03/01/2025: When word of mouth is really useful! Recommended by a dear friend, we had dinner at this restaurant. Rich menu based mainly on fish and a wide selection of strictly Sicilian wines. You can savor the experience and care of the family that carries on the tradition without forgetting the importance of innovation! Dessert menu that looks like a storybook... not to be missed! Highly recommended!!!

12/12/2024: Il giorno della specializzazione di mio figlio, causa una serie di contrattempi siamo entrati al ristorante alle 14.20 e sono riusciti a farci pranzare ( tutto veramente squisito) in un'ora. Alle 17.10 avevamo il volo di rientro da Bologna. Fortemente dispiaciuti e preoccupati per noi si sono impegnati riuscendo a rendere la "mission " possibile. Un sentito ringraziamento

We spent a wonderful evening, the place is not large and is perfect for intimate dinners with your partner, we opted for the tasting menu and I must say that we were surprised and fascinated. The chef's work is incredible in using very simple ingredients, but which overall manage to convey emotions as it did for me. The staff was excellent in their service, they took care of every detail, they made you feel pampered and appreciated, we really enjoyed every single moment of the evening. I really congratulate you, the customer should not only consume good food at the table but should be treated as we were treated during dinner, you are fantastic! I recommend booking in advance!

30/11/2024: 3 of us had dinner last night... we liked both the location and the variety of the menu... and the quality of the food. The light and tasty frying was greatly appreciated, also thanks to my new tooth just checked by Dr. Faustini, which did not even alter the excellent bubbles of the ferghettina Franciacorta.

09/01/2025: We always return with pleasure to this restaurant. The chef always comes to say hello at the end of lunch and asks us how it went (which I really appreciate). The environment is very nice and it feels good. The menu always has changes and there are also always interesting off-menu items. The quality of the food is excellent and they are always ready to explain the dishes and the origin of the raw materials (for example in this period there are no mussels from Bellaria but the ones they have now are Spanish, this was told to us without having asked , this is seriousness).

12/01/2025: Location semplice, cibo di alta qualità, servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo preso in condivisione un’ottima polenta con sugo alle vongole. Di primo quadrettini in brodo con le seppie, davvero saporito. Di secondo le sogliole locali, squisite. Ne avremmo mangiate a decine. Per i nostri due chihuahua Gino e Pepe abbiamo ordinato un filetto che hanno ovviamente spazzato in meno di 20 Secondi. Chiuso in bellezza con profiteroles e zuppa inglese. Quest’ultima da provare! Andrea romagnolo verace piacevole e cortese. Conto in linea con i ristoranti locali, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo !

05/01/2025: Locale finemente arredato. Atmosfera ricercata ed accogliente . Piatti della tradizione cattolichina molto ben curati e prelibati . Servizio impeccabile e prezzi corretti.

21/12/2024: Dinner at the hotel restaurant for four people: me, my wife and two daughters under two years old. The epilogue of a nightmare evening: after an hour and a half of long waits and raw dishes we get up and leave reluctantly. It is never pleasant to leave halfway through dinner and you think about it 100 times before raising a fuss, however it is possible to tolerate and justify inefficiency in evenings with many seats and little time... tonight there were perhaps 5 families in the room. In addition we benefited from the stadium chants that came from the kitchen, with tones and themes decidedly not in line with the supposed elegance of the place. The only positive note was the present and courteous service. For the rest "Nightmare kitchens Caorso edition".
