31/07/2025: Food: Unique, with some good attempts at innovation...I expected more. Service: What can I say? Excellent! The girl at the table was friendly and impeccable. Ambience: Formal and elegant, but with a view of Red Cross ambulances...the setting isn't quite right.

13/10/2025: Excellent veggie pizza. Crispy crust, well-seasoned with excellent ingredients. Unfortunately, it was crowded when we went, and the service was a bit slow. Still, you have to try it; it's worth it!

20/09/2025: Nice outdoor seating, but the food is of questionable quality...the waitress isn't at all friendly... Smoking isn't allowed outside either...except in a small corner...this ban could be seen as a plus or a minus...but you're outdoors with tables well spaced apart... The price was high for what you ate... I wouldn't recommend it.

Every detail is taken care of, the authenticity of the local products is respected, but the flavor combinations are refined, interesting, and perfectly executed. Every detail is carefully curated, from the impeccable service to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that exudes passion and authenticity. The first courses with Genoese pesto are a touch of Ligurian tradition: fragrant, balanced...unforgettable. The elegant and spectacular cappon magro is a symphony of sea and land that expresses the most authentic Liguria. And finally, the "Gérard de Pardier" dessert is simply irresistible. The Scuderie dell'Astronauta is a must-see for anyone visiting Genoa; the cuisine is not just about flavor but a journey between tradition and fantasy.
