Mrs. Francesca welcomed us with great attention and courtesy, proposing and suggesting various menus with selected and well-plated dishes. Don't miss the signs with the desserts and cheeses offered by Mrs. Alessandra, an excellent sommelier. The culinary offerings were of an excellent standard.

Even though the restaurant was fully booked, the service was impeccable: attentive, courteous and well organised. We had to wait a bit before being served, but the wait was repaid by the goodness of the dishes. The only small regret was the position of our table, which did not allow us to enjoy the view of the lake, one of the distinctive elements of the place. In any case, the quality-price ratio is absolutely adequate for the experience offered.

27/04/2025: Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. You can sense that the work is done with love and passion. We enjoyed the excellent tagliolini with venison ragù, the poached tomino on potato roesti and the apple and chestnut strudel. The dishes are well presented, the ingredients are top quality, the portions generous and the quality-price ratio is decidedly good.

25/05/2025: If you are celiac this is really a place you can't miss. AIC certified place. All dishes with generous portions (especially the fried fish). Very good fried fish, light and crunchy, one of the best I've ever eaten. Super friendly and hospitable owners. Wide selection of very good and special gluten-free beers. I will definitely go back if I go back to the area.

Despite the crowd we didn't have to wait long for a table inside, the wait for the dishes was average and the quality was truly excellent

19/04/2025: If you go to Stresa, stop by this restaurant, and don't forget to try the gnocchi. According to my husband and daughter, who eat them all the time, they are some of the best they have ever eaten. Tender, tasty and with a spectacular sauce. The vitello tonnato was also a delicious surprise: fine meat, mild taste and well balanced with the sauce, as it should be. The place has a charming family atmosphere and the treatment is very close and friendly. They make you feel at home from the first moment. A totally recommended place to eat well and have a good time.
