22/12/2024: Da qualche anno io e mio marito quando ci rechiamo a Spezia amiamo cenare in questo piccolo locale dalla atmosfera intima e familiare e non siamo mai usciti delusi. I piatti sono curati e la qualita' sempre rispettata, accoglienza e cordialita'. Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo . Consiglio la prenotazione

06/01/2025: This review is based on my personal experience and therefore is absolutely not intended to damage the image of the place. We booked on The Fork attracted by the good reviews and the interesting menu, where the sea reigns supreme but where there is also no shortage of excellent land alternatives. The first thing we notice once seated is that the menu prices are much higher than not only those seen on the app where we booked but also those on their website. Since it is a holiday we decide not to worry about it but we believe that it should still be reported to avoid unpleasant surprises for those who choose which restaurant to book in, perhaps also based on how much they will then spend. Let's come to lunch. We started by ordering a bottle of white wine listed on the menu but another one was brought to us. We were told that it would be paid in the same way but here too we were deprived of the possibility of choosing a little because if we had been told straight away that it wasn't there perhaps we would have opted for something else, instead we found ourselves as forced to accept that. As for the food, nothing to complain about. Excellent seafood spaghetti, well-treated fresh turbot and crispy, dry frying. The dessert didn't make me so crazy but more for my personal taste and not for the goodness of the product. Let's get to the sore point, the one that mainly affects my review: the service. A first course, a second course and a sweet waiting time of 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was really too long. Numerous tables present near ours (there were only 2 of us) were served first despite having arrived well after us. I don't think I've ever waited so long for a dessert and a coffee. I felt like pointing this out to the owner who partially remedied it by apologizing and applying a small discount to a bill that was still too high. I don't know whether to recommend it or not, personally, for the reasons explained above, I won't go back.

16/02/2025: Tante le cose positive che ho trovato in questo ristorante in cui stranamente non ero mai stata. Primo fra tutti la scelta delle materie prime, freschissime e di ottima qualità, dopodiché il personale che ci ha coccolato con eleganza e attenzione ma facendoci sentire subito a casa. I piatti belli alla vista e gustosi al palato e infine i prezzi assolutamente corretti in base alla qualità degli ingredienti. Se amate il pesce questo è sicuramente il posto giusto. Scegliete i piatti crudi se siete amanti del pesce nella sua freschezza e semplicità assoluta e i piatti caldi se vi piace il gusto accostato ad abbinamenti originali e saporiti. Nota di merito i dolci, veramente guduriosi! io ad esempio ho scelto la mousse al pistacchio accompagnata da un'esplosione di cioccolato fuso e granella che non posso fare altro che consigliarvela assolutamente! Come dicevo in precedenza, siamo stati coccolati in tutto e per tutto. Ad esempio siamo stati accontentati nella scelta del vino, scegliendone due diversi, ma poi pagandone solo uno in quanto avanzato. Veramente la correttezza fatta a persona! Poi i dolcetti offerti accompagnati al caffè, tutti ottimi oltretutto! Ma la vera chicca della genialità è stata quando ci è stato dato il nostro pane avanzato dalla cena accuratamente imbustato e pronto da portare a casa. Pane di qualità eccellente e di differente impasto, grissini e focaccia. Tutti dovrebbero prendere esempio da questa cosa! E se pensate che i ristoranti eleganti e di classe poi vi facciano mangiare poco, sappiate che qua le porzioni sono abbondanti e sicuramente uscirete più che soddisfatti. Assolutamente locale che mi sento di consigliare, io stessa appena potrò ci ritornerò.

09/03/2025: I went during the week, I wanted to save money by eating the menu of the day: -The penne allo scoglio only had the shell and the pasta 'seemed pre-cooked'. -The grilled sea bass was well cooked, but the underlying flavor was of mud. -The bread was delicious and I appreciated it. The quality/price ratio is certainly acceptable. Evidently a bad day, too bad!

05/03/2025: I had never been there, the owner was very kind in finding us a table for two on Sunday even though they were fully booked, plus I can say that I ate an excellent plate of spaghetti with seafood, good fried food, good service and I will definitely go back, even more than once.

24/03/2025: Excellent food, friendly owners. We ended up there by chance, but very happy it happened, in the middle of the alleys of Genoa. The place is small, you rub elbows with your neighbors, but the cuisine is worth it, we ate both seafood and land dishes, everything was excellent and the prices were modest, the service was low-frills, but courteous. A beautiful experience highly recommended.

05/01/2025: Sublime! Non ci sono altre parole per descrivere quanto abbiamo assaporato durante la cena presso il Ristorante Sarri. La qualità delle materie prime e la maestria dello Chef danno come risultato un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il locale è raffinato, elegante e assolutamente accogliente. Il personale è veramente gentile e soprattutto preparato e professionale nella descrizione di quanto ci è stato servito a partire dall'aperitivo. Che dire, il menù degustazione è fantastico come gli abbinamenti con i vini serviti. Un'esperienza indimenticabile che sarà sicuramente da replicare anche perché la curiosità è tanta nel vedere cosa lo Chef potrà proporre in base alle eccellenti materie prime a disposizione a seconda del periodo. Vivamente consigliato!!
