15/10/2025: Rather than dine here again, I'd hike all the way up to Urbino carrying a 20kg load.
We were a group, and we all had pasta for our first course. Everyone was disappointed: maybe 80g of pasta, almost no sauce, and frozen ingredients. Second course (mandatory otherwise you'd go home hungry): many dishes were missing from the menu. The tagliata was very good, nothing to complain about. Desserts: they even got them wrong... they didn't even bring mine... they didn't even bring us bread, yet when it came to the bill they actually charged a cover charge!! €40 each for a terrible meal, and even a small one at that. An evening to forget. When we got back, we made some spaghetti at home.
06/10/2025: I was craving meat, so I chose a grilled beef steak, asking for it rare. Well done, it arrived perfectly cooked, piping hot and delicious. A small flaw in the service... if they put cutlery on your plate, you replace it, not remove it and put it on the table. Still, recommended for the food.

I think the portions were about right although I can see that people used to big portions may be disappointed
14/09/2025: Strolling through Urbino, a pleasant location discovered while strolling... local food, crescia with charcuterie boards and gratinated vegetables.
Everything was very good, served by young and friendly waiters, but very expensive.

15/10/2025: I went with some friends on a Friday night for pizza.
I had the parmigiana pizza. The dough was very good...it didn't get soggy in the middle like I've had at some places. The beer was very good, in fact, Octoberfest is held there at a certain time of year.
We sat at a table on a raised wooden platform, and unfortunately, I have to say, it was a bit uncomfortable.

28/09/2025: Restaurant recommended by friends. Being a Sunday, the service was good but chaotic. The appetizers, meat, and dessert were really good, but it's a shame the first courses were truly awful. A very dry gricia and an amatriciana that tasted like plain pasta with tomato sauce.

A top-notch host who read our hunger like a palmist at a fair. Whether antipasti, first courses, or second courses, everything was a perfect match for our tastes. And the service team was always attentive and courteous. On top of that, we found the whole experience to be excellent value for money.

21/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Felix Taverna dei Pescatori – Let Yourself Be Guided
The first thing I asked for when ordering was my usual spaghetti with clams.
The owner, Felix, with his fake-gruff demeanor, rolled his eyes and replied, "More!? We have them if you want, but today we have this. Trust me."
Faced with my insistence, he turned to my girlfriend: "From now on, I'll only talk to you, not to him." So they chose the dishes.
We started with a small appetizer: boiled mantis shrimp, delicious, plus a seafood tramezzino, which I ate on faith.
For me, spaghetti with pesto and Sorrento lemon zest, imposed by the two people behind me. For her, fusilloni with zucchini and zucchini flowers stuffed with mussels.
A perfect blend of sea and land, accompanied by an excellent bottle of Arneis.
It was pleasant to be there, in that spot next to the harbor, on a beautiful day when, around 1 pm, we could enjoy a cool breeze coming from the sea. A lunch that wasn't just food, but an experience.
We didn't eat anything else today, but this review is also an opportunity to take stock of another dinner a few days ago. And precisely because we had such a good time the other evening—I think it was Wednesday—we returned.
On Wednesday, we were greeted with an appetizer, again with mantis shrimp, and with gratinated mussels, which I'm fond of (I'm a creature of habit). Then, after requesting the usual roast sea bass, the owner "scolded" me, pointing out that, since the fishing ban had ended just the day before, the sea had yielded the best there was on the market and that eating a training fish was crazy. So we ate a mixed grill of monkfish, sole, uniquely delicious calamari, and more. In their simplicity, it was like eating the sea. The lemon? Felix replied, "It's just for garnish. It's not used on good fish."
It was a sublime evening, too.
Felix's friendliness makes everything more authentic; the courtesy of his wife, who, alongside him, does the hosting for every table, makes you feel welcomed like family. And then the waiters, chosen from among the young men from Fano who are eager to gain experience: with their good-natured manner, they immediately put you at ease, as if the person serving you were the son of a family friend or a nephew.
And as soon as you enter, you understand that the experience at Felix Taverna dei Pescatori is different: the two signs at the entrance say it all.
"If you're in a hurry, this is not your restaurant" and "Here we cook, not bake."
Two signs that make you smile, but they perfectly capture the spirit of the place: here, the weather is right for real cooking, not for reheating something in a pan.
Eventually, I realized that those signs weren't a warning, but a promise. A promise kept.

28/08/2025: As a stop on the way down it is perfect ..... Beautiful and very clean swimming pool .... Friendly and nice managers and owners ... Spectacular sea and hill view, you sleep in the cool and sing very well.
19/08/2025: Agricamping with services and a pool, on the Marina Palmense hill, with a stunning view, cool climate, and absolute peace!
The sea is within walking distance with a 15-minute uphill walk. Their olive oil is excellent.
I highly recommend it!

09/09/2025: I've been frequenting this pizzeria for 20 years, maybe more, and their pizza has never disappointed me. Neapolitans might turn up their noses at it (thin and crustless), but the quality of the ingredients, the perfect cooking, and, why not, even the pre-slicing into eight slices, make it an excellent product that also wins on the budget, with an exceptional price/quality ratio! But... there's a but: market logic (very respectable) has led managers to excessively increase the number of tables and the number of customers they can accommodate, often forcing customers to get up to let other customers or the waiters pass. Not to mention the audio confusion that has now reached the limits of tolerability, again due to the excessive number of customers.
It's a shame, I would have happily given it 5 stars, but I hope to be able to award them in the future, a future with a little less chaos than it was until a few years ago.
