02/05/2026: Breakfast wasn't included in our reservation, and when we checked in that evening, they insisted on offering it, describing it as "delicious," made with local products, and highly recommended. Furthermore, they didn't give us the option to decide the next morning if we wanted it or not: we had to order it right then and there and pay for it in advance. We accepted, paying €30 per person (€120 total), expecting something commensurate with the price… but it was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was very poor: one kiwi to share between four people, one orange for four, cheap sugary supermarket cereal, low-quality bottled juice, a meager and unremarkable selection of pastries, toast with butter and jam, and one boiled egg per person. They didn't even have regular coffee, only capsules. Frankly, the value for money is terrible, and the way they manage it is deceptive. This for €120 is completely unacceptable. I've attached a photo. I absolutely would not recommend it.

05/05/2026: Nine of us had dinner. Everything was good and well-prepared, but within the norm. The service could perhaps be improved, given that the wait was a bit long (50 minutes) and that we didn't all dine together. We'll be back to try it again, hoping for an improvement.

24/02/2026: Known as a wine station, a 1.5-liter bottle of white wine was 10 euros. I went there because it was said to be cheap (3-5 euros), but I wonder if the price has gone up... It wasn't much different from what you'd find at the supermarket, and you can sample the wine, so ask if it's available and try it before you buy. When we went, there were more locals than tourists.

14/05/2026: The drink prices are outrageous. And the owner isn't particularly friendly, not at all, in fact. She suggested that if I didn't have money, I shouldn't come here at all! Avoid this place, especially since there are other very nice little spots.

08/05/2026: An intolerable experience, to say the least. After contacting the location to propose some women to work there, they were met with indecent and unacceptable behavior from every perspective. The owners demonstrated a shocking level of arrogance and rudeness, with aggressive behavior and inappropriate tones (particularly the woman). Unnecessary insults were made, even serious ones, and those regarding their physical appearance, which is extremely serious and intolerable. Disdainful looks and comments made the whole thing even more humiliating. Such behavior is simply shameful and demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and human respect. Avoid at all costs.

30/05/2026: The food tastes good, and the service is good. An extra 10g of spaghetti would be nice, but you'll definitely be full.

07/05/2026: I was at this restaurant about a year and a half ago, and I still remember it as the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. First of all, I can't even remember the taste of the pizza, because the atmosphere before and during the meal was so unpleasant that it effectively killed my appetite. We chose this place "off the street," without checking reviews—unfortunately, a big mistake, as confirmed by other guests' comments. We sat outside. Even then, we were surprised to find it almost empty in the city center, but we thought it would be a more intimate setting. We ordered drinks, and my wife decided to get a pizza. And that's where the problems began. The waiter brought me an empty plate, which surprised me a bit, even though I'd clearly said I wouldn't order anything. Meanwhile, I was looking through the menu and noticed a text that said an extra empty plate costs €5, while the cheapest pizza was only slightly more expensive. After a brief scuffle, the plate was removed, but the atmosphere began to deteriorate. And that's not the end of it. Other tables received olive oil, spices, and a small snack, but we received absolutely nothing, even though it was later added to the bill. When my wife got her pizza, I got up and handed her salt and pepper from the empty table next to her, because no one had even brought our spices. That's when it all started. The owner kept coming out and making comments, the waitresses were laughing under their breath and clearly gossiping about us. At one point, the owner stood in the distance and likely insulted us—his behavior was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. The whole situation was absurd, unpleasant, and stressful. I don't know how places like this can function normally. The owner insults people in the comments, calling them poor. Just read the comments. A terrible place. I recommend it to everyone.

04/05/2026: The place has new owners; we'd been coming regularly since 2014. It had a nice clientele of locals, and we loved the wonderfully mixed fruit cocktails and cicchettes made by the friendly waitress. She's no longer there, and so is that great atmosphere. We were disappointed, but the service and Hugo were okay, and the price was reasonable.

03/04/2026: We just had lunch in this perfectly situated café and retreated with the utmost hospitality. Friendly service.

26/04/2026: This place does the job while you shop till you drop. We had a long overdue lunch break and had some bruschette and a tramezzino. The food was good, the service is so so. They serve you drinks in bottles which on one hand isn’t the best but on the other you can take the bottle and refill it with water later on. Overall, wouldn’t come here just for the food but as it is within the mall it does the job.

10/12/2025: A wonderful hidden gem. You feel like you're right in the center of the square, yet it's quiet. Delicious food, wonderful house wine (the bottle disappeared without a trace). The staff were wonderful. They explained everything and offered advice. Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: Top gluten-free pizza... one of the best I've ever eaten... thin and crunchy... I recommend it well cooked... eaten on site and taken out twice... thanks and congratulations

05/01/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. We had lunch and the food was good. Service was quick. It's a shame we were at a table near the door, and I was cold because the door was constantly being opened due to the crowds.

20/05/2026: A waiter who goes out of his way for his customers WITH a smile. Pizzas bursting with flavor... cherry tomatoes that already smell of summer... creamy buffalo mozzarella cheese... melt-in-your-mouth anchovies... Chewi had a delicious and indulgent seafood pizza... for an aperitif, homemade focaccia (excuse the spelling). And all washed down with a little Tuscan rosé... 10 out of 10... nothing to complain about...

16/05/2026: The service was exceptionally friendly. The waitress was very patient with the guests, and communication in English was easy. The food was also very good. The sauce on the side dishes was particularly excellent. There were plenty of complimentary snacks. I would definitely return!
