31/12/2024: Trattoria il Cavallino gave us a delicious lunch during our visit to Borghetto and Valeggio sul Mincio. Emanuela's welcome was warm and professional, while the quality of the food and drinks proved to be excellent. The restaurant, with its family atmosphere and lovely outdoor area, is welcoming and pet-friendly. A place that knows how to perfectly combine local gastronomic tradition with genuine hospitality. Advised!

30/12/2024: I must say a pleasant surprise, few people perhaps because it is not very visible, a little hidden in an alley, but the food and the service deserve 5 stars because you can't give 4 and a half, but since it is more towards the 5 I give the maximum of score, the only flaw is that the sauces that accompany the boiled meat are too watery, perhaps kept too long in the fridge, the boiled meat is also very good but releases a bit of water which is not good, it needs to be drier and perhaps cut differently, I come from an area where boiled meat is a culture and so perhaps I'm a little polemical about this

11/11/2024: Among the many restaurants that can be found in Borghetto Sul Mincio, during our walk, we were immediately dazzled by the Lo Stappo restaurant. The central and privileged position on the Mincio river led us to choose one of the menus offered. We must say that we immediately hit the mark!!! 😋😋😋 Everything really delicious and impeccable service. Quality products and attentive staff made this experience perfect. Good first one!!! ❤️

10/11/2024: We tried to book the place several times. First in person on an unfortunately crowded day. We were treated rudely by a perhaps stressed waiter when we asked if there was the possibility of eating theirs. We subsequently called several times with no response from them. Finally we tried to make a reservation with the fork where they told us that the restaurant would no longer have service from the next day via message.

01/01/2025: Ottimo servizio, personale molto gentile e simpatici, abbiamo preso il menu degustazione e poi un piatto di salumi con gnocco fritto, tagliata con crema di noci, tiramisù e pandoro con cremina al mascarpone. Caffè, ammazzacaffè, sorbetto. Tutto veramente squisito. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero top. Bravissimi, ci torneremo

25/12/2024: I had never been there, we had Christmas lunch, 5 stars overall, impeccable service, right courses and excellent food, recommended in all, well done!!!!

31/12/2024: Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem gemütlichen Restaurant. Die Speisen sind hübsch angerichtet und schmecken sehr gut. Die gemischten Tortellini unbedingt probieren 👍 Der Chef erläutert einem alles in sehr gutem Englisch. Ein gelungener Abend in einer entspannten Atmosphäre mit einem fairen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

24/12/2024: Siamo andati con amici a pranzo per provare la nuova gestione e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti, sia della cucina che del servizio. Complimenti a tutto lo staff ed in particolare allo chef che ha rivisitato dei piatti della tradizione arrivando a livelli eccezzionali. Continuate così!!!
