22/12/2025: The food was very tasty! The carpaccio was very superior and soft, its combination with the cheese and figs was great! What is more, it was missing more balsamic vinegar and coarse salt in general.. The pizzas were great!!! It was a little difficult to cut with the knife but if they had brought a better knife it would have been even more great The white chocolate and berry panna cotta was the best dessert!!!! If you go there you must have this dessert!!! The other dessert we had was coffee mousse with papaya cream, simply perfect! The chef knows what he is doing there in the kitchen because the flavors combine at an insane level We had a great time Our waiter was tolerant and translated the entire menu to us to the level where he showed us pictures of the food so that we could understand better Excellent Highly highly recommend

09/10/2025: We were welcomed by very warm and friendly staff all night. Every dish was delicious and perfectly cooked! During the day the views of the mountains through the window is also really nice. We got the Sea Bass made in a special way in salt which was really tender and fresh. Lobster linguine did not disappoint either! Would come back

16/09/2025: Three for service only because the waiter sets the table for five, as we have a baby in a stroller. As soon as we point out that there are four of us (the baby wasn't eating), he angrily tells us, "Never mind, you're five." At which point we accepted (remember, in Italy you pay a cover charge). In the end, it was a lovely evening. The food was excellent.

06/01/2026: Elegant and welcoming place with a beautiful view of the Piave River. We had a delicious pizza, well-stocked with quality ingredients. Excellent and friendly service. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

For us, it has become a point of reference, the perfect place to gather around a table steeped in tradition. The dishes reflect the region, prepared with care and without frills, just like in the olden days. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly and attentive, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a family lunch. You don't come to Alla Cerva just to eat well, but to share authentic moments and feel part of a living tradition. A place we at Accademia Scherma San Marco recommend to anyone seeking authentic Venetian cuisine, the kind that warms the heart even before the stomach.

11/02/2026: Considering we had booked nearly 3vmontvs prior to our visit is was EXTREMELY disappointing. At tfe time of booking we specified yvat a diner required a gluten and daury free menu, yet 3 dishes had to ve removed as we CONSTANTLY reminded thexwaiters of this FUETARY requirement. Then at tge ebd we were charged for a full fuezt, despite them not being able to enjoy the evening, We will NOT be back and suggest if you have dietary requirements yiu AVOID!

20/12/2025: The Club Doge is inside the Gritti Hotel. The service is outstanding. We had the Carpaccio, Ravioli , Risotto, Tiramisu and the sorbet. The carpaccio could be scliced thinner. The Ravioli were the best I have ever had (and the most expensive 85€) The only downside was the Tiramisu. It comes with a hard shell of chocolate and creme inside. The taste? Not mine. Anyway-I will return. Thanks for that expierence.

The melon was good, but the prosciutto was of only satisfactory quality and sliced ​​too thickly. For our main courses, we had various pasta dishes. In the land of pasta, these were just barely acceptable. The service was friendly, but unprofessional. They had to lean over the table to fill water glasses or clear plates. Not the refined, English way. The ambiance was more like a waiting room. We had always sat outside on previous occasions, but this was our first time sitting inside the restaurant. Not recommended, and we won't be back.
