26/07/2025: Cené en Angolo 48 recientemente y tuve sentimientos encontrados sobre la experiencia. La comida era buena, con sabores decentes, pero el tamaño de las porciones era decepcionantemente pequeño para el precio. Lamentablemente, el personal fue bastante antipático, lo que restó valor a la experiencia general. Si bien el qual ITy de los platos era sólido, las porciones pequeñas y el mal servicio hacen que sea difícil de recomendar.

26/07/2025: Con mia moglie siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante di cucina tipica ligure elegante raffinato ubicato in pieno centro a Santa Margherita Ligure nella zona pedonale. Ci siamo accomodati in uno dei vari tavoli all’aperto con vista sulla via e ci sono anche tavoli interni. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti: una insalata caprese con mozzarella di bufala dop pomodoro perle di basilico e verdure grigliate Come secondi abbiamo optato per il pesce con dei calamari fritti ed una orata alla ligure. Ottimo il pane portato a tavola. Ottima la qualità degli antipasti e del pesce porzioni giuste squsito. Personale accogliehte sorridente competente cordiale e disponibile. Servizio attentissimo e veloce e prezzi cari ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti. My wife and I had dinner at this elegant and refined restaurant serving traditional Ligurian cuisine, located in the pedestrian area of Santa Margherita Ligure. We sat at one of the several outdoor tables overlooking the street, and there are also indoor tables. For appetizers, we ordered: a Caprese salad with DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pearls and grilled vegetables. For main courses, we opted for fish with fried calamari and Ligurian-style sea bream. The bread served was excellent. The quality of the appetizers was excellent, and the fish was delicious, with generous portions. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful. The service was very attentive and fast, and the prices were expensive but fair for the quality of the dishes.

17/07/2025: Decent food. But the waiter comes over the table to take away cutlery and such before we had finished eating, stressing us to leave.

26/05/2025: Dopo che ho visto moltissime recensioni positive e qualche negativa, ero in dubbio se andare con la moglie ed altra coppia a cena al Mortaio. Poi ho chiesto a qualche Voltrese doc e tutti mi hanno confermato che il Mortaio é una vera trattoria di altissima qualità a Genova ....e non a caso é aperta da 25 anni, una vera istituzione da queste parti. Io ho preso la pasta con sugo di lepre ( fotonico! ) poi calamari fritti ( carnosissimi e fritti in modo impeccabile! ) Avrei voluto prendere pasta con le vongole, ma non ne avevano più.....e la cosa mi é subito piaciuta molto, perché questo é garanzia di un locale con prodotti freschi. Le quantità erano decisamente abbondanti. Il locale pulitissimo e molto ben frequentato, nessuno alzava la voce. Il servizio è stato rapido e coordinatissimo. Il dolce al cucchiaio era squisito, come lo faceva mia mamma! Con 35€ senza vino abbiamo mangiato tanto e soprattutto molto molto molto bene. Inutile dire che ritorneremo! .....ma la prossima volta prenoteremo con più anticipo, mi sa tanto che a questo giro siamo stati molto fortunati a trovare un tavolo libero!

05/05/2025: Esperienza non buona. Locale piccolissimo, praticamente ero seduto in braccio ad una signora. Per andare in bagno ho dovuto fare slalom tra i tavoli. A parte questo i primi indiscutibilmente buoni, come la frittura (buona e abbondante). Problema grave e imperdonabile sul pagro con verdure. Pesce completamente pieno di spine e squame, letteralmente immangiabile. Fatto notare al cameriere mi viene detto si, le spine è normale e che le squame non c'erano perché era stato squamato in precedenza, cosa assolutamente non vera. Era impossibile fare un boccone senza prendere spine e squame. Il pesce è rimasto nel piatto così come è stata portato. La cosa più grave è che il titolare non si è per niente scusato del disservizio e non è venuto incontro al momento del pagamento.

03/08/2025: Franchement déçu. La pizza quatre fromages, on se demande où est le fromage ! Je commande une pizza aux fruits de mer, on me ramène une pizza au thon en boite avec quelques miettes de thon absolument pas bon ! La pizza de mon fils, une reine qui a oublié son carrosse. Un conseil, fuyez, ce sont des pizzas pour touristes. Nul.

28/07/2025: Avoid this place. The waitresses aren't friendly at all, they speak raw and dry, and they throw the bread at you. I ordered a seafood pizza, and I got a pizza with mussel shells and garlic skin on it... I'm not talking about the veal cutlets, but I'd say the breadcrumbs seasoned with veal... The price on the pizza menu was around 8 euros, and I ended up paying 15 euros. The menu needs to be reviewed... (frozen product). And I'm writing all this on the toilet because I had a bad stomach because of this restaurant.

05/08/2025: Decent food, poor grilled fish with mussels that didn't fit in, mixed fried fish with decent portions but the fish wasn't fresh, mushy and tasteless, the white wine on tap was warm, the fries tasted of old oil, the service was good overall but I don't think we'll be back, the quality of the food was really poor.

27/07/2025: We had dinner for two, what can I say? The prices were a bit exaggerated, the food was excellent but not very much, portions on a diet, and the waiting times for a first course and a second course were very long, two and a half hours. The waiters were kind but not very attentive.

26/07/2025: We had a reservation for 9:30 PM. Let me just say that at 10:05 PM we were still standing in front of the restaurant waiting to be seated. We were completely ignored for half an hour without even a word of explanation. The food was so-so, very mediocre, nothing special, not to mention that there were three of us and two of our dishes arrived at the same time, while the third person's arrived later (they should have all been brought at the same time). I honestly wouldn't recommend it.

