I went with my boyfriend. Small establishment. Total relaxation. Lunch under the umbrella, just like at a restaurant. Very kind and efficient staff. We will definitely be back.

I spent a day at the Royal Beach on the Milano Marittima seafront, and while I recognized some positive aspects, the overall experience was impacted by several factors that have become a defining feature of the resort in recent years. The resort itself is well-maintained, with a modern aesthetic and well-organized spaces. The staff was friendly and reasonably quick in their service, and the lounger area is comfortable, with well-spaced umbrellas and a relaxing atmosphere. The bar also offers a good selection of drinks and carefully prepared summer dishes. The main problem, however, is the general context of Milano Marittima, which has lost much of its charm in recent years. The resort is clearly deteriorating, both in the quality of its tourist offerings and in the maintenance of its public spaces. Strolling along the seafront, one clearly senses a decline in liveliness and care compared to what Milano Marittima once represented. This inevitably also affects the experience at the resorts, including the Royal Beach. Another aspect to consider is the prices, which are decidedly high compared to what is actually offered. Sunbeds, drinks, and amenities are priced similar to much more exclusive resorts, but the overall experience doesn't live up to those prices. This isn't a problem specific to Royal Beach, but a general trend in the area, which is particularly evident here. Overall, Royal Beach remains a pleasant, well-managed establishment with a good level of comfort, but the value for money is unbalanced, and the surrounding area doesn't enhance the experience. It's a good choice if you're looking for a quiet day at the beach, but be aware that the experience doesn't fully justify the cost.

We went to the restaurant by the sea and the food, the location, and the service were all exceptionally good! Highly recommended!

We stopped by for lunch on May 1st and overall it was a good experience. The food was good quality, but the portions left a bit to be desired, especially given the price (higher for the day). The service, however, was friendly, but we had a hard time finding waiters who were available to chat and who would go around the tables. Furthermore, at the end of the meal, they added three bottles of wine, totaling €90 more than we should have. I'm not implying any bad faith, of course, but it's still a flaw, even though they promptly apologized.

Exceptional atmosphere and the food is divine

Excellent experience at Royal Beach. This establishment offers unique beach service. In addition to the traditional beach with widely spaced umbrellas, it also offers a very good restaurant inside the beach resort. We also tried lunch directly on the beach, with a table under an umbrella, tablecloth service—a very nice experience, and above all, very good food with prices in line with the area and the service. The staff was very professional and, above all, very friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at Royal Beach.

Excellent food, great music, a pleasant lunch with friends! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The only flaw is the rather small portions.

It was a pleasant lunch with colleagues from my company. We took advice from the legendary Edoardo, more than just a waiter! We had a gratinated calamari appetizer, a clam risotto to die for, and for main course, wonderful lemon scampi from Bassano del Grappa: a delicious treat for me and my employees. We'll be back soon, very soon; in fact, we're already out here!

A very beautiful and well-kept location, with a pleasant and well-maintained atmosphere. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, and the service is quite fast. Unfortunately, the portions aren't up to par for the price. We ordered calamari (as an appetizer but included among the main courses), asking for it grilled rather than au gratin because they didn't have gluten-free breadcrumbs: the portion was very small. The baked potatoes were good. The gnocco with scampi cream didn't convince us; the pasta didn't seem fresh, and the cream lacked flavor. My boyfriend, who can't eat gluten, chose grilled amberjack; it was good, but nothing memorable. With just one bottle of water, we spent €88. The price was average for a beach restaurant in Milano Marittima, but the portions were decidedly out of proportion.
