it, also suitable for families with children as they have high chairs and provide pasta with sauce or alternatively plain pasta for them!

23/08/2024: Food was good but a bit too salty for me (just me i think). Staff was friendly and one of them recommended a cheaper wine than what we were considering which turned out to be good! He was also very attentive to our needs. Just beware of the mosquitoes if you're planning to sit outside.

01/08/2024: Come avere un angolo di autentico Belgio a Milano? Andate a "Le vent du nord". Questo locale è uno splendido esempio di quello che il Belgio propone a tavola: birra, mare e terra. Inutile dire che le cozze cotte in vino e burro sono da leccarsi i baffi, così come l'entrecote (solo per citare un paio di piatti). In accompagnamento, nel menu sono proposte le birre che meglio si sposano con il piatto che si vuole ordinare. Servizio celere e cordiale nonostante il pienone. Costo molto abbordabile considerando la qualità delle materie prime (in due abbiamo pagato circa 50€).

07/07/2024: Nothing to discuss about the place, excellent food, excellent service, beautiful location.. But two appetizers, two risottos, half a wine, a water and a coffee...117 euros seems slightly excessive to me. I ask for explanations, on the menu it said 15 euros risotto with parmesan and truffle, and I find myself on the bill 70 euros for two risottos. I was told the grated truffle was separately, then it depends on the season... I honestly don't remember reading this, and I wasn't there too much. Of course, but then just write "risotto with parmesan"... apart from the truffle, and not "risotto with parmesan and truffle". I'm not going to discuss the cost of the truffle, but to be clearer in the menu about the price of the finished dish, which is 35/40 euros per portion.

17/08/2024: The place is nice and the food is good. Unfortunately, the prices are absolutely disproportionate. The cover charge marked at 4 euros. The water (filtered and brought in a jug) marked 2 euros. One wonders what the 4 euro cover charge is for.

13/08/2024: We were in the duomo and we looked at where to eat nearby, which is a two-minute walk away and we were pleasantly surprised with the food and the service. We really liked it. I recommend the tuna with sesame and the sea spaghetti. To be in the center everything is very good indeed.

The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing.
