28/07/2025: Stefano is an exceptional Chef, I ate dishes cooked with rare Mastery, with the freshest and first-rate raw materials..., the only flaw?! I didn't manage to try all the dishes, the holidays were over 😅, But I ate the wonderful ravioli made by Stefano and the lady, super professional with glasses, forgive me I don't remember the name, filled with ricotta, aromatic herbs, raw scampi and lime. The roast cockerel with cardoncelli mushrooms, summer truffle, on a potato cream, the Sardinian fregola with fish bisque, raw shrimp and burrata, the suckling pig, not to mention the ricotta cannoli on a cream, recommended to me, by the great and very kind Francesco, very knowledgeable, but also, very kind and lovable in putting customers at ease, who always explained each dish to me. So many flavors tied together, but none that ever overpowered the other, in a rare harmony. The wine list is spectacular, the location is very pretty and secluded, the service very professional and fast, especially for such unique dishes! The bill is certainly appropriate for haute cuisine, and the raw materials, which are of exceptional quality and freshness!!!

29/06/2025: Quando hai questi prezzi non puoi: 1) servire acqua minerale in bottiglia di plastica 2) far trovare nel sacchetto del pane un panino già spezzato (Spero a mano) 3) vedere la cameriera che dopo una portata di pesce toglie le posate e te le rimette sulla tovaglietta e solo dopo tuo appunto le porta via 4) scoprire che la "fantasia dello chef" citata nel trittico di mare sono dei pezzetti di salmone lisci Giudizio sui piatti: anonimi. Es spaghetto alle vongole e bottarga che conta 9 piccole vongole e 3 fettine trasparenti di bottarga. Ripeto, da certi prezzi ci si aspetta di piu

The staff was extraordinary: professional, attentive, incredibly kind, and always smiling. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with a rare level of precision and discretion. Every request we had was listened to and fulfilled with great availability, making everything exactly as we had imagined! 22/07/2025: We reserved a table via WhatsApp and received confirmation. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, no one knew about our reservation. We were lucky and there was still a table available. We had the mixed grill and the spaghetti scoliglo. The timing of the two chefs was perfect and we were able to eat together. The spaghetti was delicious, albeit a bit salty. Also, in my opinion, they skimped a bit on the seafood. Unfortunately, the grill was dry and tough, except for the piece of beef, so about half of it was uneatable. The side dish, in our case a salad, is charged extra and is served without sauce. You can make your own using oil, vinegar, and a little salt. Unfortunately, the service is a bit disorganized and you sometimes have to wait a long time before you can place your order or the food is cleared away.

28/07/2025: I had dinner at Babeuf on Saturday evening with my partner and it was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the decor ranges from homey to retro, with a touch of whimsy (e.g., the bicycle hanging on the wall), all of which blend together beautifully. The menu is interesting and intriguing. We ordered several dishes (all delicious and unique), such as the hummus and the chicken with chinichurri and friggitelli peppers, but honorable mention goes to the beef tartare (served with cherries, hazelnuts, and herring mayonnaise) and the mascarpone and pistachio cream. Excellent service: attentive, friendly, and precise from start to finish. The quality/price ratio is excellent, verging on excellent (considering these days, when a simple tagliolini with shrimp can cost up to €22). A great discovery, highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

15/06/2025: Large and quiet place, you can eat both in the covered veranda and outside. The place is on the road but it is not a very busy stretch. It is a fish restaurant, there are many raw options, the prices are the same as those found in the city on the peninsula, there are several very inviting vegetarian options. The quality of the fish is excellent, the portions are medium and satisfying. The fried food is highly recommended, abundant and not at all heavy. There is already a children's menu available for the smaller portions

16/07/2025: The restaurant has a lovely garden where you almost feel at home. The value for money is definitely not the best; we've ordered similar items elsewhere for significantly less. We chose this restaurant because it's one of the very few open on Monday evenings in Pula. We didn't like the fact that when we ordered grilled prawns, two out of five weren't clean, making them quite unpleasant to eat. We mentioned this to the waitress, who didn't report it to the kitchen, so after paying the bill, we mentioned it again at the cash register, where the owner got very loud in front of everyone, trying to offer us something. We declined because the goal wasn't to get anything offered, and we felt quite uncomfortable. Personally, we wouldn't recommend it.
