16/12/2025: Considering you're in a unique part of Tuscany, full of stimuli and unique flavors, a restaurant with that kind of cuisine is an insult to the region. Bland dishes served at the temperature limit due to the countless elaborate dishes; the entrée is a waste of time.
I won't dwell on the dishes and will simply say absolutely nothing.
A woman in the kitchen who sits all evening allegorically recalling the cuisine of the past when there's absolutely nothing of the past. The staff is kind, with a thousand thoughtful touches, sometimes even cloying.
Regarding the wines,
when I asked a very simple question—"A local organic or biodynamic wine?"—three of them completely lost their minds.
My only regret is that I drove 1.5 hours to get there.
My last statement: stop looking for stars that have become obsolete; go to the fields and shops to seek out quality raw materials.

07/04/2026: This pizzeria is very busy, so it's best to book a table because the wait is very, very long. We opted for takeout pizza, and the guests at the tables get their pizzas first, even if they arrived later than we ordered. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for four pizzas, and that was after we'd been called in, because we probably would have been standing there until morning. The pizza itself was delicious, and the staff were friendly, so if you want to eat, you'll have to be patient. A Margherita pizza costs €7.
08/03/2026: A restaurant with a sufficient service, very good not so much at serving and the prices are high for the quality of the food and a location along the road, there is not even where to park and a nice restaurant on the outside but inside anyway

02/11/2025: A lovely trattoria to eat at.
The food was really good: delicious pappardelle, fantastic wild boar ragout, delicious crostini, mind-blowing pappa al pomodoro, very good appetizers. The beans tasted like they came from a can (a shame) but were delicious. The chicory was flavorful, and the Vin Santo was extremely alcoholic. I don't know, it just didn't convince me.
I wasn't crazy about the cantucci either, but that's a matter of personal preference.
The coffee, bread, water, and excellent olive oil were delicious.
I found the bread refill during service really pleasant.

15/05/2025: Bellissimo ristorante con pochi tavoli elegantemente apparecchiati, consiglio la prenotazione.
L’ambiente è accogliente e il titolare molto gentile e davvero competente, pietanze raffinate e ingredienti di qualità.
Abbiamo ordinato antipasto toscano con affettati/formaggi e crostini con lardo di colonnata al tartufo, tutto veramente buono.
Primi piatti con pasta fresca “pici” ottimi e i dolci ricercati. Anche il vino della casa molto buono.
Ci torneremo.

Locanda all'Andreas

17/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato e pernottato per usufruire delle vicine terme di Saturnia. Le stanze erano accoglienti ed avevano tutti i confort. La cena era ottima, con prodotti tipici e dolci preparati in casa. Ci ha accolto con il sorriso un ragazzo di nome Andrea! Oltre ad offrici un buon caffè all'arrivo, ci ha anche presentato gli animali della struttura! Perla, una gattina dolcissima, e Benny, un bel cagnolone. Quindi abbiamo avuto un posto accogliente per dormire, una cena ottima e anche la pet Therapy. Consigliatissimo, già stiamo pensando a quando ritornarci!!!
17/11/2024: Ho pernottato col mio compagno in questa struttura per visitare le terme di Saturnia, raggiungibili in 12 minuti con la macchina.
Struttura molto accogliente, rustica, curata in ogni dettaglio.
Già la vista ti distacca dalla routine quotidiana della città.
Abbiamo deciso di cenare presso la loro locanda ed è stato tutto buonissimo.
A fine serata abbiamo conosciuto Perla e Benny, una gattina e un cane-orso dolcissimi, che ci hanno offerto il servizio pet therapy.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
Un grazie ad Andrea per l'accoglienza.

25/09/2023: Über eine halbe Stunde auf die Vorspeise gewartet. Danach nochmals eine Stunde auf den Hauptgang gewartet und ist nicht gekommen. Bei Nachfrage, wo das Essen bleibt, wurde sehr aggressiv nach Ausreden gesucht. Nicht einmal einen Kaffee als Entschuldigung gabs. Kann man machen, wenn man von Durchgangs-Touristen lebt. Ist ja die einzige Pizzeria an der Hauptstrasse
