13/07/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED, ONE STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH. THE PLACE IS NOT AT ALL WELCOMING, THERE'S NO PARKING, THE FOOD AND SERVICE ARE EXTREMELY SLOW. THE STAFF ARE ARROGANT AND RUDE: SOONER OR LATER YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING A COURSE ON HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND ANOTHER ON HOW TO CONTACT THE PUBLIC.

We are now regular customers because we always had a good time, certainly also thanks to the waiter who was always very kind and professional! The quality/price ratio is undoubtedly very fair. And what's more, he's our neighbor 🥰

23/05/2025: Antipasto tasting: A selection of all kinds of seafood, consisting of countless portate dishes. The crudi, in particular, were outstanding (super fresh, of course). Our stomachs were already more than full with this "starter." Nevertheless, we ordered another primo. And this one (ravioli alle vongole mi scampi) was also excellent. In summary: Great food with excellent service at an unbeatable price (90 euros for two people, including a bottle of wine).

30/06/2025: UPDATES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE REVIEW. We arrived at the restaurant just before 10 pm, a table booked since a friend of ours had called on our behalf in the afternoon. As soon as we entered, we indicated that we had a reservation: the waitress looked at us surprised and also pissed off, chatted with her colleague and immediately told us that it was too late and the kitchen was closed, even though she had indicated and respected the time. The strange thing? The tables around were still occupied, many were starting their second courses, and it was clear that the service was still in progress. No verification of the reservation, no apology, just a “no no, kitchen closed”. We left empty-handed, disappointed and sincerely surprised by such a half-hearted welcome. On a Friday night, in the summer, with a reservation made, we expected something completely different. Evening ruined. UPDATE 06/29/2025: I am updating only to respond to the owner's reply, I was hoping for clarification but he responded with sarcasm, gratuitous insults and obvious frustration. We showed up at the agreed time. If it was not acceptable, it was enough to say so during the booking phase, not to send customers away and then mock them publicly. Ibiza? Those who work late, perhaps on the ward, do not do it for sport. And going out to dinner at 9:55 pm, on a Friday night in the summer, should not be a problem in a place that is open until 11 pm. No problem with the food, which we did not have the opportunity to try. But regarding respect, there is a lot to review. UPDATE 06/30/2025: The second response, instead of clarifying, gets worse. Accusing someone who tells real and verifiable facts of “defamation” is a clumsy attempt to discredit an experience that happened under your responsibility. Saying that my experience “has nothing to do with your establishment” is surreal, embarrassing, simply false: the facts happened in your establishment, with your staff and in line with many other public testimonies. I have recounted, in measured tones, a blunder signed by you, and experienced first-hand. No defamation. Just facts. If you really think that someone who tells a bad experience is just someone “with nothing to do”, then it is not the average customer who escapes you. It is basic respect, period. As for free time: yes, I have enough to demand respect, especially from those who should also offer hospitality as a profession. I will end here. But I do so with one certainty: it is not a review that harms you. It is yours to place yourself and work.

12/07/2025: Fresh fish, beautifully cooked. We ate a lot and were very satisfied. We'll be back 1,000 times over.

11/07/2025: I really appreciated the quality of the fish, which was decidedly fresh. Some dishes didn't entirely convince me, but overall the experience was positive. The idea of serving the first courses directly from the pan was very nice and original: it adds a touch of personality to the service. A special mention for the spaghetti with clams, truly excellent: flavorful and well-creamed. A place worth a visit, especially for seafood lovers.

18/07/2025: Business trip. Large, comfortable rooms. For the first time in my life, even in higher-end hotels, the air conditioning was effective yet absolutely quiet, number one. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The restaurant was excellent, but not so good...so much...with very kind staff... There is some construction going on that is slightly impacting the facility.

04/07/2025: All positive, we stayed 9 days we had two double rooms Our room was a superior, very comfortable, with a balcony and a huge shower!!! The breakfast has everything in addition to croissants there are cakes of various kinds, fresh fruit and for those who want savory there is everything, citrus juicer machine (fresh orange juice not the usual chemical), centrifuge machine Lunch and dinner of various courses, (a big bravo to the chef) the waiters very good and professional. Welcoming reception service, The beach service is well served and equipped there is also a bar We will gladly return, a big thank you to all the staff

06/07/2025: Today for the first time my family and I spent a day at the beach at the Happy Days establishment in San Salvo. What to say: simply fantastic day. Very welcoming and well-equipped Lido, clean beach and above all lots of space between the umbrellas. Mr. Antonio and all his staff, very kind people and very present for every need. We also tasted the cuisine, everything excellent. I highly recommend visiting Lido Happy Days to spend a beautiful day and a well-deserved relaxation. Domenico (Foggia).

15/07/2025: If you are an ardent seafood lover, please do not miss this one. Amazing fresh tasting antipasti which barely leaves space for the mains. It is simply divine. A balmy evening dining on the outside is the ultimate evening experience in the gran sasso area. Service is excellent. Looking forward to the next one!
