18/08/2024: I was looking for typical authentic Sicilian cuisine while I could enjoy some nice views and this restaurant really met my expectations! I booked online and I asked for a table front row with sea views and this is what I was given. I was immediately acknowledged by the staff and management when I entered which really makes you feel valued as customer. I was very happy with my food and desert choices , staff had been very attentive and can communicate in English which is not to be taken for granted in south Sicily. Overall, a great experience , one to be repeated! I would highly recommend ! 🫶

18/08/2024: Siamo stati questa sera per la prima volta . Una vista mozzafiato. Non avevamo prenotato e la titolare essendo fossimo in due è stata molto gentile a fornirci un tavolo, agevolata sicuramente dal fatto che l orario fosse ancora fattibile. Abbiamo preso antipasto di salumi , pasta mediterranea, pesce spada con pomodoro pachino, vino ecc. Il pesce spada una delizia buonissimo veramente, pasta anche buona , molto ricca di condimento, una criticità secondo me molto ricca di condimento e poca pasta per il costo di 16. Anche il tagliere di salumi molto buono ma un po' scarso nella porzione per il costo di 10€. Comunque togliendo questi due osservazioni si è mangiato veramente bene .

16/08/2024: We wanted to end our first evening in San Vito Lo Capo with a nice dinner, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. They advertise a free aperitif, which we didn't get. Unfortunately, the main course was also an absolute disaster. Instead of a normal Pizza Napoli, they brought a Pizza Napoli with salami. This was not only incredibly small and burnt, but also absolutely tasteless and comparable to a bad frozen pizza. The risotto with seafood was also absolutely not recommended, it tasted like rice with some spiceless tomato sauce and dry seafood inside, which also tasted like frozen food. The service was also not convincing, you could feel the absolute listlessness and disinterest of the waiters. For example, when we were clearing away we weren't even asked if we liked it, you definitely didn't feel welcome! What a shame! Despite the beautiful location, it is not recommended!

07/08/2024: We sat down to grab pizza and drinks - on a hot day the fans near the outside tables were welcome relief from the heat at lunchtime. The service was prompt and we were able to speak English. The pizza were all cooked nicely and had a lovely sweet tomato base sauce. It was good value for money and really enjoyable. We had the caprese salad , margarita pizza, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Simple, quickly served nice pizza.

04/08/2024: very sweet scenery, incredibly good value with the promotion of a mini pizza and an aperol for €10, a perfect portion. pizza was lovely and very fresh.

30/06/2024: Posto raffinato e tranquillo. Personale eccellente e cibo buonissimo . Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Grande varietà nel menù peraltro ispirato alla cucina siciliana.

21/06/2024: Un très bon accueil, une coupe de prosecco offerte pour l'apéritif. Des pizzas ENORMES !! On en a pris une chacun alors qu' une pour deux aurait suffit mais sinon la nourriture est excellente. Nous avions choisi l'astrofisica et l'astronomia. Je recommande

29/07/2024: Mi dispiace recensire negativamente questo locale perché il sevizio è buono e personale gentile, ma i piatti sono scadenti, sia gli ingredienti che la loro preparazione Polpo gommoso, burrata come fosse stata scongelata, i gamberi della pasta sembravano di plastica e pasta alla barcaiola cruda, asciutta e slegata.

20/08/2024: Ristorante L'orologio - Our favourite restaurant in our two weeks in Taormina, it’s in a great location in the corner of Piazza IX Aprile, with atmospheric seating arranged down a central stairway - the food & wine was really superb surpassed only by the warm and welcoming service- we were made to feel at home from day one and dinned there multiple times - a must visit for Taormina

25/08/2024: Nicely air conditioned supermarket with good choice of fresh produce, meat and fish. Good selection of other products including charcoal.

07/07/2024: You need to check the expiry dates of the products, several times I have found some beyond the date, even with mold (it happened to me with packaged bread and grated cheese). The staff is not too courteous, it depends on some, others decidedly less so. They don't respect opening and closing times, it's easy to arrive 10-15 minutes before closing and find it closed. I understand that people then make them late, but since it is also an Amazon locker, access to the locker must be guaranteed until the indicated time.

04/08/2024: We are Sicilians who went to Taormina for holidays and we ordered one margherita pizza, one pistachiosa and two capriciose pizzas and the pizza was quite good. We had gone to pick up the pizza directly at the restaurant and we had asked to have the pizza ready for us at 8.30pm and they assured us that they would have it ready by that time and instead they had only put it in the oven at 8pm: 35
