29/03/2025: Ristorante alla Giudecca un pò nascosto nel porticciolo dov'è il cantiere nautico che si raggiunge con una scala in metallo al primo piano di un edificio. Sono stato a pranzo con colleghi di lavoro e.con un menù prestabilito. Ottima la cucina antipasti ben presentati e un risotto molto buono, branzino al forno freschissimo....solo il dolce seppur buono non rendeva giustizia a tutto il pranzo. Tornerò di sicuro.

23/02/2025: Schon oft in Venedig gewesen und diesesmal durch Zufall endeckt....absolut Traumhafte Lage sehr schön gemacht und eingerichtet,am Rande einer Schiffs/Bootswerft mit traumhaftem Blick über die Lagune ;allein schon von der Lage 5**. Kamen Mittags 11:30 dort an auf der Terasse saßen 2 Werftarbeiter und tranken einen Aperol, wir setzten uns draussen auf die Terasse und bestellten uns auch einen und wollten was zu Essen bestellen; der Kellner wiess und darauf hin,das die Küche erst um 12 Uhr aufmache ,also sagte ich ok dann hätten wir gerne sobald die Küche auf macht 1x die Gnocci und 1xden Fisch,so weit so gut ; kurz nach 12 fragte ich Kellner nochmal ob das mit unserer Bestellung in Ordung geht ...... natürlich alles klar war die Anwort,so gegen 12:30 fragte ich nochmals nachhakte wie es denn mit unserem Essen aussieht ,meinte der Kellner ....ja sie haben ja nichts bestellt und ausserdem servieren wir nicht auf der Terasse dazu müssen sie rein kommen und hier bestellen.Ich fragte höfflich warum er das nicht gleich gesagt hatte und darauf hin fragte er ob er jetzt die Bestellung aufnehmen soll; Etwas genervt nach über einer Stunde warten lehnte ich immer noch höfflich aber enttäuscht dankend ab und verlangte die Rechnung,worauf der kleine Dicke Kellner zur Kasse und brummelte deutlich hörbar "Vavanculo"was auf deutsch F*** dich bedeutet ,vor sich hin. Keine Ahnung ob das der Chef oder der Serviceleiter war aber,.....nach den doch vielen schlechten Bewertungen die ich im nachhinein hier gelesen habe scheint das wohl der gleiche Kellner / Stronzo gewesen zu sein. Schade bin oft hier und auch mit Gruppen von 10 Personen . Sevice -6 Essen ?????

04/04/2025: Très déçu. Expéditif. Pas le temps de boire l’apéro que les plats arrivaient . Aucune attention pour le touriste. Si vous prenez le poisson légumes sont en suppléments. Le service 10%. Très mauvais ressentiment dû à la pression des serveurs qui nous épient.

31/03/2025: Recommend by multiple people. Basic setting but what a delightful experience. Fabulous staff. Allowed me to sample to the black ink spaghetti and the seafood risotto, both amazing. I have a huge array of seafood on displayed choose from fabulous Prosecco also.

11/03/2025: Vinimos a almorzar en nuestro primer día en Venecia. Terminamos volviendo para nuestra última comida en Venecia, ya que nada más estuvo a la altura de sus carbonara y gnocchi quattro formaggi. El propietario, que ni siquiera nos encontramos en nuestra primera visita, nos reconoció 3 días después y nos ofreció a cada uno una copa de prosecco en la casa y estaba muy contento de vernos de vuelta. El servicio era bueno y agradable. Lo recomendaría cada vez.

