The place is welcoming and with attention to every detail, the service is courteous and efficient, the fish is very fresh and in general the food is excellent, from starters to desserts. The menu offering is broad and interesting. This place has had a notable evolution over the years, despite starting from an excellent base, the managers have still managed to further improve every aspect, from the care of the rooms and tables, to the innovation of the menu, the result is a classy restaurant where it is always a pleasure to return.

10/03/2025: Ogni volta che varco la soglia di questo ristorante, mi sento subito a casa. L’accoglienza è sempre calorosa, il servizio impeccabile e la cucina semplicemente straordinaria. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura e passione, utilizzando ingredienti di altissima qualità che esaltano i sapori autentici della Romagna. Oltre al cibo eccellente, quello che rende speciale questo posto è l’atmosfera: il personale è attento, premuroso e ti fa sentire coccolato dall’inizio alla fine. È il luogo perfetto sia per una cena rilassante che per un’occasione speciale. Se siete in zona, non potete assolutamente perdervelo! Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano una vera esperienza gastronomica, fatta di gusto, calore e professionalità. Ogni visita è una piacevole conferma della qualità e della passione che si respira in questo ristorante. Complimenti!

12/03/2025: Splendid location, very nice rooms, restaurant with interesting and very, very tasty proposals (we tried the land tasting, amazing wine on the menu). The restaurant service is impeccable and the staff are very helpful. The girls at the reception were very kind and professional. The spa is very nice.

26/03/2025: Locale piccolo, abbastanza informale ma molto curato. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo e molto preparato anche su allergie e intolleranze alimentari. La cucina è da chef di primissimo ordine sapori e accostamenti innovativi e azzeccatissimi la carta dei vini è di ottimo livello.

25/03/2025: Cozy and nice atmosphere, really impeccable and attentive service. Very interesting menu and good selection of wines. Nothing to say about the dishes chosen, traditional cappelletti with ragù and guinea fowl roll on Jerusalem artichoke puree and black olive pesto, all delicious. I happened to be there for dinner on a business trip, perhaps in this context it seemed a bit expensive, but for a romantic evening it would be top. I would go back

Now we come to the beauty: excellent quality of the raw materials, dishes with a mix of aromas, flavors and textures that amaze you with every bite. Non-trivial dishes with combinations that touch various continents while maintaining the essence of the raw material. Raw tops. Never eaten such good fried food. Very varied wine list for all budgets. Price appropriate to the offer. Well done, keep it up!

29/03/2025: A pleasant discovery! Cozy and quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing evening. The fish piadina is simply delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations. The staff is kind, smiling and makes you feel at ease straight away. I will definitely be back!

06/04/2025: Nice and welcoming place. I took an appetizer with cured meats and bruschetta, plentiful but quite cheap cured meats. From a trattoria I would have expected typical 0 km cured meats, better a smaller slice but of excellent quality. While the first course, homemade gramigna with mushrooms, courgettes and sausage cooked in foil was good and tasty. Average price. The service was courteous and quick. Overall a good restaurant, nothing exceptional but nothing too bad either. If I pass by there again I might go back and maybe try the fish
