24/04/2026: First they serve you a mediocre, slightly burned pizza; then, even though you're alone, they charge you a cover charge for two. Finally, since you pay by card, they look annoyed and leave without even giving you a receipt.
I don't recommend going there. I usually avoid giving low ratings out of respect for the work of others, but here there's no effort whatsoever. It's a restaurant aiming to rip off tourists. It was probably a good restaurant in the past, too; that's what you can tell from the photos on the walls. But the convenience, laziness, and carelessness that comes with the money earned over time are now reflected in their products. Go to McDonald's: even there you'll find better food.

For this reason, I won't eat there and I won't recommend it (even though I've never tasted the food and may have been the only rude person).
29/04/2026: An excellent restaurant with courteous and friendly service, despite its rather formal atmosphere. The fish and appetizers are delicious, although the prices are a bit above average, but the quality is consistent. The wide selection of meat and fish dishes is noteworthy, along with a good selection of appetizers featuring seasonal vegetables. The dining rooms are varied and welcoming, suitable for any occasion. The lovely garden is set up for al fresco dining only in the summer. Convenient and ample parking is available for guests. The owners, always very helpful, know how to build customer loyalty by making them feel at the center of the experience.

30/03/2026: It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant, and I have to say it's truly improved, even though I've always had a great experience. Everything we ate was excellent. The various fried dishes were impeccable, dry, and without any oily aftertaste. If you like artichokes, try these: the Jewish-style artichokes and the fried ones are sublime! The service was meticulous and attentive, without being intrusive. Well done! I'm so glad I booked Easter lunch with you!

The service was particularly excellent – very friendly, attentive, and courteous. You immediately feel welcome. Add to that the great weather and the waterfront location – all in all, a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: A wonderful experience, excellent value. We ate divinely, particularly enjoying the homemade cheeses, orange marmalade, and hazelnut and chestnut liqueur. We recommend trying the local and traditional first courses. The outdoor seating area of the cloister is truly beautiful, and we recommend eating there if a table is available. Antonio is an excellent host and is truly worth a visit. If you're in Viterbo, definitely go.

19/04/2026: Jair is a place we return to out of passion, to rediscover our signature dishes (the mixed antipasto and spaghetti with clams are superb) or to be tempted (the shrimp in filo pastry and tagliolini with shrimp and lime are a must-try). For us, every dish is a treat, in a welcoming, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere that we always love. And the prices...very fair! (€18 per person for the superb antipasto and around €15 for the first courses). Kudos to Ettore, the masterful director of everything!

01/03/2026: We chose this venue to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday with a private party for 45 people, and we couldn't have made a better choice.
Beyond the beauty of the venue—modern, welcoming, and spotlessly clean—what drove us to choose them was the wonderful impression we received from the owners: they are wonderful people, genuine and incredibly helpful, who took great care in organizing our event.
The food was excellent, appreciated by all the guests, and the service was excellent: the staff was impeccable in managing a large group with professionalism and a smile. Knowing you can rely on people like them for such an important event truly makes a difference. Thank you so much for making my mother's party special.

01/05/2026: Today we were really disappointed with the fish, which was not fresh and absolutely badly cooked, and what we asked for they did not satisfy us. I'm very sorry because we were customers, but we have never eaten so badly. I don't think we will go back, for that price there is better...
27/04/2026: At this seaside restaurant, we had a set menu for €40, which included everything from appetizers to dessert, coffee, and liqueurs. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the service was friendly and prompt, despite the restaurant being packed. The only downside was the restrooms; there's only one for women, which is insufficient for the size of the restaurant. Other than that, we had a great time and will be back.
