14/03/2024: Stayed for 1 day and one night, lunch, dinner and breakfast! In addition to the excellent quality, the commendable staff, the well-kept and truly beautiful room, the enchanting panoramic view from the windows, the price was much lower than we expected! 5 stars in all, very well deserved!

31/03/2024: I was there last October while we were at the Equestrian Center in Arezzo, we ate very well at an excellent price, complete with a surprise, organized by my daughter with the dining room staff, of a slice of cake with a candle on top, given that it was my birthday. Very nice rustic atmosphere. If we return to the area, we will happily return.
24/03/2024: We spent over 30 days in Italy in 3 visits and without question, this was my favorite restaurant. Even though English was not spoken here, we enjoyed the food and the staff! I will return one day.

09/10/2023: I must say that I watched the episode countless times and I must admit, I couldn't stand how harsh Mariano was with the other participants, who in reality, apart from the livers, appreciated and judged his dishes very well. Finding myself in line with them, because my appearance spoke clearly. But can you judge a place by the more or less shared actions of the owner? I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt since we're still talking about a montage of scenes, of which there are clearly many parts cut. So here we were crossing the threshold of the restaurant some time ago: here they cook excellently, and they know how to stay among the tables. Unfortunately, participating in a certain type of program easily exposes one to the most usable judgement. However, you can be wrong and I believe, as already said, that he was excessive in expressing himself negatively about the other participants. Beyond the fact that it is incorrect to judge without having been there given that it is a rule of reviews to do so only after consuming, it also applies on a moral level: anyone who gets so indignant is certainly no better than anyone they judge. The prices have not been pumped, the quality is excellent, as is the service. It is an address to absolutely take into consideration, I can only recommend it

Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook.
The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉
Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

Antipasto e ribollita ottimo, gnocchetti molto buoni....il peposo secondo noi sapeva poco di peposo e molto di bollito con salsa al vino...peccato...altra pecca i tempi di attesa troppo lunghi abbiamo impiegato 2 ore e mezza per cenare.

Came here for dinner and drinks, and were extremely impressed!
We ordered two pizzas and a bottle of wine- the food was fantastic, well priced and in a cosy atmosphere in the centre of Cortona.
Would highly recommend!
Total cost was around $35 Euro
14/01/2024: Mitten im Stadtzentrum von Cortona befindet sich in einer kleinen Seitenstaße die Pizzeria mit ein paar Außen- und einigen Innenplätzen. Die Pizza war ausgesprochen gut.

11/01/2024: Dream birthday!
My friends and I were welcomed by a very kind waiter who served us with a bottle of sparkling wine before being accompanied to the table.
The location and above all the view of the town is spectacular.
Given the event, I had requested a fixed menu with various courses, which, thanks to the availability of the owner, was adapted to my needs perfectly. Courses that later proved to live up to the name of the restaurant.
Definitely a place suitable for any type of event where I hope to return soon.

08/03/2024: Un buon ristorante a Foiano della Chiana , ambiente molto grande ed informale. Il menù si trova all'ingresso scritto su fogli e ogni foglio riporta un piatto con una buona scelta di primi e secondi piatti , i dolci sono visibili in una bacheca protetta. C'è anche la possibilità di avere un paio di tipi di pizza in alternativa. Secondi piatti di carne buoni e ben curati , servizio attento e veloce .

30/04/2024: Exemplary welcome already on the phone. Perfectly clean bathrooms. Neat and well arranged tables. Welcome pistachio crostini. Black crostini, sliced beef and grilled pork. Tiramisu and raspberry pavlova (of great quality, rare), coffee was offered for my wife. The sixth star is for cleanliness, heartfelt compliments.
