26/03/2025: Pasta with clams worse than ever eaten. It tasted of nothing. Risotto alla pescatora, once eaten well today and the third time we ate it terrible. I'm sorry but a restaurant must maintain a standard and it is not possible to eat a dish once good and 3 times not good. I will never come again. The garlic, oil and chili pepper was not good either. Chef failed!

18/09/2024: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante per il nostro 20° anniversario, dato che ci eravamo stati vent’anni prima ed era stato magnifico ci sembrava un’ottima scelta, ma invece è stato molto deludente. Ai tempi era un ristorante da favola con piatti e vini molto ricercati, mentre oggi propone piatti classici e non ti porta nemmeno la carta dei vini. Ti viene proposto un vino che il cameriere pensa stia bene con le pietanze da te ordinate (groppello o ripasso senza nemmeno dirti di quale cantina ed il prezzo … e poi ti porta un vino di basso livello imbottigliato da “signorvino”che poi scopriremo per la cifra di 36,00 euro facendo i conti per esclusione) per non parlare del tagliata di manzo già condita con dell’olio all’aglio, non si mai vista una roba del genere…. Abbiamo proprio percepito l’abbassamento del livello, magari perchè ora è più che altro il ristorante di riferimento per chi usufruisce della spa e fa il pernottamento? Alle 21:30 il ristorante era praticamente deserto…. Per non parlare poi del momento del conto….che non è stato nemmeno riepilogato e che non lo chiamerei così visto che è stata una somma di numeri su un foglietto che poi magicamente è stato spostato dal cameriere sotto il bancone e non ci è stato dato nessuno scontrino. Non ci torneremo.

The environment is very beautiful, elegant, refined and with attention to the smallest detail. The menu is complete with everything, celiac, vegan, meat and fish, all very good. 12/04/2025: We also went for lunch on a Sunday with a one year old daughter. We had lunch in the garden practically on the lake shore, also helped by the beautiful sunny day. Precise and fast but not pressing service. Very kind staff, always available even for the needs of the little one. Excellent food and high level cuisine. Bill in line with the quality of the lunch. The private parking reserved for customers is very convenient. We had a great time. We hope to return soon.

09/04/2025: Everything is very good and cared for but be careful with the maitre d', she offers you things outside the tasting menu without letting you know that they are off the menu, the result: a high bill and a sense of annoyance. Read the menu carefully which unfortunately is only digital, another aspect I personally didn't appreciate.

02/03/2025: The food and raw materials are certainly of excellent quality. The dining room staff is attentive, kind and prepared. In my opinion the environment is a bit gloomy and the tables are too small and close together. It also seems a little expensive for the overall experience.

02/04/2025: The most beautiful wedding, where two icons of Montichiari came together, giving value and prestige to each other. At the foot of the Elefante hotel, in fact, the doors of chef Salvatore officially open with a vintage style location but with modern details. All carefully tailored to display the large wine cellar and furnishing objects. A Brescian cuisine but with the Mediterranean breeze that will make us love combinations and flavors of the South. The welcome from the host and the opportunity to dine at the table in the company of new people was a very pleasant experience.

18/03/2025: The business lunches are always varied and excellent. Meat, fish and pizza are really delicious. The owner and his wife are very nice, friendly and helpful as are the employees.

13/03/2025: Mai più…. Sono stato a pranzo…pasta cruda mandata indietro….pollo bollito anche quello mandato al mittente… conclusione devi pagare il conto nonostante tutto…l’unica cosa che conta è incassare….

21/03/2025: Ieri abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante .. cameriere e camerieri veramente gentili e attenti ottima accoglienza , buon cibo locale pulito buoni prezzi.. sicuramente la gentilezza e i sorrisi dei camerieri fanno sì che sicuramente torneremo in questo ristorante! Bravi

22/12/2024: Andrea il titolare nonché chef, ha da sempre migliorato i suoi piatti e le sue pizze, io vado allo Sperone ormai da 10 anni e ultimamente sto andando quasi una volta a settimana e devo dire che i piatti del nuovo menù sono uno più buono dell'altro. Pizze sempre Top. Consiglio Troccoli del Gargano. Anche staff ottimo, io mi sento a casa, un posto informale con zona giochi per i bimbi.
