I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Puglia

21/04/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con amici, appena arriva il cameriere era già nervoso, iniziamo a ordinare e veniamo a sapere che più di 3 piatti diversi non li possiamo ordinare in modo che la cucina non si “incasinassero” e ci siamo accontentati di piatti che metà commensali non volevano. Arrivano i piatti e la pasta era cruda, frutti di mare insapore, abbiamo chiesto il vino e hanno detto che avevano finito le bottiglie per mettere la bevanda, di conseguenza si sono arrangiati con quello che hanno trovato. L’unica cosa buona erano le bevande che non sono prodotte da loro. Lo sconsiglio

24/05/2026: We spent a weekend at the property. The room was impeccable. The hospitality was top-notch. The spa service was excellent. The staff were wonderful. The dinner and lunch service was excellent. Compliments to the chef and all the staff. We especially thank Mr. Stefanelli at the reception and Luigi De Giorgi at the restaurant. Letizia and Giada at the spa. If we had to rate the property, we'd give it a 10. Thank you so much to all of you ❤️

02/06/2025: Posto molto curato, semplice ed elegante. Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono. Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO

23/05/2025: Ottimo primo piatto a base di mare con pasta fresca. Ottimo secondo di mare. Bellissima location, con vista porto di Trani e scorcio cattedrale Romania. Servizi igienici puliti. Personale professionale. Unica nota negativa: piatti "sbeccati" in più punti.

25/08/2025: Nothing as promised, a place with great potential but left to itself. Don't promise things you haven't done yet! The restaurant is unusable, the apartments are dirty and poorly equipped, with dirty and malfunctioning refrigerators! For 60 people, there are two washing machines that you have to compete to use! The pool is nice but has major maintenance problems (broken railing, raised wooden flooring). You don't see anyone during the day except for an employee who does everything every now and then and on his day off he was left to his own devices. Will I go back? No, in fact I advise you not to go. Furthermore, I discovered that I paid the same amount as a family of 4 and there were two of us. Same period and no air conditioning. Stop making fun of those who work all year just to be able to enjoy a few days of vacation!!!!

21/07/2025: A few small things could be improved, but really not much. An ideal place for anyone seeking peace and convenience, freedom of movement, an excellent location, and a helpful manager. Worth a try, especially if you have a dog. Highly recommended.

26/04/2026: I've been there several times and I can't help but be satisfied. The prices are really low and the food is good. The place is small and cute.

14/02/2025: In pieno centro di Mola, Ottima pizza e buoni gli antipasti. Ambiente informale e personale sorridente e disponibile. Da considerare.