19/06/2025: Ci era stato consigliato… e purtroppo ci siam fidati! Innanzitutto, ambiente sporco! Pavimenti indecenti e menu unti. Solitamente fotografo tutti i piatti… erano talmente poco invitanti che non ne ho fatta nemmeno una. Frittura mista.. quindi col pesce azzurro “fresco” .. fortunatamente ci siamo accorti che un pesce puzzava di marcio! Il ristorante ci ha detto che può capitare. Arriva il secondo.. calamari alla piastra su un letto di insalata e pomodorini conditi con la cipolla cruda (che non c’entra nulla col pesce!) contorno ovviamente scelto da loro.. i calamari erano amari.. quindi non puliti bene! Ma come si fa???? Dolce.. assaggiano 2 tiramisù.. il pezzo forte della casa! Erano secchi, fatti con la panna, veramente immangiabili. Arriva il momento del conto, nessuna attenzione nonostante il “può capitare”. Queste recensioni così positive sono ingannevoli! Probabilmente trattano bene solo chi dicono loro. Di certo non ci torneremo più.

10/06/2025: Cari utenti, di passaggio a La Spezia, mi sono fermato qui e devo dire: *un’esperienza autentica e soddisfacente dal primo all’ultimo morso**. Locale semplice ma curato, con un’atmosfera intima e un’energia familiare. Appena si entra, si viene accolti da Fiore e Luciano – proprietari attenti e calorosi – che da subito ti mettono a tuo agio con il loro sorriso e disponibilità. Specializzato in pesce fresco, ogni piatto rispecchia tradizione e qualità. Servizio impeccabile: lo staff è gentile e attento ai dettagli, sempre pronto a suggerire piatti e spiegare le peculiarità. 20/07/2025: Downtown restaurant, no complaints about the food, good seafood spaghetti, and a reasonable price. The only drawback was the wait, which was a bit long for a restaurant that wasn't crowded, and the shouting that could be heard inside between the chef and the waiters, although they were very kind to us. It doesn't take much to raise the rating, given the quality of the dishes; looking at those at the neighboring tables, theirs were also inviting.

21/07/2025: Two of us arrived at 8:30 PM without a reservation. They immediately found us a table on the terrace, not overlooking the view, but still pleasant. We had a mixed grill of fish and seared tuna in a poppy seed crust. Side: potatoes and fries. Half a bottle of local Pigato wine. The dishes were served fairly quickly, but when we were almost finished, we asked where the side dishes had gone, and the waiters realized they had served them to another table. We cancelled one of the two side dishes and still received a polite apology. My husband is celiac. They offered him just the grilled fish and potatoes, but they were quite satisfactory. Good, neither good nor bad.

13/08/2025: Finally, a properly prepared fried calamari dish that tastes delicious and isn't greasy. The staff is friendly, smiling, and courteous. The mussels marinara are also excellent! Generous portions. Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: A good restaurant in Imperia with a varied menu and friendly service. We started with a starter to share: a ham and cheese baguette, simple but effective to whet the appetite. 🥖🧀🥓 For main courses, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and sausages was delicious, rich in flavor, and the pasta carbonara was very successful. 🍝👌 For the kids, the hamburger and swordfish menu was decent, but less impressive than our main courses. The desserts were a nice finale: excellent panna cotta and crème brûlée, well-made and delicious. 🍮✨ The decor is a bit dated, but the atmosphere remains warm. Overall, a good place where you can eat well, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Imperia. Quality service. I wanted to emphasize.

24/07/2025: Evening with friends with grilled meat and fish. The quality of the meat was good, including the rib and sausage skewer. I can't judge the fish since I chose the meat, but according to friends it was good. Water and two bottles of wine were shared between all 10 diners. Simple, unpretentious location, good service. The price was perhaps excessive: 60 euros per person. Cocktails on the side were 8 euros. Definitely above average.

09/08/2025: Ordinate due fritture e due porzioni di spaghetti alle vongole, la frittura era accettabile, limone non fornito, dovuto chiedere. Gli spaghetti avevano un sapore amaro, inspiegabile cotti male e troppo pieni di gusci di vongole.

03/06/2025: 6 commensali per cena lasciati sotto la pioggia. Nonostante ci vedessero e continuassero a dire “che strano, non dava pioggia”, abbiamo dovuto insistere e chiedere se potessero spostarci o coprirci con l’ombrellone dopo aver assistito ad una sfuriata delle cameriere in mezzo a tutti. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Tra l’antipasto e i primi abbiamo aspettato un’ora. Non abbiamo mangiato una portata insieme e ci è arrivato un piatto ogni 10 minuti. Abbiamo ordinato la pasta fresca al pesto e ci è arrivato un piatto di fusilli tipo Barilla al pesto. Vino versato sgocciolando per tutto il tavolo. Caffe servito senza cucchiaini. Le aspettative erano alte dato il menu. Peccato. Non credo ci torneremo. Servizio deludente

05/05/2025: Purtroppo abbiamo beccato una serata un po' storta, perchè la nostra cena è stata un po' confusa e con tempistiche un po' lunghe. E' vero che il ristorante era pieno, ma si è respirata un po' di tensione tra lo staff, che è culminata con la comparsa dello chef in sala per discutere in maniera non proprio garbata con le ragazze della sala (discussione che si è protratta anche in cucina). Anche al momento del conto, abbiamo dovuto attendere l'arrivo di qualcuno perchè lo staff era in cucina, e questi disservizi hanno un po' cambiato il sapore di una cena che altrimenti sarebbe stata di livello discreto. Piatti abbondanti, ottimo il fritto e sapori all'altezza del luogo, ma non so se ci ritorneremo
