03/09/2025: I've visited this venue twice, in December and July, and had very different experiences. The first time, the service was fast and the music, selected by the DJ, was suitable for harmonious conversation. However, the second time, the volume was deafening and unsuitable for the outdoor setting. Despite requests to lower the volume, it seems that wasn't possible. I hope the venue can find a balance between the music and the atmosphere to ensure a better customer experience.

29/08/2025: Incompetent staff, long wait times, and unfulfilled requests.

16/08/2026: We stopped in for a few slices of takeout pizza last night, the evening of Ferragosto (August 15th). There was a lot of choice and the pizza was good. The staff was very friendly. It was a little cold at home, but I didn't bother to get it reheated. You can also eat in, although there aren't many tables. Recommended.

16/06/2026: We bought the special bread with walnuts, olives, onions, cocoa, and chocolate. We tried them all, they were truly delicious. I also recommend the San Giuseppe calzones with a chickpea cream filling, excellent!

06/06/2026: Excellent products, no one doubts that BUT... to celebrate my birthday I ordered a €60 buffet that THEY SELL for 20 people!!! I asked the clerk if instead of putting the tray of dry biscuits, she could replace it with other sandwiches. I was told that that was the package and it couldn't be changed. We were 20 adults. I received: 10 sandwiches! The tiny ones, a bite. The filling is practically non-existent, you couldn't even feel it. 10 mini pizzas. The aperitif ones. Mignon. 10 mignon rustici. About ten dry biscuits, not all fresh... A buffet for 20 people? If you order the sandwich (a bite), you can't order anything else otherwise there won't be anything for the others. Are you kidding me? €60!!! Raw materials, €10 to exaggerate! This is a buffet for 10 people at most.... On a diet!!! €60??? I'm sorry but I was really disappointed! I had to spend another €40 on pizza, elsewhere of course because CIANCIULLO won't see me anymore!

05/05/2026: Even though I lived nearby, I'd never been to this pizzeria. To pass the time, I ordered a slice of Margherita pizza and was pleasantly satisfied. I later learned that the place had recently changed management. As they used to say in an old TV commercial: TRY IT AND YOU'LL BELIEVE IT!

13/05/2026: The floors are extremely dirty and there are constant mosquitoes. The rooms are extremely small. Definitely do not come here.

23/04/2026: Tiny room with a small window. You have to carry your luggage because no bus can pull up right to the door; the bus stop is a few streets away. The food is okay.

02/04/2026: Good evening, Hotel Dora is a retro hotel, rooms are 1980s-style, and the restaurant service is terrible. While we were having dinner, the chef came out to sit at a table with friends, so cleanliness, hygiene, etc. are a concern. Not to mention that the waiter comes out for a smoke between courses and then brings your food. In addition to the menu, we asked for another course, and he promptly replied: "It costs you €20 more per person." Speechless.

08/02/2026: I had lunch at the hotel bistro. The dishes were simple and well-prepared. The wait staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommended.

03/05/2026: First they confirm the printing and scanning service over the phone, then when you arrive they find excuses for not providing the service because the user is not Italian... A little racist perhaps?

07/05/2026: Unpretentious. Friendly service is lacking. The croissants are average. The bathroom is spotless. The atmosphere is nice but dated; perfect for a quick stop.
