28/04/2024: Stumbled across this restaurant by chance on my first night in Florence after visiting another restaurant where the food was ok. This place was so busy, every seat inside and outside was taken - so I thought to myself I’ll be back again on my last night. This restaurant, their food did not disappoint! ✨ We didn’t have a reservation, so we got there at 7:30pm, in hope we will get a table for 3 people and we did! 🤩 For food we ordered the following: Fried duck egg with truffle Pasta with truffle Pasta with clams Pasta with white rabbit sauce Rabbit Beef with mushrooms (not pictured) Tiramisu The pasta dishes were incredible. I ate the pasta with truffle and pasta with clams - they were just so good. Cooked to perfection and the flavours were just right. 🤤 My friends who ordered the pasta with white rabbit sauce, rabbit and beef with mushrooms all praised how delicious the food was! We paired the food with limoncello spritz (it was strong the drink! 😅) and ended the dinner with classic tiramisu which was just as delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. The man (wearing with glasses) who served us was very lovely and funny! This restaurant is away from the hustle and bustle of Florence therefore a lot of the diners are local and I can honestly see why they are so busy because the food is incredible. This whole meal will live rent free in my head forever and I hope to be back again to eat at this restaurant again!

23/04/2024: Small restaurant with few tables (better to book) but also very welcoming. We ate a delicious first course, mouth-watering tripe and my husband a fish risotto. The menu is not very rich but it satisfies everyone. The staff is professional and welcoming at the same time. For us to recommend, a home-made experience of good food prepared by a real Florentine family

11/05/2024: Genuine toscana trattoria with homemade food and good prices. You can't make reservations so you stand in a queue for about 40 minutes before you sit on a table with other people. Your order comes almost immediately and you enjoy your food from a good variety of plates.

06/04/2024: family dinner during our holiday in Florence. We tried and above all enjoyed the true cuisine of the Florentine tradition. The pasta with white truffle is excellent and the "classic" Fiorentina is sublime. Simply perfect size and cooking of the meat. Specifically, not being Florentines, we really appreciated the way in which the very nice and super professional ilham explained to us the various cuts, weights and cooking methods of "Fiorentina". 04/04/2024: The service and the premises are sufficient, the pizza is good, the only downside is the obligation to order one pizza per person even in the presence of a 12 year old child. I don't understand the need for it.

06/04/2024: I was so hungry after taking the snapshot. Dal Oste, which I was originally planning to go to, was closing soon, so I ended up going there while looking for a restaurant near my accommodation! It was my first meal in Florence and it was a great experience. I had T-bone steak, seafood pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Show me the meat before grilling the T-bone steak. After baking, I cut it by hand. This is one of the restaurants I want to visit again when I travel abroad. Both owners were very witty and funny. Showing consideration even if you don't understand language I felt it☺️

06/04/2024: A lovely evening meal. We came thinking bisteca but decided that would be too much and had just pasta and dessert. Alex was attentive and gave as much or as little guidance as we asked for. Pasta’s were better than what we had in our 5 days in Italy. Lovely atmosphere in a slightly tucked away spot. Good value for an upper end experience.

07/04/2024: The right place in Florence to taste the dishes of traditional Tuscan home cooking that has not been revisited. On top of everything, an excellent 1.5kg scottona rib steak, fairly priced. The fried artichokes, fried courgettes and fried courgette flowers are good. A good choice of local Tuscan wines with honest markups. To finish, a homemade zuccotto and cantucci and vin santo. Courteous and professional service. We will return

03/04/2024: It's a great lobster pasta restaurant,,,, really delicious. I also had some steak and it was really delicious, but I can't remember the name of the menu... The staff are all friendly and delicious, so I keep thinking about this place even when I go to other cities!!

06/04/2024: If you are looking for tasty food, great service and a beautiful view of the square, this is the restaurant to visit. We had pasta. The portions were very big. The pasta was home made, which made it even tastier. Had a lovely dinner!

13/03/2024: I ordered lasagna, Fiorentina pizza, and cola. The taste was pretty average. Wow, but... when I looked at the bill, the seat fee was 3.5 euros per person. And a can of cola, which I thought would cost around 3-4 euros, ended up being 6 euros... Wow... I didn't even check the actual cola price on the menu, but it was a very expensive cola. The cost of food, cola + seat fee is the same amount.

07/04/2024: Good food, reasonable prices with good portion sizes. Friendly staff and lots of seating availability.
