25/08/2025: I went on a Saturday night. It's a place to avoid. The place is very large and has a lot of potential. But it's poorly managed, by people incapable of managing. Unprepared. Rude. And they serve very low-quality products. And you should invite them back...

24/08/2025: Last night we went for pizza.... We thought we'd get a plate of pizza, and there's no menu—you could only choose three types of pizza. In reality, they were just pre-made rectangular pizza bases. The beer was almost room temperature, and the service was very slow.

28/08/2025: I went to Termoli beach one day with some friends. I passed by the Alcione beach club and decided to have lunch there. I have to say it was a terrible experience because I showed up at 1:30 AM and was seated at 2:30 PM, an hour later! Unacceptable... I'm not talking about the staff, because they were polite overall, but I'm talking about the quality of the food and the outrageous prices... I understand that prices at the beach clubs are higher, but paying €17 for a small bottle of water, a frozen hamburger, and fries, which were badly cooked to boot, seems a bit excessive. Since I was with friends and had to pay separately, the man at the cashier was so confused that I had to call my friend who had already paid for the bar order... What can I say, it wasn't a pleasant experience, and I'm very disappointed because I've been to this beach club before, and this time I was disappointed.

21/08/2025: We ate at the restaurant, nothing exceptional

17/09/2025: I went to a party. The location was beautiful, but I didn't write a review. The buffet wasn't exceptional, and if you're hungry after dancing, you'll be stuck for food. Service was terrible, and the owner was absent.

02/07/2025: Birthday in this location, in my opinion ideal for our party, as it is welcoming, private and well organized.........the icing on the cake is the rich and delicious buffet and good wine.......courteous and very helpful staff........in short everything was practically perfect

17/08/2025: We entered craving "impiccato" caciocavallo. Our arrival was preceded by a phone call from the manager of the Il Castello bar, who recommended that he repeat the "impiccato" caciocavallo he'd prepared for a previous festival. After receiving reassurances, we showed up at the tavern and asked for the agreed-upon dish. We were presented with a slice of grilled truffle caciocavallo, which anyone can make at home. The waitress, a charming but young and perhaps inexperienced woman, practically ignored our request. For the child, we asked for a baby pizza, which, instead of arriving before the other dishes, arrived last. If it hadn't been for my son, who went to get it from the pizza counter, we'd still be waiting. The ravioli with tomato sauce were good. Table service definitely needs updating.

15/08/2025: A DISSERVICE I've never seen before...if the facility isn't organized and capable of hosting so many people, I think they'll have to work every other day...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

27/08/2025: Wide selection of products, both savory and sweet. I ordered two juices, a sandwich, and a cream croissant, spending a total of about €7.

13/10/2025: I was a little skeptical, but I quickly changed my mind. From the outside, it feels like an old-fashioned restaurant, but inside, it's absolutely well-kept, clean, and very charming. Adriano is a very courteous person, a restaurateur from another era. The 25-euro fixed menu is excellent, featuring all local and carefully selected products. We ate very well, accompanied by an excellent local red wine. The service was quick and efficient, despite the restaurant being full. Highly recommended for a trip on the historic train, but booking well in advance is essential as there are only a few seats and the restaurant is always busy.

21/09/2025: We found this restaurant on the recommendation of a retired local policeman. Perfect, with a simple set menu and authentic food. Adriano and his son Stefano are great.

29/09/2025: Large group dinner here. Mixed fried to get started and then pizzas for all. We had the trevignano and it was delicious albeit a bit oily from the bacon. The food came fast and hot. The service was fast and friendly. Fairly priced. We would definitely eat here again and we recommend.

06/09/2025: The wait was incredibly long, and the waitress forgot about us. I'm giving it two stars only for the food, which was decent.

28/09/2025: Good pizza, tasty ingredients, average price, very kind and efficient staff, and fast service.

02/08/2025: The girl who took care of the service was polite, smiling, and well-mannered. The service was quick and the price was fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza dough: light, flavorful, and truly delicious!

12/10/2025: Objectively, it's a "divisive" pizza; those with a certain culinary culture LOVE it, while those accustomed to the usual Neapolitan pizza simply hate it. We come to Venafro specifically for this unique pizza. Extraordinary pizza (one of a kind), professional and friendly service, and the wait time was even too fast for our tastes. Considering the type of pizza, the price is average, if not quite medium-low.

22/09/2025: Very good pizza, even if too greasy, quiet place, helpful staff, exaggerated bill, 2 pan pizzas, diavola and fraterna 20 euros, 2 covers 2 euros, 1 Nastro Azzurro 66cl beer 5 euros, in total 27 euros... too exaggerated... anyway we'll go back...

11/08/2025: It's a shame that places like this exist, where there's a complete lack of respect for the customer, which should be the foundation of healthy business. Three of us, eating a first course, a second course, and two side dishes, were held captive by hunger and the management's disorganization for three (yes, three) hours. It's unfortunate to note that recommended customers who arrived later were served, not so quickly, but still much sooner than us. It was surreal to see people at the table behind us lying on the benches sleeping (I repeat: sleeping) while waiting for their food to arrive.

07/07/2025: Siamo stati altre volte in questo rifugio. La location è bella, e si mangia bene. Lo abbiamo sempre consigliato a tutti. Antipasto, primo, secondo misto di carne, contorno, vino, acqua e liquori, non abbiamo mai speso più di 30/35 euro testa. Per questo siamo andati ancora il 06 luglio, un gruppo di amici in moto. Abbiamo preso le solite cose. Non c'era la corrente, non funzionava la friggitrice, non si poteva pagare col POS, non potevano stampare lo scontrino. Il conto. 5 persone ci aspettiamo poco più di 150,00 euro, invece ci chiedono, a voce 233,00 euro, 46,60 euro a testa. Chiediamo spiegazioni di tale aumento.. "il costo del piatto pasta è aumentato, il piatto di carne mista alla brace è aumentato..." , ma nel dettaglio, a voce, un piattino di insalata, scondita, 7 euro. Abbiamo preferito pagare e non fare storie, ma così si perdono clienti. E se prima dicevamo a tutti di fermarsi qui, da oggi diremo di stare alla larga da chi pensa che i clienti siano polli da spennare.

05/08/2025: I'll start by saying that we've never stayed at this property, but I 100% don't recommend it because the owner is racist and rude. He offended me only because I cancelled a room (we're from Naples) two days earlier, explaining that my daughter had severe gastroenteritis (not on a whim). I'm attaching his words here. Ms. Scafaro, I want to tell you that your attitude was anything but honest. At least you could have stated if something was owed, given that you "benefited" from a payment at check-in, but then again, what can I expect from people who come from places with such a low level of civility? 22/04/2025: Beautiful place where we had a great meal, location surrounded by greenery to spend time and feel in nature, friendly and helpful staff and there is also the possibility of staying overnight, I recommend it

23/06/2025: "Open 24/7". Yes, in their dreams... In reality, a normal little bar that, perhaps, has office hours....
