16/10/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived right at 7:30 PM when it just opened, on a very cold evening. We were the first customers of the night, and the restaurant was completely empty inside. However, when we asked for a table, the waitress told us that only outdoor seating was available — even though there were plenty of empty tables indoors. After leaving, we checked online and saw that there were still many open tables available at that time. As Asian customers, it was very hard not to feel that we were treated differently because of our race. Being denied indoor seating while the restaurant clearly had space felt humiliating and discriminatory. This is not just poor service — it is racism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not happen anywhere. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and ensures no one else has to experience such racist treatment again.

11/10/2025: A surprising food and wine journey into the heart of Puglia in Fasano. As a winemaker and food and wine expert, I'm rarely so impressed by a dining experience in the area. At the Ardecuore Restaurant, I had a simply impeccable evening, where every detail was attended to with passion and expertise. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: clear, authentic flavors, never masked, but enhanced by a cuisine that respects and elevates each ingredient. The appetizer menu was a crescendo of balance and creativity, while two dishes in particular won me over: a rare elegance and balance of spaghetti with white truffle and a perfectly executed Pigeon Reale, intense, evocative (with an exceptional carob sauce), and juicy. Paired with a 2017 Le Braci, an absolute icon of Puglia's winemaking tradition, served at the perfect temperature and complemented by a surprising wine list that showcases a Puglia beyond the usual clichés, with bold and highly valuable choices. Honorable mention goes to the spirits list, a true gem for enthusiasts and connoisseurs: not everyone has a Caroni on the list, and that speaks volumes about the research and expertise that permeates this place. Ardecuore is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where passion for flavor blends with a love of hospitality. I will return soon and often. Sincere compliments to all the staff and to Vito for how they welcomed us and made us feel at home.

08/10/2025: Everything was sooo good. The bread and the snack from the house were the best we’ve had. The caprese salad was huge, taste was very fresh and there was a variety of tomatoes. The Dubai Tiramisu is having kataif and pistachio, but also the traditional lady fingersc very interesting and delicious combination.

08/10/2025: They give you olives, bread and taralli pugliesi on the house. The taralli were of two types, very good, soft and crunchy in the same time. Pasta with burrata and tomato sauce had a fresh taste. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The terrace is heated. Reservation is recommended.

29/09/2025: A very nice trattoria with young, motivated service. Whether inside or in the lovely garden, the seating is very comfortable and idyllic. Very simple but good regional cuisine and excellent value for money.

25/09/2025: Tucked away in a quiet little corner, this trattoria feels warm and homey the moment you walk in. What really blew me away though was the food way better than you’d ever expect from such a modest spot. The kitchen turns out dishes that are both thoughtful and full of flavor, and you can really tell the whole team works together perfectly. There’s a kind of harmony between them that comes through on the plate. What I loved most is the creative twist in every dish, it’s not your usual, straightforward Pugliese cooking. If you want something a bit different from the classic seafood-focused menus around here, El Cortiletto is definitely worth checking out. You’ll leave pleasantly surprised and probably planning your next visit.

29/09/2025: High-quality food. Starters are generous portions. Don't let yourself be persuaded to order too much. We were allowed to take the leftovers home. If you want to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor, you must make a reservation in advance.

02/09/2025: Apparently, you have to be Italian to be served properly. The dishes were tasty after an hour of waiting. The head waiter was obviously overzealous and made us pay for our hesitation when ordering. What a shame such baseness in such a magnificent setting.

31/08/2025: Great spot for coffee and cornetto. Service is fast and friendly, and atmosphere is great.

10/09/2025: We arrived at around 1:15 p.m. and left at 3 p.m. for only a few pieces of filled bread and tasteless pasta. Already, a 15-minute wait for the menus when there were only 2 tables available... The "bruchetta" are only 2 pieces of toasted bread, well filled however and quite good. But the main course, pasta with shrimp and "ceps", in addition to the wait time (40 minutes) and the ridiculous quantity on the plate, was simply not good. Flabby mushrooms, large hard and grainy pasta, and 4 poor shrimps fighting a duel. With that, a fish of barely 150-200g billed at 300g, with the vegetables of the day at 4€: soggy spinach shoots. All this for over €100 in total Not to mention the waitress who seemed delighted to be there... In short, if you want to be disappointed, go for it.
