Noteworthy desserts, with gluten- and lactose-free options. Excellent service, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. My beautiful brunette and I will be back very soon!

03/10/2025: After years of hearing about Café Bamboo, I finally got around to it! A very nice place for a casual dinner, excellent food, and a super friendly owner! I'd suggest slightly softer lighting and music...to make the place feel a little more intimate...

08/12/2025: We dropped in for convenience, as we were staying in an apartment right above the restaurant, and were in for a pleasant surprise. Coming from lunch at the restaurant, we weren't particularly hungry for dinner, so we ordered two courses to share: fried calamari and a calzone stuffed with mozzarella, ham, and artichokes. We washed it all down with prosecco. The waiter Roberto (who we'd already met upon arrival at the apartment, having saved us from our awkward self-check-in, and who wasn't required to do so, since the restaurant and accommodation aren't owned by the same owner) served us kindly, accommodating our every request. He brought us an entree of fried focaccia and complimentary burrata. When the fried food arrived, we were surprised by the generous portion (three people could easily eat it, and we're not exactly small eaters), and when we tasted it, it was delicious, both in its lightness and texture (I can't tell if it was fresh or frozen, but the flavor and cooking were perfect, so it doesn't matter). The calzone: incredibly light dough, superb filling, and excellent quality mozzarella (and I'm from Puglia, and I know a thing or two about mozzarella). I think it's the best calzone I've ever eaten. The service was excellent: prosecco with a bucket of ice, poured by the waitress for you to taste, and listen, real cloth tablecloths and napkins! No paper placemats or disposable napkins, which are now commonplace even in the most upscale and expensive places. The price was fair, and even if some dishes seemed expensive, they were justified by the quality and quantity (sharing each dish among diners cut the price in half, and the staff didn't look askance or snobbish at you...). Finally, the last but not least, the location doesn't just have a lake view, it's on the lake! Congratulations!

11/10/2025: We ate there because it was very close to our hotel. Unfortunately, we kept finding that they weren't open (Mon-Wed), the gate was closed, and the lights were off. When we finally managed to stop by (even without a reservation—which we thought was great), we had to wait a long time for the waiter to take our order. The food wasn't very impressive despite the hefty prices. I ordered the medium-rare beef steak—it was still raw inside. However, since it was served already sliced, I don't quite understand the kitchen's mistake. However, they also had menus in German, English, and Italian 👍🏼

17/09/2025: The food was delicious! Compliments to the chef for the top-quality dishes. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet, probably due to its location and the time of year, but that didn't detract from the experience. On the contrary: the combination of attention, hospitality, and delicious meals makes this an absolute must-see.

01/11/2025: Having reached Salò by bicycle, we stopped at this lovely restaurant. The view of the lake is excellent and relaxing. We only tried the first courses, such as the spaghetti with clams, which were excellent. As for the rest, I saw well-presented fish dishes at the adjacent tables, and I presume they were also good. The prices are a little high, but average for the area.

30/10/2025: I was looking for a place for a business lunch that combined a beautiful view with good food, and I couldn't have made a better choice! The food is excellent, with incredibly fresh fish and dishes prepared with attention to detail. The view of the lake is simply breathtaking, perfect for relaxing even during a professional meeting. The service is excellent, attentive, and courteous at all times. A well-established restaurant that consistently delivers on its quality. Highly recommended!

21/11/2025: Beautiful location halfway up the hill with a lake view (but be careful of the road to get there from the main road... 500 m, very short therefore, but very narrow and the difference in level of the road surface on the sides is dangerous, especially on a motorbike...), view enhanced by the very large windows in the dining room... the pizza is very good, but you can eat everything, from sea fish to lake fish, to first courses with homemade pasta and second courses of excellent quality meat, and the level of the cuisine is always decidedly very good.... as the name suggests, it is also a B&B, so you can also stay, in a truly visually spectacular environment (Lake Iseo, in my opinion, is the most beautiful of all the large Lombard lakes from a purely scenic point of view...) and very very relaxing; prices I would say fair, average, so a very pleasant stop... p.s. last visit November 2025, and always Excellent, so... see you next time!!!!

12/11/2025: We stayed at this small hotel-restaurant during a wine tasting in Franciacorta, and we made the right choice. We enjoyed a location with a breathtaking lake view, tranquility, and relaxation (an ultra-comfortable mattress). We dined in the restaurant, serving delicious lake and seafood. The only downside: we only spent one night there. A place worth saving for another visit.

17/11/2025: I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and each time has been a truly positive experience. The service is excellent and attentive, and the food is incredibly delicious. Despite being located in a very busy tourist area, the restaurant maintains a remarkably high standard. Everything here is done with great care and quality. I can confidently recommend it — it’s absolutely worth walking an extra kilometer or taking a short drive to enjoy a meal at this place.

23/11/2025: Staff very slow, long wait for someone to even come to the table, you are "ignored" after ordering... waited at least half an hour for drinks, food not good value for money! Not recommended!!!

15/11/2025: I am a regular customer (friend), I have been frequenting this place for years, the owners are exceptional people, the employees are very nice and professional at the same time, I feel pampered. I recommend it to everyone "If you want to eat well, you want to be pampered at the Filanda you have to go"

13/10/2025: August 2025: This restaurant charged a cover charge without providing service (neither bread nor breadsticks were provided). Worse still, a 1-liter glass bottle of Coke was charged €12. Considering that the restaurant is not Michelin-starred, there is no justification for the price, especially considering that this price was not communicated because the price lists were not even provided to our table, which must always be provided even when the customer indicates their preference. I don't understand what price market they are referring to, given that a batch of 12 glass bottles has an average cost of €1.83 each for a price of €22, and considering that the restaurant pays VAT, the customer earns a profit of at least 120%. This is absolutely subject to the Consumer Code. The answers given to justify the price clearly demonstrate incompetence and inexcusable customer exploitation. Above all, all prices must be clearly visible and always available: the price list must always be provided at the table. Poor service

26/10/2025: We went there for lunch on a Saturday for the first time. Alexandre was ours! The place is very well-appointed, both in terms of decor and cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean, even smelled good! We were greeted with a big smile, and that stayed with us until the end of lunch. The menu offers a decent selection. The food is good and the portions are very satisfying. The burger is a real hit! The fries were well-cooked, not greasy, and crispy. The fig tart was really good. The price was certainly not fast food, but neither was the food and service! A more than satisfying experience. Thank you.
