26/08/2025: Located on a terrace right on the sea, this is the second time I've been there for lunch since I've been to Genoa. The food is good quality, the staff is very helpful, and I can say if I stay longer, I'll definitely be back. The prices are very affordable. In fact, I can say that during the week, they had a menu where I got a first course, a second course, a side dish, and 1/2 a glass of water for only €16. You won't find a place like this where you can eat on a terrace overlooking the sea, with friendly staff and good food. Oh, and thanks to Silvia... TRY IT AND YOU WILL BELIEVE IT...

19/06/2025: Ci era stato consigliato… e purtroppo ci siam fidati! Innanzitutto, ambiente sporco! Pavimenti indecenti e menu unti. Solitamente fotografo tutti i piatti… erano talmente poco invitanti che non ne ho fatta nemmeno una. Frittura mista.. quindi col pesce azzurro “fresco” .. fortunatamente ci siamo accorti che un pesce puzzava di marcio! Il ristorante ci ha detto che può capitare. Arriva il secondo.. calamari alla piastra su un letto di insalata e pomodorini conditi con la cipolla cruda (che non c’entra nulla col pesce!) contorno ovviamente scelto da loro.. i calamari erano amari.. quindi non puliti bene! Ma come si fa???? Dolce.. assaggiano 2 tiramisù.. il pezzo forte della casa! Erano secchi, fatti con la panna, veramente immangiabili. Arriva il momento del conto, nessuna attenzione nonostante il “può capitare”. Queste recensioni così positive sono ingannevoli! Probabilmente trattano bene solo chi dicono loro. Di certo non ci torneremo più.

10/06/2025: Cari utenti, di passaggio a La Spezia, mi sono fermato qui e devo dire: *un’esperienza autentica e soddisfacente dal primo all’ultimo morso**. Locale semplice ma curato, con un’atmosfera intima e un’energia familiare. Appena si entra, si viene accolti da Fiore e Luciano – proprietari attenti e calorosi – che da subito ti mettono a tuo agio con il loro sorriso e disponibilità. Specializzato in pesce fresco, ogni piatto rispecchia tradizione e qualità. Servizio impeccabile: lo staff è gentile e attento ai dettagli, sempre pronto a suggerire piatti e spiegare le peculiarità. 02/05/2025: Location spartana lungo l’Aurelia; spazio ristretto; qualità del cibo mediocre e in compenso molto caro …ad esempio mezzo litro di vino sfuso €10,00 … pertanto lo sconsiglierei.

02/09/2025: The place deserves better given its location, the tables on the terrace are too small when the dishes arrive which are large and of unusually shaped they don't fit between the glasses and bottles and a lamp is a feat not to knock anything over, the staff is kind but doesn't understand Italian, there is no cleanliness in any room, the pizza is good the rest is also worth it, the kitchen is too slow they need to speed up the service, we won't be back, too bad.

20/08/2025: We had a great time!!! The food? Truly EXCELLENT, no joke! 😋 Marco and Eva are spectacular people, the kind that make you feel at home right away. Then there's Chiara, the girl in the dining room: incredibly kind and super helpful. She was incredibly nervous about opening a bottle of wine 🍷, but by joking with her, it passed in an instant! 💯💯 Paolo, on the other hand, makes amazing spritzes, he puts his heart and soul into every glass... and, by the way, he has gorgeous aquamarine nail polish! 💅✨ There were also other guys who brought us breakfast, but I don't know their names yet (I promise updates as soon as I find out!). In short, everyone was truly spectacular!!! And what about the beach service? Effective and efficient, what more could you ask for? Thank you so much everyone! Lasko

08/08/2025: As soon as I arrived with my friends to go out for the evening, the bodyguards refused us entry because of the dress code which they said was inappropriate even though it was not written anywhere that you had to dress in a certain way neither outside the club nor in posts on various social media. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.

18/09/2025: Why this hotel calls itself a resort is beyond my comprehension. The view from the room and from the restaurant terrace was fantastic. The super-nice colleague from Senegal made everything perfect; he was so friendly and so nice. Everyone else wasn't so keen on going in the off-season. But the boat trip is still worth it for relaxing and unwinding, including romantic sunsets. The prices are too high for what's on offer.

11/09/2025: Had lunch at the restaurant. The food was very good, but I personally found the prices to be exorbitant for what was on offer. A €7.50 cover charge (also influenced by the view) seems excessive to me. Service was standard.

