25/11/2025: Ate dinner here twice. The food was so good. The chef was very good.

15/11/2025: By chance we stopped to check if they could squeeze us in and it was one of the best meals we have had in Italy so far.

16/10/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived right at 7:30 PM when it just opened, on a very cold evening. We were the first customers of the night, and the restaurant was completely empty inside. However, when we asked for a table, the waitress told us that only outdoor seating was available — even though there were plenty of empty tables indoors. After leaving, we checked online and saw that there were still many open tables available at that time. As Asian customers, it was very hard not to feel that we were treated differently because of our race. Being denied indoor seating while the restaurant clearly had space felt humiliating and discriminatory. This is not just poor service — it is racism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not happen anywhere. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and ensures no one else has to experience such racist treatment again.

11/10/2025: A surprising food and wine journey into the heart of Puglia in Fasano. As a winemaker and food and wine expert, I'm rarely so impressed by a dining experience in the area. At the Ardecuore Restaurant, I had a simply impeccable evening, where every detail was attended to with passion and expertise. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: clear, authentic flavors, never masked, but enhanced by a cuisine that respects and elevates each ingredient. The appetizer menu was a crescendo of balance and creativity, while two dishes in particular won me over: a rare elegance and balance of spaghetti with white truffle and a perfectly executed Pigeon Reale, intense, evocative (with an exceptional carob sauce), and juicy. Paired with a 2017 Le Braci, an absolute icon of Puglia's winemaking tradition, served at the perfect temperature and complemented by a surprising wine list that showcases a Puglia beyond the usual clichés, with bold and highly valuable choices. Honorable mention goes to the spirits list, a true gem for enthusiasts and connoisseurs: not everyone has a Caroni on the list, and that speaks volumes about the research and expertise that permeates this place. Ardecuore is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where passion for flavor blends with a love of hospitality. I will return soon and often. Sincere compliments to all the staff and to Vito for how they welcomed us and made us feel at home.

24/10/2025: We arrived by chance and this one did things very well. The place is very quiet at this time of year, a beautiful panorama, excellent cuisine and attentive waiters, what more could you ask for, we will return with great pleasure if the opportunity arises again.

19/10/2025: A very nice place to eat - below the arches - nice menu with varied dishes and we really enjoyed the soup and family style salads. Try to get there early (12:30ish) when it opens so you don’t have to wait for table

08/10/2025: They give you olives, bread and taralli pugliesi on the house. The taralli were of two types, very good, soft and crunchy in the same time. Pasta with burrata and tomato sauce had a fresh taste. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The terrace is heated. Reservation is recommended.

05/11/2025: Cool place close to the water. Make sure to ask what they have that was caught that day. We had a fish i had never heard of or seen before as an appetizer. It was really good. Those aren't its actual eyes...I added pomegranate seeds.

23/11/2025: This morning I woke up craving true Apulian comfort food: orecchiette with ragù. Not having four hours to spare for a homemade dish, I started looking for nearby restaurants. And I decided on Cortiletto. When we booked, they correctly informed us that the table was in the courtyard and not inside. It's a good thing, because the courtyard is well-protected and decidedly more comfortable than the inside, further enhanced by Lea, our wonderful house cat. The restaurant is meticulously maintained and extremely pleasant. The service, despite the Sunday crowds, was prompt, courteous, and impeccable. The cuisine, perhaps too focused on the lavish appetizers that all trattorias require on a Sunday in Puglia, could use a little more focus and attention on the main courses.

18/11/2025: Divine lunch, congratulations! We were there yesterday, a Monday in November, at a table on the veranda with a glass window that lets you enjoy the sea, which has its charm even in winter. We left delighted. We'll be back soon! Thank you 🤗
