12/08/2024: Mid-August place with the air turned off and the windows open, practically like eating in a sauna. We didn't like the service because it basically seems like they were trying to save on cutlery and glasses. There were 5 of us, one had a mixed grill and the others had hamburger sandwiches, too bad they only bring the placemat and cutlery when you order the grill. Basically they had decided that the 4 of the sandwich had to eat without cutlery and placemat, when I asked for cutlery the waitress replied with another question "How many?" Bah. We take a bottle of water and 4 cokes, they only bring a glass for water because the others had coca-cola, to drink water I had to ask for glasses. Now I understand that we are in a pub but the bare minimum must be done. Too bad... because the place is nice and the food isn't bad.

07/08/2024: A inizio agosto siamo ritornati a Lerici per salutare alcuni ospiti inattesi, che volevano mangiare del buon pesce, ovviamente siamo andati al Frantoio! Cin cin con bollicine Astoria, poi bevuto a tutto pasto: è un prosecco morbido, giusto che solitamente piace a tutti, l’unico problema è che continueresti a berne. Questa volta solo uno di noi ha ordinato gli antipasti, gli altri hanno voluto provare tre primi piatti da poco in menù: tagliolini freschi al nero di seppia in due versioni, in bianco con gamberi sgusciati, zucchini e al sugo di polpo con pomodorini in bellavista e tagliolini alla chitarra, bianchi, con gamberi locali sgusciati, funghi galletti e zucchini. Tre proposte strepitose. Per secondi, una fritturina di calamari e gamberi, pescato locale, croccante e morbida allo stesso tempo, asciutta, buonissima e un Polpo locale in due versioni, saltato in padella con crema di patate, dadolata di verdurine croccanti e all’Inferno con pomodorini. Uno di noi non ha saputo resistere alla Catalana di Crostacei al vapore, su letto di verdure crude, condite con Olio Laudemio 2023: è un loro classico, chi non l’ha mai provata la provi! Ricordate di chiedere se ci sono Piatti del giorno extra fuori menù: noi abbiamo trovato i muscoli ripieni, (cozze per i foresti) e le acciughe locali ripiene, piatti della tradizione spezzina, due assaggini, una favola! Tutti i piatti sono espressi, cucinati con le giuste quantità d’olio, mai pesanti. Questa volta abbiamo saltato i dolci, tutti di loro produzione, e siamo passati al sorbetto al limone e sgroppino al limone con vodka: giusto per digerire! Qualità/Prezzo, come al solito senza confronti. p.s. non sono riuscito ad allegare altre 4 foto di primi e secondi, per un problema di dimensione dei file, peccato erano spettacoli per gli occhi oltre che per il palato!

07/07/2024: Piccolino ma carino, ottima accoglienza e buon servizio. Il cibo di qualità, buono e ben presentato. Unica pecca c’era un compleanno e l’ambiente è risultato un po’ rumoroso

12/08/2024: We went for dinner on a weekend in August. We ate in a narrow but cute street adjacent to the restaurant. The dishes were good and plentiful considering price/quality, but not the best. Our table was next to an air conditioner pump that emitted hot air and we suffered a bit with an unpleasant smell. The staff was friendly, recommended but not in periods when it is very hot.

03/07/2024: We had a wonderful overall experience. The food and service were excellent! We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and they truly made it an evening to remember. They sat us in the balcony which took our experience to another level. The tuna tartare and the tagliolini on gratin with langoustine and red radicchio from Chioggia were both outstanding. Yes, the wine list is a bit pricey but in line with similar higher end restaurants. We will be back!

13/08/2024: Today I went to this Lido with my friends, first of all the welcome was 1 star as there were few staff and too messed up. A lady welcomed us to pay for the sunbeds, we asked to be able to get sunbeds without an umbrella and we were denied because according to her we couldn't have sunbeds without an umbrella, while on the beach the first row closest to the sea was completely free . Furthermore, we were not even given the payment receipt. We had lunch and, for the first time in my life, we had to order standing at the bar and pay for everything straight away, the place outside was an oven as the roof was more closed than open, the fried food was dry and not at all digestible , the bread was brought to us almost at the end of lunch, the glasses for water were brought to us halfway through lunch, the waitresses were very unprepared. I won't even comment on the coffee cream!! I found it all very expensive for the standards of the place, we won't go back again! P.S I remind you that we too are customers like everyone else, if you had given us the sunbeds without umbrellas you would not have compromised any service, but would have just done your job. Do you mean to tell me that if a family of 5 were to arrive, they would be obliged to take the sunbeds you want? The paying person should have the right to choose what he wants as far as possible, and this dear lady was really possible! Second point, he gave us a market invoice just to point out the rows of umbrellas and we had to leave it with the lifeguard, there were 4 girls in the group who helped themselves to the bar immediately after paying for the sunbeds, the receipt should have beat him and hand him over to them. I won't add anything else so as not to compromise your place too much, I only advise you to improve your standards because then you won't be there at all, no offense!!

08/08/2024: Very good meal with pasta served with half a crab per person. It was a treat, a delight but you end up filthy. Well done.

08/06/2024: Sara and her staff, what a lovely and exquisite welcome! Thank you because surprising my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary was the goal. DuCoq is ideal for doing so, in the central Santa, a place that attracts from the outside. Inside, a relaxing greenhouse-type outdoor area, very pleasant. Beyond, a yellow waterfall of splendid lemons that creates bucolic harmony. Truly particular menu, full of specialties and curiosities that are not banal or common, told with passion by Sara. To be washed down with a very well-stocked, I would say remarkable, selection of wines and champagne. The choice is yours, DuCoq is worth trying and coming back. Goodbye and thanks again for a wonderful evening.

19/08/2024: Few words to describe the quality of the fried foods. Mixed fried food, breaded anchovies and delicious calamari. We returned a few evenings later to eat them on the beach. Average prices, reflect the quality of the fish.

12/08/2024: Sono andato a prendere della frittura da asporto la seconda settimana di agosto assieme ad alcuni familiari. Pesce fritto a regola d'arte, vario e fresco. Consigliatissimo!
