24/06/2025: The structure is quite old and poorly maintained. However, it is very clean! The room is quite large but with a small and open wardrobe. We went down quite early for breakfast and found a good selection of both food and drinks. The location is very convenient, close to the station, it is in the center and very convenient for parking (there is a small paid parking lot at the back and another very large one, free and partially covered two minutes walk away, next to the cemetery)

16/06/2025: I stumbled upon this hotel by chance to find a room for two nights for a business trip. Hotel very close to the station, very convenient. Very kind and friendly staff. Very affordable prices!!!

25/06/2025: Excellently managed place by a family management, you can eat truly incredible fish dishes and made with taste and skill, the service is very fast and friendly, the place is looked after in the smallest details and is located near the Trebbia river right in the area where it flows into the Po, I highly recommend it to everyone whether for a family dinner or with friends or even to make a good impression as a couple, compliments to the management

15/06/2025: Family-run trattoria, where we always go willingly. The dishes are tasty, well executed and really excellent. Yesterday we were there for my father-in-law's birthday, as always we were very satisfied with the food and the service 👍🏻

31/07/2025: There were two of us on vacation. We found this place online; we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. We ordered an appetizer of citrus-marinated salmon with robiola mousse; the salmon was exceptional, but with the mousse, it became truly out of this world. I had a large salad (pictured); it was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and I recommend pairing it with a plain piadina. If you're looking for a truly breathtaking first course, we recommend the ricotta tortelli with Mazara red prawns. They explode in your mouth. If you're here, even just passing through, like us, you absolutely must come.

Instead, I was greeted by the warm aroma of fresh basil, melted mozzarella, and wood-fired dough. Don't worry: whoever ends up here has definitely not sinned – they've done everything right. Because if there are nine circles of hell, then there are at least nine levels of pizza bliss here. 🍅 First circle: The appetizers – antipasti like those made by an Italian nonna who adopts you with the first bite. 🔥 Third circle: The pizza oven – the blazing heart of the house, where dough becomes art. 👑 Fifth circle: The "Pizza Dante" – a divine composition that would make even Lucifer weep and trade purgatory for a table swap. 🌿 Seventh Circle: The oregano – generous, fresh, and not just decoration, but a true hero. The service? So friendly I wasn't sure if I was in Italy or paradise. Fast, warm, attentive – with a smile that radiates more warmth than the stone oven. The ambiance? 17/06/2025: Locale storico di Maranello meta di riferimento per gli appassionati del pesce fresco. Il menù è molto completo, dalle crudité, agli antipasti caldi, qualche buon primo e secondi piatti alla griglia o al forno in base alla disponibilità giornaliera. Degni di segnalazione sono il carpaccio di ricciola, la catalana di crostacei, il rombo chiodato e un fritto misto di paranza asciutto e croccante. Carta dei vini completa con ricarichi corretta.

29/07/2025: Ne ho sempre sentito parlare, da decenni ma mai avuto l’occasione, forse perché dall’esterno il locale non colpisce…E invece: pizza eccezionale! Impasto leggero e digeribile, cottura perfetta e ingredienti abbondanti , gustosi e di qualità. Davvero una scoperta. A volte l’apparenza inganna — tornerò sicuramente!

20/07/2025: If you like nature, fresh air, and good food, this is the place for you! A secluded spot, cool in the morning and a great temperature from midday onwards. The restaurant is very nice and welcoming, the owners are very kind and attentive, the food is delicious, the fishing is very relaxing, and the catch is delicious. The parking lot is very large and shaded all day. There's even a river for those who want to swim in the very cool water. I recommend a sweatshirt and long pants in the morning, but it's best to bring a change of clothes for the temperature. It's ideal for those who want to relax and get away from it all.

07/07/2025: Disappointed by the banality of the tasting menu, we expected something different from the dishes you find everywhere.

04/07/2025: In Cervia / MiMa you eat pretty well everywhere, but only two restaurants stand out, and the Locanda dei Salinari is right there in Olympus (the other is the restaurant Al Deserto). Order at random without any worries. The wine list is nice, with prices almost like those of a wine shop.

08/08/2025: Good seafood restaurant. The spaghetti with clams was a bit too salty. A shame. Recommended are the mixed fried fish with zucchini and the mussels marinara. Excellent value for money.

05/08/2025: Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po perché era pieno, per scusarsi per l’attesa ci hanno offerto un bianco ( non scontato visto il periodo) personale giovane molto gentile e veloce pietanze ottime e ben presentate prezzi onesti a fine cena limoncello offerto Merita una visita se sarà il caso mi fermerò volentieri BRAVI

30/07/2025: A wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and helpful despite the chaos of the Riviera at the end of July. The seafood dishes were well-prepared, using local ingredients, and the wine list was excellent. Andrea has this wonderful selection of artisanal wines that make you feel very welcome. I chose them for the wines alone, but I'd definitely go back for the food too! Well done!
