22/02/2025: Excellent fish, punctual and very friendly service. It is the second time we have come to spend a quiet evening for dinner with colleagues. The "little gurnard" you see in the photo is beautiful and delicious, appropriately boned. Advised. Update: new beautiful opportunity for conviviality and good food. I don't remember the name of the beautiful fish but I remember perfectly that it was excellent, cooked in extreme simplicity, roasted and boned.

03/02/2025: A culinary experience that celebrates the sea, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. This place offers an ever-changing menu, based on the seasonality of raw materials and the fresh catch of the day. I started with a mixed starter that literally won me over, with very fresh raw seafood and hot tastings, including cod cooked in a sublime way. The variety and quality of the ingredients made me immediately understand that this restaurant puts freshness and excellence first. As a first course, I opted for spaghetti with anchovies and capers, a simple but perfectly executed dish. The pasta was al dente, the sauce tasty and light at the same time, a true triumph of Mediterranean flavours. The environment of the restaurant is refined and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to enjoy each course with calm and pleasure. The staff was kind and professional, always ready to advise and satisfy customer requests. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat excellent fish in Pescara, Dei Pani e dei Pesci is a choice I highly recommend. The freshness of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes and the attention to the customer are the strong points of this place that deserves to be discovered and appreciated.

14/01/2025: Fish restaurant with great attention to every single detail with sea view. The proposal of three different tasting menus is interesting. The dishes were excellent, from the flavor to the combinations of truly delicious ingredients, perfect plating and very attentive service to describe and explain every single course. A beautiful discovery. I will definitely go back.

05/02/2025: First time at L'Ancora and I can say that we really enjoyed it. They know how to work the fish with simplicity and essentiality and it is immediately clear that there is great wisdom. Fresh, excellent ingredients. A journey from the appetizer with seafood salad (top) to the first course with homemade tagliolini to the second course with grilled meat, three courses that can be fully enjoyed. Good regional wine, proportionate bill €60 each

23/01/2025: Excellent fish restaurant. I tried the tasting menu. The very well presented dishes had a common denominator: refined products of the highest quality. The staff was very attentive, friendly and professional. If you are nearby you can't help but try it.

05/01/2025: In my opinion the best restaurant on the Trabocchi coast. I often choose it for important occasions and it is always a confirmation. Professionalism and kindness of the owners and accuracy in the choice and research of the raw material. Each of their proposals is a pleasant discovery. The photos I will publish concern a cod themed evening from a few weeks ago.

01/09/2024: High quality fish restaurant, a mix of Roman and Sardinian cuisine that I really appreciated. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe with pink prawns SPECTACULAR! Excellent choice of wines expertly recommended by the restaurant manager Alessio. I will gladly return. Price absolutely in line with the quality and location.

23/08/2024: Everything perfect, from the entré offered, to the dishes chosen. Everything is very well looked after, attentive but not intrusive service, quality raw materials, refined cuisine and normal portions. Very honest prices for the service and dishes offered. We had a fish starter and a tasting of starters, always fish, two fish first courses, a dessert, a bottle of white wine, water, bitters, all for €105.
