31/05/2025: Refined menus, and of excellent quality. Everything was really excellent, except that the waitress forgot about us and the table next to us. We both left without eating dessert. For the rest I confirm 5 full stars. Highly recommended.

Mise en place abbastanza elegante...i bicchieri base non ci siamo ...quelli da Champagne ok ci siamo ! Sala piena ed ovviamente qualche rumore di troppo ; Credo praticamente solo pesce,materia prima di altissimo livello e lavorazioni minime ..per noi crudo per tutti ..vapore per tutti ed 2 assaggi di primi; Nulla da dire tutto buonissimo compreso il pane con burro ; Carta interessante con molti Champagne e prezzi direi tutto sommato morigerati; per noi 1 metodo classico Haderburg buono ed 1 Champagne Frederic Savart eccellente; Servizio simpatico e disponibile ma von qualche disattenzione di troppo quando passano con i carrelli ...ma la sala era piena e ci sta; Prezzi come previsto 115€ a testa ed eravamo in 4 e ci sta ...solo di vino abbiamo speso 160€ !! 26/05/2025: Yesterday my husband and I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time and it was a truly wonderful discovery! They were quick to find the right table in the shade in the outdoor area because we also had our dog with us (they are absolutely pet friendly), the food was really excellent, I loved the fried egg with truffle. They were very helpful in changing the cooking of the tuna a little at my request and it was perfect, super desserts. We had a great time, we felt pampered...we will be back! Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: Se amate la cucina di pesce raffinata e volete concedervi ua serata spciale questo ristornate fa per voi! Il locale ed il servizio sono eleganti, ma senza inutili eccessi, il menù propone piatti squisiti. Per iniziare ci sono stati serviti un cestino di pani fatti in casa eccezionali nel gusto e nella varietà ed una entrèe di benventuo, una crema di sedano rapa con un leggero sentore di curry. Dato che non sapevo cosa segliere (era tutto troppo invitante) ho optato per la degustazione di antipasti, un crescendo di sapori: i miei preferiti il Bon bon con Scampi al Vapore e Tartufo e il Pan Brioche con Salsa Tonnata e Prosciutto di Ombrina Affumicata. Una vera esplosione di sapori! Mio marito, che è un cultore, ha optato per un squisito Bacalà Mantecato, accompagnato da una buonissima cialda di riso. Io ho proseguito con il Calamaro ripieno di Capasanta americana con cavolfiore, un piatto davvero ottimo e mio marito ha replicato con Baccalà servito con una crema di ceci. Il piatto gli è piaciuto così tanto che ha deciso di provare a replicarlo a casa! Avevamo deciso di fare i bravi e di prendere solo il caffè, ma, quando è arrivato, lo hanno accompagnato con un mini cremino allo zabaione davvero perfetto per sapore e consistenza. Una cena davvero squisita, in un ambiente raffinato e rilassante al contempo. Torneremo!

26/05/2025: Sono tornato in occasione di un pranzo aziendale e devo dire che qualità, servizio e dettagli sono ampiamente rispettati; il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente favorevole, per ultimo ma non ultimk consiglio idolci di Antonio anche a chi non apprezza perché…. Non sa cosa si perde. Bravi tutti. A presto ritorneró in gran compagnia.

25/05/2025: Pesce assolutamente insapore, prezzi folli e porzioni minuscole. Ma non scherziamo dai. Anche nel servizio i piatti finiti rimangono al tavolo per 10 minuti.

19/05/2025: Booked on a Thursday evening at the last minute they immediately gave us availability even though it was past 9:30 pm. The staff is very kind, the menu of the day is truly exquisite and of excellent quality. I can't find any negative points, I will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

11/05/2025: Excellent experience! We ate divinely different things from the usual proposals and clichés found on the Riviera, a menu that changes according to the shopping done by the owner who is available and welcoming. We will definitely be back, highly recommended

26/05/2025: For years, whenever I've been in these parts, I stop here at Al deserto. I come back to eat their spaghetti 🍝 clams, raisins and pine nuts... the hot appetizers are very good, the cold ones a little less so, the fried food with polenta is excellent, and the Lambrusco and popcorn dessert is a real treat, I hope to come back soon.

18/05/2025: We've been wanting to go there for a while.. Starting from the location, a simple but at the same time refined and elegant place with a beautiful garden overlooking the Cervia salt flats. Superlative staff, a rarity these days, smiling, kind, capable and friendly, a greeting to the legendary Pier, always attentive and on the ball. Superlative food!!!!!!!!! Traditional dishes enriched with aromas and flavors that marry perfectly with the raw materials used of exceptional quality. A positive note also for the desserts, delicious! We will return to taste the first courses that we were unable to try this time. In a period where everyone tends to make up numbers it is nice to see that there are still restaurants that care about the customer! See you very soon! Silvia and Simon

Friendly but cold staff and a lot of haste. Location is neither elegant nor particularly comfortable. Very busy.

The stars I gave reflect my experience of this place, divine food, top quality, wonderful environment and the waiters Raffaello and Katia of a unique friendliness, helpfulness and friendliness.