26/05/2025: Dopo che ho visto moltissime recensioni positive e qualche negativa, ero in dubbio se andare con la moglie ed altra coppia a cena al Mortaio. Poi ho chiesto a qualche Voltrese doc e tutti mi hanno confermato che il Mortaio é una vera trattoria di altissima qualità a Genova ....e non a caso é aperta da 25 anni, una vera istituzione da queste parti. Io ho preso la pasta con sugo di lepre ( fotonico! ) poi calamari fritti ( carnosissimi e fritti in modo impeccabile! ) Avrei voluto prendere pasta con le vongole, ma non ne avevano più.....e la cosa mi é subito piaciuta molto, perché questo é garanzia di un locale con prodotti freschi. Le quantità erano decisamente abbondanti. Il locale pulitissimo e molto ben frequentato, nessuno alzava la voce. Il servizio è stato rapido e coordinatissimo. Il dolce al cucchiaio era squisito, come lo faceva mia mamma! Con 35€ senza vino abbiamo mangiato tanto e soprattutto molto molto molto bene. Inutile dire che ritorneremo! .....ma la prossima volta prenoteremo con più anticipo, mi sa tanto che a questo giro siamo stati molto fortunati a trovare un tavolo libero!

05/05/2025: Esperienza non buona. Locale piccolissimo, praticamente ero seduto in braccio ad una signora. Per andare in bagno ho dovuto fare slalom tra i tavoli. A parte questo i primi indiscutibilmente buoni, come la frittura (buona e abbondante). Problema grave e imperdonabile sul pagro con verdure. Pesce completamente pieno di spine e squame, letteralmente immangiabile. Fatto notare al cameriere mi viene detto si, le spine è normale e che le squame non c'erano perché era stato squamato in precedenza, cosa assolutamente non vera. Era impossibile fare un boccone senza prendere spine e squame. Il pesce è rimasto nel piatto così come è stata portato. La cosa più grave è che il titolare non si è per niente scusato del disservizio e non è venuto incontro al momento del pagamento.

06/09/2025: Excellent location and stunning view. Of course, the view comes at the cost of a €2 coffee served at your table and, unfortunately, stale croissants (it happened this morning). It's a shame, but I hope this review serves as an incentive to improve the quality of the product.

20/09/2025: Good food but small portions The owner yells at the employees and makes customers uncomfortable. Convenient only if you're going to the boat show, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

25/04/2025: Mi spiace, è difficile che dia recensioni negative, ma: polpo duro, linguine alle vongole che sembrano bollite, cozze ché definirle salate è poco, unica cosa decente la frittura, che, comunque, della paranza, non ha nulla, chiamatela di totani e gamberi con 2 acciughe. Il peggiore ristorante degli ultimi 10 anni

22/08/2025: Affordable two-star hotel. It's clean, though, the breakfast room is nice and has plenty of options, and the staff is very friendly. The room is small and modest, but not uncomfortable. One issue I had was the very noisy air conditioning. Good location, just steps from the beach and not far from the historic district. Affordable for Alassio.

20/05/2025: As far as I'm concerned, kind and thoughtful, as well as discreet, excellent breakfast and considering that we are in Alassio perhaps a little expensive but not excessive. I asked for a single and then they gave me a double at the same price for reasons not better specified.....

26/07/2025: Cené en Angolo 48 recientemente y tuve sentimientos encontrados sobre la experiencia. La comida era buena, con sabores decentes, pero el tamaño de las porciones era decepcionantemente pequeño para el precio. Lamentablemente, el personal fue bastante antipático, lo que restó valor a la experiencia general. Si bien el qual ITy de los platos era sólido, las porciones pequeñas y el mal servicio hacen que sea difícil de recomendar.

26/07/2025: Con mia moglie siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante di cucina tipica ligure elegante raffinato ubicato in pieno centro a Santa Margherita Ligure nella zona pedonale. Ci siamo accomodati in uno dei vari tavoli all’aperto con vista sulla via e ci sono anche tavoli interni. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti: una insalata caprese con mozzarella di bufala dop pomodoro perle di basilico e verdure grigliate Come secondi abbiamo optato per il pesce con dei calamari fritti ed una orata alla ligure. Ottimo il pane portato a tavola. Ottima la qualità degli antipasti e del pesce porzioni giuste squsito. Personale accogliehte sorridente competente cordiale e disponibile. Servizio attentissimo e veloce e prezzi cari ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti. My wife and I had dinner at this elegant and refined restaurant serving traditional Ligurian cuisine, located in the pedestrian area of Santa Margherita Ligure. We sat at one of the several outdoor tables overlooking the street, and there are also indoor tables. For appetizers, we ordered: a Caprese salad with DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pearls and grilled vegetables. For main courses, we opted for fish with fried calamari and Ligurian-style sea bream. The bread served was excellent. The quality of the appetizers was excellent, and the fish was delicious, with generous portions. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful. The service was very attentive and fast, and the prices were expensive but fair for the quality of the dishes.
