16/11/2025: I returned to Trillo curious to see if my previous experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it wasn't! The restaurant bills itself as a high-end establishment, with an average bill of €70-80 per person, but what's served—both in terms of dishes and service—doesn't reach the "fine dining" standards that such a price should guarantee. Only one waiter per table, bringing two dishes at a time, a confusing appetizer, a seafood tagliolini that was actually linguine, and incredibly salty! A salted caramel for dessert, whose name at least matched its content: salty, more than you'd expect from a dessert. The table setting is meticulously designed, and even the different types of bread are commendable... but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I have to be honest, the outdoor location is very charming and certainly fantastic in the summer, but I don't think I'll repeat the experience: my stomach will thank me. I would also recommend a revamp of the website, a bit too Lavacchio style!

01/12/2025: From Trentino to Liguria, along the way we chose to stop here for lunch, and because I wanted to see the winner of 4 restaurants in person! The lunch was superb, excellent dishes cooked with love, excellent service with the staff always ready and willing, fair prices! I then had the pleasure of exchanging a few words with the owner (a really nice guy 😁)!!! Thank you!

06/11/2025: Everything was exceptional. Wonderful place, very kind staff, and truly excellent food. The chestnut flour dishes are a must-try; the ravioli are unique. I'll definitely be back.

Open your eyes, you're at the peniche, where taste meets harmony and every dish becomes a masterpiece of flavor and exaltation. Speechless, try it to believe it.

31/10/2025: Delicious pizza, well-cooked and light. I really appreciated both the well-seasoned and well-measured passata and the freshness of the vegetables on the ortolana. The place is small but charming and tastefully decorated.

04/11/2025: Sunday lunch. Excellent food, very friendly staff. Only downside: it was already noisy in the dining room due to the number of people, and the background radio was truly annoying and pointless.

31/12/2025: Excellent quality, generous portions, very friendly and efficient service. Prices are definitely low for what they offer. I had lunch on December 31, 2025. If I hadn't had to leave on January 1, I would definitely have returned.

29/11/2025: The food is decent, except the chocolate cake is awful. High prices. Cold atmosphere. It's a veranda with few heat pumps. Friendly service. Two stars anyway.

14/12/2025: Avoid. The appetizers were mediocre, the first and second courses were average, nothing exceptional. The service was poor, but completely unprofessional (the side dishes arrived after we'd finished eating). As for the bill, I should have called the tax authorities, and reported it. We will never return to this place again. A ruined evening in every sense.

01/12/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent starters and meats! I have a child who's picky at eating, and they helped me a lot! The place is welcoming and homey, perfect for families.
