27/03/2025: Ich habe die Tagliatelle mit Bolognese und meine Frau die Sardinen und gegrilltes Gemüse gegessen! Essen war top... Nudeln hätten ein wenig mehr al dente sein können, die Sardinen, sehr klein aber sehr gut, Gemüse top! Portionen waren im Gegensatz zu anderen Lokalitäten sehr gut. 25/03/2025: Tuvimos una cena muy sabrosa hasta el punto de que regresamos en nuestra última noche en Amalfi para terminar la semana en nuestro restaurante favorito. Fuera de la calle principal subir varios escalones, pero vale la pena subir. Ambiente acogedor, personal amable y comida excelente

19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

05/07/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà, tornare all’Antica Osteria Pisano è stato come rientrare in una casa dove nulla è più al suo posto. Un tempo rifugio di sapori più o meno autentici a prezzi accettabili, oggi sembra aver perso l’anima. Il cibo, pur ancora accettabile, ha smarrito quella magia fatta di materie prime semplici cucinate con rispetto per la tradizione. Ma è il servizio ad aver subito un tracollo che lascia senza parole. All’ingresso, una donna dai capelli neri, visibilmente estranea alla cultura dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci ha accolto con modi freddi e quasi ostili. Da lì in poi, una sequenza crescente di scortesie ha guastato irrimediabilmente la serata. sguardi infastiditi, risposte brusche, un’aria di fretta e malumore che ci ha fatti sentire fuori posto, indesiderati. Al punto da rinunciare persino al dolce e al caffè, nella speranza di poter andar via il prima possibile e liberarci dal disagio. È triste vedere un luogo tanto amato trasformarsi in un’esperienza da dimenticare.

04/07/2025: Ottima scelta di piatti di pesce. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva (ci siamo tornati due volte), ma abbiamo visto altra gente insoddisfatta, Il servizio la scia a desiderare quando non c'è la padrona anziana.

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

28/08/2025: One evening, I ordered from the kiosk and took my order to pay at the register. The girl at the register took my receipt and, while doing something at the register, gave me change, without giving me a receipt. She told me to wait at the counter and remember the number they'd call me from. The order arrived, but there was no trace of the receipt, and we all know that when you pay and they don't give you a receipt, what does that mean?

26/08/2025: At 6:30 PM on a Tuesday, with only two people in line, they delivered sandwiches that were all open and half-empty, the cheddar cold and not melted, and cold fries. Our complaint was only resolved halfway.

07/06/2025: Terrible experience, they didn't let us get off because I said on the phone that my daughters were 12 and 10 and they don't want any trouble because they get poisoned. Congratulations. And how disgusting not even in the third world like this

22/08/2025: The worst salad I've ever seen (which I haven't eaten out of disgust). My companion did, and he left half of it. The vegetables were swimming in a pool of vinegar they'd provided without asking. We went with a tour operator with food included, but you couldn't find anything more lousy. For the main course, spaghetti with tomato and cheese (above the crowd) and ice cream (a private label). The only redeeming feature that day was something external to the restaurant: the location overlooking the sea. The rest, well, really bad...

20/08/2025: Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. Don’t let the view fool you… this food was horrific. My husband and I both ordered the Linguine. It tasted like a fish exploded on sub par pasta. I couldn’t even swallow one bite as the taste and smell alone made me want to vomit. Staff was incredibly rude and even though we asked for our food to be taken (untouched), we were still charged a whopping 50 euro for the meal. No apologies for the bad food. We were told “this is just how it’s made”. One waiter definitely felt bad to be charging us for food we didn’t like… seemed like it happens often. Drinks were also not great. So so disappointing. Do better!! It’s a beautiful spot with so much potential.

25/08/2025: Disappointing! Extremely high prices! Poor staff. We ordered a pasta Bolognese, 3 pizzas, 2 bottles of water, and a beer for 71 euros (some pizza toppings were even 35 euros, absurd!) and that's not all! The best part is yet to come: They sell pizza by the centimeter!! The bigger it is, the more expensive, obviously! We definitely won't be back! I don't recommend it! P.S.: The pizza left much to be desired.

02/06/2025: Nonostante il locale sia stato recentemente ristrutturato : molto bella la terrazza che affaccia sul golfo di Policastro, la mediocrità della cucina è ahimè restata la stessa, anzi forse anche peggiorata. Davvero mi meraviglia che qui c'è sempre tanta gente..forse sono io che non capisco nulla. Un plauso invece al servizio efficiente e gentile.

12/05/2025: Avevo scelto questo ristorante per il pranzo della comunione di mio figlio in quanto so che la cucina funziona molto bene e su questo nulla da dire, abbiamo mangiato discretamente. Il problema è l' organizzazione in quanto al momento della prenotazione ci era stato detto che ci sarebbe stata un' altra comunione più o meno con lo stesso numero di persone ( n.b. i numeri sono rimasti sempre gli stessi per entrambi i banchetti dal primo colloquio) e che non ne sarebbero state prese altre. Quindi io mi aspetto di arrivare al locale e trovare solo questi due banchetti. Il problema invece è stato che le due tavolate sono state relegate in un angolo una a ridosso dell' altra, praticamente non c'era nemmeno lo spazio per passare (nemmeno mezzo metro) bisognava mettersi di profilo per passare tra le due fila di sedie con costante disagio ed evidenti difficoltà anche dei camerieri a passare. Il resto della sala è stato poi occupato da tante altre persone esterne ai banchetti, quando sono arrivata c'era talmente tanta confusione che non silenzio capiva niente Per me la giornata è stata rovinata, avrebbero dovuto riservarci maggiore spazio dato che abbiamo prenotato e scelto un menù mesi fa. in quello che credevo fosse un ristorante di alto livello cose del genere non dovrebbero accadere. Abbiamo pagato e ringraziato ma una cosa è certa...non ci vedranno mai più!

25/05/2025: Manager propietario gentile e anche I camerieri...assolutamente ringrazio per la gentilezza della precedenza avuta per mia moglia incinta...ma onestamente non ci ritornerei, qualità prezzo zero! Pizza NON napoletana una margherita 14€ il prezzo di Capri, frittura di calamari bruciata che ancora la devo digerire, una birra 10€...ho sbagliato io dovevo capire che è un posto per turisti ma proprio per questo vi scrivo; la nostra città merita qualità, se mettete questi prezzi dovete esserne all'altezza di cioʻ...non è una questione economica ma di obbiettività....di solito non scrivo recenzioni ma spero che capiate che ad oggi mettere prezzi alti richiede anche un servizio e una qualità di prodotti all'altezza e non avere la mentalità del" chi se ne frega tsnto passano tanti turisti" Dio vi benedica ma non ci ritornerei mai piu.

08/09/2025: We ordered a pizza between two of us as a snack to carry us through to dinner. And a couple of beers. Which would have cost from the menu prices $22 euros. But when they added the service fee of $20 euros on top that’s when we decided to write a review.

03/09/2025: Two Aperol Spritz and a Coke for €25 is a disgrace. The lady who served us was also incredibly rude. I could only pay in cash. The restaurant is very dated. Never again.
