01/04/2024: Very linear, clean and well-furnished environment, spaces that are not very large but livable. Good dishes and prices that align with what is offered to you. Carlo the owner is a nice and welcoming person who manages to make you feel at ease.

22/03/2024: An evening to tour the taverns and the hotel le Mura was certainly a nice idea. The location is excellent in the historic center, the rooms are very spacious and the staff is really friendly. There is a family-run pension atmosphere, the hotel is simple but well-kept, the furnishings are a little vintage but very clean. Being right behind a church in the centre, on Sunday mornings between bells and traffic you can't rest for long, but apart from that everything is very nice. PS the hotel restaurant is one of the best in all of Foligno!

01/04/2024: Era un po' che avevo voglia di qualcosa che mi ricordasse i sapori di quando ero bambina. . . Piatti tipici, autentici, legati alle origini ma che avessero in sé anche una nota di contemporaneità. . . Una sfumatura attuale che li rendesse non anacronistici: ecco questo è quello che ho trovato oggi a pranzo. Da un magnifico entrè con uovo e maionese al limone... coratella di agnello ed agnello fritto. Una frittura devo dire magistrale! Leggera e senza una sbavatura! Magnifico tutto. Non ci sono altre parole! Bravi!

07/03/2024: Fantastic location overlooking the valley, interesting menu not really affordable, but worth it, I only tasted an excellent second course, braised beef that melted in your mouth, accompanied by a glass of local red. I will definitely return again for work and also tasting the first courses.

My family were visiting the city on an extremely cold day in Feb 2015 and we were the only people dumb enough to be out in freezing weather with a 20 MPH wind gust. 06/01/2024: Ci siamo fermati di ritorno dalla Toscana e siamo entrati senza particolari aspettative. Il ristorante si è invece rivelato molto carino, con vista lago e un menù sia di pesce che di terra. Ottimi i tagliolini alla tinca affumicata. Da sottolineare la presenza di piatti vegetariani sul menù. Da tornarci nella bella stagione

10/03/2024: We found this place by chance while browsing the internet during a stay in Città di Castello. We struggled to find the entrance as it is up a staircase leading down from the main street, no illuminated signs or signs indicating the entrance. Once inside we were amazed by the beauty of the place, the beautifully set tables, perfect order, the beautiful window offering a wonderful panoramic view, both the dishes ordered and the service were excellent, the price was normal based on what we ate. 06/04/2024: It's a tavern and doesn't want to be anything else. But what an inn! One of the best I've eaten at. Suggestive place, in a small square immediately after a beautiful medieval gate, very friendly staff and food with a flavor of times gone by. Real, seasoned and tasty ham, freshly seared black truffle omelette where you can fully appreciate the flavour, super Sagrantino gnocchi, very good and non-trivial baked boneless lamb. Bevagna is a very well-kept medieval town with its beautiful romantic churches and a relaxing atmosphere. In short, an obligatory stop when crossing Umbria!