18/10/2024: We wanted to have pizzas but for some reason the chef went home. There was literally nobody here. The view was awesome, but the food… it wasn’t the best, it was just mid it wasn’t the best or the worst. The service wasn’t the best it felt like he just didn’t want to be there. He didn’t have any enthusiasm.😕

16/09/2024: Le aspettative sul cibo durante il festival erano già basse, ma il Caribe ha eccelso nel deluderle. Partiamo dalle cose migliori (si fa per dire), ossia il servizio. Sembrava che tutti i presenti in sala fossero alla loro prima sera nella ristorazione, non c’era divisione dei tavoli, passavano 3 volte a chiedere l’ordine, portavano i contorni assieme ai primi (consigliatissima pasta e patate fritte), ti propongono un pesce e alla domanda “che pesce è?” rispondono “Così, lungo, non parla”. Questo senza stare a guardare i modi del personale, che forse fossimo andati lì a chiedere dei soldi ci avrebbero trattati con più simpatia. Insomma, il galateo del cameriere volume I. Ma venendo alla parte succosa, parliamo del cibo. Pasta scotta, patatine fritte ancora congelate, risotto che sembra purea, per poi passare infine al piatto forte: il pesce -quello lungo che non parla- ripieno di vermi. No comment. Infine parliamo del locale, carino, bella vista, bollente e senza neanche un ventilatore. Belli anche i piccioni lasciati liberi di scorrazzare sui tavoli, lasciando piacevoli ricordini vicino ai tovaglioli. Mi spiace, ma la ristorazione non è per tutti, e posti così dovrebbero chiudere. Non basta puntare sul fatto che sono tutti turisti e ti basta fregarli una volta per farti lo stipendio.

15/04/2025: Bueno... debería haber leído las críticas. Pero me dejó impresionado el entorno y el hecho de que había una mesa de cinco caballeros italianos mayores cenando. ¿Qué tan malo podría ser? Respuesta: tan terrible como dicen las críticas. € 20 por tres vieiras que eran tan duros como filete de flanco mal cocido con un sabor terrible a curry. Sobre bisque de langosta caliente y delgada. Temo el próximo plato y mi cheque.

13/03/2025: The food was ok but not that good either, we paid €20 for a pizza and a coke because you still have to pay seating fees per person. But the location itself is very nice!

01/03/2025: Honestly, a very good experience. Fast and courteous service, very good food and optimal position, you really couldn't ask for more. The pizza is good, but the pasta and chicken are exquisite.

25/03/2025: The food was average for the tourist area, but they charged us €30 for two glasses of Aperol, when the entire area charges €7.50. I complained, but they don't care whether we come back or not.

24/02/2025: Un plat de poisson grillé exceptionnel pour 2 ( en fait pour 4 ) : 3 variétés de poissons différentes, coquilles st Jacques, poulpe, encornets, ganbas, langoustines, le tout d’une fraîcheur irréprochable, cuisson parfaite, un simple filet d’huile d’olive et un jus de citron.et le plus : un tiramisu vénitien vraiment très bon .

04/01/2025: La nostra esperienza in questo ristorante a Murano è stata purtroppo deludente. L’antipasto di pesce, che ci aspettavamo fresco considerando la posizione, è risultato chiaramente surgelato, senza alcuna nota di sapore che giustificasse la scelta o il prezzo. Anche il vino lasciava molto a desiderare: un prodotto di qualità mediocre, che non si addiceva al contesto e al livello di spesa richiesto. Il fritto di calamari era accettabile, ben cotto e non eccessivamente unto, ma accompagnato da verdure palesemente surgelate, un dettaglio che ha ulteriormente abbassato il livello complessivo del piatto. Il conto, nel complesso, è risultato sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta. Considerando la posizione suggestiva del locale, ci aspettavamo molto di più, sia dal punto di vista culinario che dell’attenzione al cliente. Unica nota positiva: la posizione. Tuttavia, la splendida vista non basta a compensare una cucina così trascurata. Purtroppo, è stata un’esperienza deludente e sicuramente non da ripetere.

09/04/2025: Very rude staff, the waitress took the order and reread it for confirmation, and in the end she brought the wrong dishes, I asked to replace it and she replied badly without changing the dish. Place to forget...

24/03/2025: I decided to give it a second chance after the change of management. (I went there often because they were exceptional). I found a more than poor service, staff going around in circles creating chaos. Wrong order 3 times. My advice, change jobs. A cross for me. You can't work like this!
