24/03/2024: On the way back from Ladispoli we stopped to visit Perugia. For lunch we stopped at this very nice restaurant, the staff were very welcoming.
We decided to eat some Sushi and tried an ossobuco. Finally we shared a dessert, hazelnut cream with berry sorbet and an almond cramble. Super

25/02/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretext or expectation, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience.
We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then had a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (forbid me) not all of the rest, although good and finally a very good sweet. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3).
Total cost €106 for two, well spent.
They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!

05/04/2024: I normally never eat at a restaurant more than once on a vacation so I can visit as many as possible. I ended up eating here three times on our visit to assisi. The food and the atmosphere and staff are amazing.
03/04/2024: Had the cappellacci di bufala and mango panna cotta for dessert. Delicious, and the service was fantastic!

Partiamo dal locale: piccolino ma curato.

I due fratelli bovini, ( sarà il loro vero cognome? ah bho,) sono simpatici, alla mano. Ma soprattutto fanno fottutamente onore al loro nome.
Sanno cuocere dannatamente bene qualsiasi proteina animale .
Antipasto potente. Suggerisco di prenderlo ma dovete mettere in conto che è potente.
L'ho già detto che è potente vero?
I primi sono buoni certo, ma le vette si raggiungono solo con la carne ( e grazie al c@@@o direte voi, si chiamano bovini)

21/01/2024: Classy restaurant among the best in my region, located along the shores of Lake Trasimeno.
You can find a really good menu based on raw and cooked meats as you can see from the photos. Wide choice of wines and above all raw materials
quality. Very nice location and really pleasant, well-trained and friendly staff. Recommended if you want to spend a quiet dinner eating well along the banks of Trasimeno.

04/04/2024: Very kind and professional staff, welcoming owners, good raw materials although perhaps I was expecting something more intense in terms of local flavours. I tried the platter, the escarole and the artichoke. Tastefully renovated place, perhaps it lacks a little "warmth" overall.

02/04/2024: Pleasant and characteristic place, found a seat immediately even on Easter Monday, table service with a smile and kindness, ordered various dishes off the menu, all good, amazing tiramisu, shame about the 3 ciriole alla "boscaiola"....3 different first courses arrived based on mushrooms in oil but I was very hungry.

29/03/2024: We passed by chance, to have a quick dinner and continue walking through the streets of the city, the piadina was delicious, DOC Romagna dough, excellent quality condiments. After the walk we came back and got two more! Even with delicious "chips in their skin". Highly recommended!!!

06/03/2024: A restaurant offering unusual dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine. We had lunch here a few years ago and remembered that they had typical Italian dishes.
Since we were staying in the same hotel this time, I reserved a table without looking at the website first. We were surprised to find chopsticks instead of cutlery on the table.
We then found many varieties of sushi on the menu that you would otherwise not find or very rarely find in typical Japanese restaurants.
Also unusual: wasabi was grated fresh at the table, something I've never seen before in Europe.
Before the meal, an extensive amuse gueule was served, which consisted of three different small dishes and in addition to the dessert we ordered, there was a "candy floss tree" with several sweets underneath.
Overall, however, we found the prices to be too high and the dining room to be too loud.

Con tanto dispiacere abbiamo trovato un capello nel dolce ,fatto subito presente al titolare e se non lo facevamo presente alla cassa nel conto metteva pure il
Dolce con il capello il titolare si er dimenticato,la salsa di senape il tappo del barattolo arrugginito e bucato dalla ruggine .
Per 230,00 € spesi senza vino in 4 adulti e 3 bambini tutto doveva essere al top

01/04/2024: Nice place, easy to find, close to Norcia centre.
Delightful staff, spectacular food to say the least, the first courses are to die for, not to mention the desserts.
Start with a mixed appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, as a first course fettucine with wild boar you're on the safe side, not to mention those with porcini mushrooms and agnolotti. Low prices, we spent 6,22 euros each.
We will definitely be back
