07/06/2026: We went to the sailing ship for dinner, looking for a restaurant serving authentic traditional Ligurian cuisine. We found a fantastic place with highly qualified staff who truly made us feel at home. They treated my young son especially well. The food is wonderful, and the ingredients are truly top-notch, with fresh, authentic ingredients expertly prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: Very nice place, friendly staff and good choices on the menu. Anchovies we're delicious as we're the risotto and fresh pasta with prawns. Wine was good and good value. All round a very tasty meal.

15/06/2026: Overall, it was good. We waited a while for our food, but I understand it was Saturday and it was crowded. We didn't get any olive oil. The food was tasty. The drinks were good. The service was friendly.

23/03/2026: I recommend making a reservation. The view is spectacular and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. We ordered a small platter of delicious, high-quality cured meats and cheeses. This was followed by Argentine picanha accompanied by baked potatoes. (I recommend rare.) Finally, the green apple sorbet was fresh and easy to digest. The bill was very fair, and the staff was kind and helpful.

16/05/2026: Sunny Saturday lunchtime: Lido Beach is the perfect place for lunch. A lovely terrace with a direct sea view, friendly and attentive service (the staff speak excellent French), and beautifully presented dishes. A very pleasant experience, thank you 🙏.

11/04/2026: I'd like to, but I can't. The quality of the fish is undeniable, but almost all the dishes were tasteless and lacking in flavor. I understand the desire to cook light and delicately, but I don't understand the goal of bringing such fresh fish to the table without wanting to enhance its characteristics. A little garlic, herbs, and temperature variations...it's a real shame, because you could do so much more with that fish...we still had a good time.

22/03/2026: Excellent location near the parking lot, the restaurant has a few indoor tables but a lovely, well-heated veranda. Fortunately, the menu doesn't include many dishes. The fish, for me, living in Novara, is an absolute discovery. No farmed sea bass or sea bream like you'd find elsewhere. All freshly caught fish with names I'm unfamiliar with, with delicate, flavorful flesh. I hope to return soon, because I ate simple, delicious dishes.

15/04/2026: Kindness and helpfulness make the difference. I needed to return an Amazon item, and the lady was so helpful and professional that I now go there for other things, even though there are other tobacco shops near my house. I'm happy to walk a kilometer to be treated with courtesy.

14/05/2026: Everything was perfect! All the dishes were excellent, with special mention for the Branda (exceptional) and the Sacher Torte (amazing)! The service was impeccable and attentive, with Paolo doing everything he could to make you feel at ease. The prices were absolutely excellent, and the quality of the products was superb (everything locally sourced). Not to be missed! A wonderful discovery!

01/05/2026: FRIENDLINESS IS THE HOUSE, a very charming place. The seafood dishes are harmoniously blended by the chef without overpowering the aroma and delicious flavor of the local catch! Congratulations! Fair prices.

09/06/2026: The highlight of an exceptional day trip. I caught a traghetto from Camogli in the sparkling blue Ligurian Sea, dropping me off at the small dock next to the large sign reading "TRATTORIA." Calling ahead for a reservation, I was seated at a lovely table right at the water. The service was exceptional! Everyone friendly. The owner even introduced me to another table of people who shared my Italian mother's maiden name! The pesto was outstanding, as it should be in the Genoa region. The fish and roe main dish was worth celebrating. A tasty gelato dessert and the obligatory caffe. The meal was leisurely, all the time listening to the lapping of waves against the solid rocks. Having indulged in an amazing dinner, I decided to take the hike back to Camogli (a 1500 ft rise with countless steps) which went through several towns and amazing views, powered by a great meal beforehand!

05/05/2026: The place looks nice, but the experience was terrible in every way. The service was completely disorganized, slow, and managed by untrained staff, incapable even of explaining the dishes on the menu. The prices are decidedly high and completely unjustified for what's served: poor-quality fish, clearly frozen, unacceptable in such a renowned seaside area. It's a shame to offer such a deal while charging exorbitant prices. Overall, a negative experience that's absolutely not worth the price. I don't recommend it. Before asking for such prices, it would be appropriate to ensure genuine quality, expertise, and respect for the customer.

20/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! I loved the rabbit pasta and the tiramisu with a lovely local rosé. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. My wife ordered the zucchini flan.
