11/07/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, hungry and already past the usual opening hours for most restaurants in the area. This was the first restaurant we found on the way to the center of Fasano, and they were very kind enough to seat us. It was the best restaurant of our entire vacation in Puglia: charming, with attention to every detail, and with attentive and professional staff. I truly hope to find the same level of service next time I return to Puglia. My sincere compliments!

08/07/2025: I have visited Ardecuore 3 times on 2 visits to the area. The food has been excellent with some inspired cooking that has been refined over the years. Also an interesting wine list featuring local wines. Unusually we have always managed to find parking in the street near the restaurant. Our last visit yesterday featured a delicious scallop starter followed by black cod in a grapefruit sauce and pork cheeks in a liquorice sauce and a superlative chocolate desert. A memorable rose wine (see photo) that was relatively expensive by local standards but delicious. The staff are very friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend this restaurant q

03/07/2025: A pleasant surprise The choice of the place was random, we were attracted by the particularity of the place that intrigued us. Very good and high quality food, kind and attentive staff who made us feel at home; very beautiful and well-kept place. Interesting solutions also for celiacs. Bill in line with the quality of the products. They also gave us some cantucci of their production and we said goodbye with a smile and an invitation from them to come back and visit them. Thanks for the culinary experience

28/07/2025: Good beach club. Warm showers and clean changing rooms and toilets. Lifeguard on duty and plenty of staff. Sun bed + umbrella + lunch and drinks for family of 4 was 300+ euros.

13/06/2025: Mooie locatie, goed en betaalbaar eten en zeker een must do als je Savelletri bent. Reserveren is wel een must, Italianen schuiven gerust om 22:00 nog eens aan tafel. Dus de vroegere tijden zijn meestal Geen probleem

25/07/2025: There were eight of us, and since we couldn't make a single table, we opted for two tables for four each. The place itself is cute, characteristic of the area, well-decorated, but unfortunately very hot. The main room had three fans that practically blew away hot air. We kindly asked if they could turn on the only available air conditioning, but obviously it couldn't make a difference. The food, from appetizers to entrees, was impeccable, and the quality of the ingredients was truly exceptional. It was a shame, however, that the service wasn't entirely professional. It was 11:15 PM, and we had finished our first course. A member of staff came over and asked if we wanted a second course. We asked for time (5 minutes) to decide, but in an unfriendly tone, he exclaimed, "NO! The kitchen is closing soon!" So we opted for coffees, the bill, and off we went. At 11:45 PM, four tables were seated. We felt like we were being mocked by the waitress... unfortunately, because the place is so good, but the service definitely needs updating in terms of courtesy and quality!!!

24/07/2025: A truly authentic trattoria in every way. Excellent food quality, friendly and fast service. Average prices. Definitely a place worth visiting at least once.

06/07/2025: I respond to Mr. Santoro's review, we have had children, but we have always avoided allowing them to disturb the moments of relaxing conviviality of others. I honestly can no longer stand that carelessness and bad manners are imposed on me. I conclude by appreciating the behavior of the owner!! I have not been there yet and I had already planned to do so, having heard the very positive experiences of friends and relatives, a very valid reason to do it as soon as possible.

03/07/2025: We went to drink only a very good coffee, a super sweet orange juice and a brioche. Panoramic view of the sea. Compliments to the barista and the boy who helps, two friendly and very nice people

24/07/2025: The food was very good, the two of us shared a starter, a first course, a second course, a side dish and a dessert, a bottle of water and 1/2 litre of wine, coffee was offered to us, we spent €71.00

23/07/2025: Bah 🤷‍♂️ not satisfied… what to say.. the welcome was ok then we right wait 15/20 min to been served the menu on a half empty restaurant.. We ordered 2 dishes to start.. so price was definitely not to aspect portion where small but from a starter I guess is ok … After that the real problem, never take the dish Umberto or what’s its called.. that’s a literally the Resturant taking a piss if you. We wait 30 min for a the smallest dish “as a main “ I ever see in my life … 4 mussels.. 2 clams 3 peace of zucchini and 2 spoons literally 2 spoon of barley…. How can you serve that?? And not even feel sorry for yourself…. After that not a single smile, get the bill and walked away with a single good bye or so… Terrible decision to eat in this place!!! Never again and I will definitely not suggest to anyone in the future!!! Big no for me!!!!’ 😡😡😡

13/07/2025: Great spot near the old historic center. Located in a car-free area. The service is top-notch, and the appetizers alone are fantastic. Delicious wines, great pizzas, and the desserts are also delicious. A great place to come with kids, but also as a couple.

25/07/2025: An excellent restaurant where you can enjoy seafood specialties made with high-quality ingredients, and above all, the staff are courteous and professional. The atmosphere is very clean and beautiful, especially for the sea view. You can even watch the fish being cleaned, and above all, you can experience the freshness of the seafood firsthand. All the dishes we ordered were excellent, and the prices are very fair, especially for the quality of the ingredients used. What more can I say?
