30/03/2025: Good trattoria located on a small square adjacent to the sea. The menu doesn't have much choice but personally I wouldn't add anything else, what there is is enough. The first courses and anchovies are served at the table in a pan, and in addition to the scenography they keep warm for longer. We liked everything we ate, the gazaro linguine in particular. Quick and friendly service, we are in the low season and it is easier, we will see later why we will return

Simply delicious and we advise you to ask the chef for his advice for your choice of dishes. The products are fresh at the moment. It is only used by local fishermen and according to their needs 👌

30/12/2024: I had high expectations since it's a Michelin restaurant, but I was disappointed. I tried the Innovative course, but it was really just a test menu; it was so overdone that I couldn't really feel the flavors of each ingredient, and the dishes were just overdone. The service wasn't that great, we had to pour most of the wine ourselves, the food and the plates were all placed in different directions at the same table, and there was no love for the food at all. I was disappointed that I couldn't feel it. Even though it's not peak season, I think it would be a good idea to at least tell the busboy the direction of the plate, even if it's busy and the busboy has to serve it. Or rather, was there no direction for the plate or food? I think the person who cooked the food put a lot of effort into it, but I don't think it had anything to do with it. As for the presentation of the food, Apidizer was still better, but the main dish was a mess. By the way, I understand that the apedizer probably has to be made in advance without much effort, but the fried fish was served cold and I didn't think it was delicious at all. However, in terms of creativity, I could feel that they had made an effort, but I was very disappointed that it did not reach that level at all in terms of a moving dining experience. The wine list was Michelin rated, so it was very comprehensive. There were also many Cinque Terre wines. However, since the food on the trial course was so bad, I wonder if there was any good food? Maybe I made a mistake in choosing the menu. There were several tables around us that were serving dishes that looked like pizza dough on top of pasta. I think that was probably the number one recommendation. I wanted to try a variety of dishes on the omakase course menu, but to be honest, I couldn't recommend it enough. If you're going to waste money, I think it would have been better to have it a la carte. The tables, interior settings, and plates created a local atmosphere and were very nice.

07/01/2025: Oberklasse der Restaurants am Hafen von Oneglia. Preislich top, aber eben auch was den Service und die Speisen angeht, Hier wird man nicht enttäuscht!! Und die Preise sind ja immer relativ...die anderen hier in der Reihe können da definitiv NICHT mithalten! Top-Ambiente, sowohl drinnen, als auch "auf Deck"!

The two appetizers chosen, the cappon magro and the palette, are sumptuous and at the same time elegant, while the paccheri with red tuna with crunchy aubergines and Tropea spring onions are spectacular. 11/03/2025: Cena di compleanno, si fa alla romana e vabbè ok me ne sto. Inaccettabile invece trovarsi 4 calamaretti in croce nel guazzetto ordinato (sugo e basta in pratica). Inaccettabile chiedere gentilmente una panatura senza glutine e trovarsi un'orata degna del menù bambini. Anche le altre porzioni, piccole da avere ancora fame. Inaccettabile anche la ruvidità del cameriere, tanto valeva andare alla mensa per farsi sbattere un mestolo sul tavolo in malo modo e urlare da un tavolo all' altro. E il tutto, per 40€/persona. Varazze difetta di luoghi dove mangiare di gusto a prezzo conveniente e si sa, purtroppo. Ma eravamo abituati a mangiare BENE, CARO ma bene. Adesso manco più quello. Spiace, ma non tornerò mai più..

Ya no uso el término "buena comida" porque con demasiada frecuencia equivale a ejercicios muy caros y a menudo pretenciosos con chefs esforzándose por encontrar algo nuevo. Los menús degustación largos son con demasiada frecuencia un ejercicio de paciencia y esperanza en lugar de disfrute. Todos los revisores aficionados tenemos nuestras propias percepciones, niveles de experiencia, estándares y opiniones. A veces los resultados de TA son más un concurso de popularidad que una guía útil. Pero si lees suficientes comentarios sobre un lugar, puedes obtener lo que es importante para ti. He revisado Lanterna Blu muchas veces. Todo lo que puedo decir que podría ser ligeramente nuevo es que Massimo tiene un talento raro y especial. En la música, el arte, en las profesiones que practiqué durante décadas o con las que trabajé estrechamente (el derecho, el servicio naval, la medicina) sabes cuando estás en presencia de un maestro. En la música, por ejemplo, puedo escuchar una maravillosa canción cantada por dos docenas de artistas, y solo una interpretación resonará a través de su corazón y alma. Para mí, las "bandas tributo" son una pérdida de tiempo y energía. Sólo hay un original. Los platos que aquí se sirven son sencillos, elegantes y elaborados con los mejores ingredientes. Por lo general, no hay menú y solo unas pocas opciones. Pero se cocinan desde el corazón y capturan la esencia de lo que hay en el plato. Es el tipo de comida que recordarás muchos meses, incluso años después. Más allá del sistema de calificación de TA, hay un pequeño número de comidas que capturan lo sublime. Sucede rutinariamente en Lanterna Blu.

15/02/2025: Posto da non perdere per chi ambisce ad una cena fantastica in un posto magico, quasi d'altri tempi e in una atmosfera unica. Massimo è un mago in cucina ed anche in sala... Tratta la materia prima, di ottima qualità, con classe e maestria, in sala musica adeguata e piacevole, un pianoforte e una galleria d'arte da ammirare e i tavoli...non se ne vedono più così! Le ragazze in sala presenti, carine, precise mai invadenti. In sintesi cena per chi ama la buona cucina e il buon tempo a tavola. Posto consigliatissimo!

Table service and ordinary staff. A major flaw that is difficult to remedy is the location of the toilets which force customers to pass through the kitchen.

24/01/2025: in Genoa, more precisely in the Pegli district, we find Teresa, a refined restaurant with a cuisine made of flavours, where the simplicity of the raw materials used become excellence!!! Lobster in shades of pink, an excellent Spaghettone with clams (already shelled). A compliment to the landlady for the service and competence reserved for us.

30/12/2024: The service is without a doubt the best thing this restaurant has, kindness and attention are not lacking. The food was exquisite, the only fault I could make is the breading of the fish, which ends up being a little heavy due to the excess. The place is beautiful. We are Spanish and they brought a friend of the owner who speaks Spanish to make everything easier, it came out of them and it was great, My ten! Thank you!
