17/02/2025: It's the third time I've gone to Santa Teresa. This time my wife and I went there for Valentine's Day and it proved to be a truly top-quality restaurant. Quality and refined dishes, quick and very kind staff, very intimate environment. If you are going for the first time, don't miss the sea steam which is truly sublime. The only shame was not having found gazpacho on the menu but it will be the excuse to return again

Despite an initial misunderstanding (for which they told me they didn't have gluten-free pasta even though I called them for lunch to ask for confirmation) we ate well. Jamon platter and focaccia/rye bread really excellent. Then gluten-free pasta with clams for me - I would say good even if not excellent - and sliced ​​picanha for my boyfriend, tasty but not very tender. He liked it anyway. The service could perhaps be improved, the two waiters seem a bit on edge.. I don't know if my request for gluten-free pasta sent them into a panic. Anyway good. Very nice location.

14/02/2025: Belle décoration minimaliste. En revanche,le serveur nous a dit qu’il était impossible d’avoir une carafe d’eau et nous a obligées à prendre une bouteille d’eau à 4€! Il a également fallu payer 6€ pour les couverts! Serveurs qui n’arrivent pas à gérer leur service. Fritto Misto bon. Spritz avec très très peu de Prosecco ! Bref un beau resto mais tout le reste laisse à désirer!

12/03/2025: During the period between Christmas and New Year, my husband and I had dinner in this restaurant located along the sea in Varigotti. The environment is refined and welcoming, with attention to detail that creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The costs, unfortunately, are in line with those of Liguria, therefore slightly high and in line with those of the area. The service, unfortunately, was not the best: although we arrived first, we were served last. This aspect influenced the experience a bit. The restaurant is frequented by many regular customers, but this does not justify the delay in service. Another point that left us perplexed concerns the dishes. My tuna was really excellent, but I noticed a difference in the portions, which for other diners were decidedly more generous. Another dish that disappointed us was the spaghetti with clams. Not only did they arrive significantly late, but the clams appeared to have been cooked in broth, perhaps to impart flavor, but the end result was less than satisfactory. Having said that, the maître d' proved to be professional and attentive, deciding not to charge us for the plate of spaghetti with clams after our complaint, a gesture that certainly alleviated the disappointment. In conclusion, unfortunately there are some aspects to improve, especially the service and the attention to the quality and quantity of the dishes. However, the location and the good preparation of some dishes remain positive aspects to consider.

09/03/2025: First time for me.. very satisfied, excellent first courses, both seafood and land. (Spaghetti with seafood, risotto with seafood and pansoti with walnut sauce) and a perfect fried fish!.. to return to try the raw fish dishes that I saw served at the other tables...

07/01/2025: Oberklasse der Restaurants am Hafen von Oneglia. Preislich top, aber eben auch was den Service und die Speisen angeht, Hier wird man nicht enttäuscht!! Und die Preise sind ja immer relativ...die anderen hier in der Reihe können da definitiv NICHT mithalten! Top-Ambiente, sowohl drinnen, als auch "auf Deck"!
