15/03/2025: Disgusting. Two calamarata, two mushes, you didn't know what you were eating, after all we should have understood since at 1pm there wasn't a living soul. To conclude, two first courses with 750 cc of water cost €40. Absolutely not recommended.

22/01/2025: Yesterday 01/21/2024 my wife and I asked for half a meter of Rossa pizza, instead a white pinsa with parmigiana arrived as well🤣🤣, now I don't know who cooks or even less who makes the pinsa instead of the pizza having a mean. #Pinsapizzanonbiancamarossavabenecomunque🤣

19/03/2025: We stopped one evening for dinner and ate well, particularly good were the Mastin Vecchio appetizer and the pasta carbonara with truffle. Unfortunately among the pieces of fried dumpling we found a squid tentacle; we would have expected a small discount, it would have been enough not to include a glass of wine to apologize for what happened. It's a shame this lack of style and professionalism!

16/03/2025: Very beautiful and elegant environment, with an excellent view of the castle walls. Very good food, shame about the waiting times and the music which perhaps doesn't suit the place. Overall good restaurant

09/02/2025: Mi sono fatto ingannare dalla posizione panoramica del locale, dalla tovaglia e dal tovagliolo di stoffa, dal menu apparentemente sofisticato e dai prezzi medio alti, l'esperienza è questa: ordino un primo, la voce del menu riporta : tagliatella fatta a mano con pomodorini, fave ,guanciale e finocchietto selvatico.......mi arriverà un piatto abbastanza scarso di tagliatelle condite con la salsa di pomodoro da conserva a cui all'ultimo momento il cuoco ha aggiunto qualche fava e una spolverata di spezia in polvere del barattolo non pervenuta al gusto..... , alla cassa quando gli faccio notare l'inganno sorvolano sbrigativamente dicendomi che avrei dovuto dirglielo prima, come fosse stata colpa mia,,,,ma se uno vuole prendere in giro la gente faccia pure, io ti pago comunque il conto te lo dico e te lo recensisco e poi non mi vedi più.

15/02/2025: Excellent cuisine and good raw materials. A beautiful room which for the occasion of Valentine's Day was enlivened by the sound of live piano. The low service score is not the fault of the waiters (who were all up to par) but of a lack of organization and communication with the kitchen due to intolerances already at the booking stage. It had been confirmed that there would be no problems with a dairy-free menu, but 2 courses were missing as a starter (then made up for later by the chef) and in the end my diner was left without dessert (a beetroot granita is difficult to think of as a dessert on Valentine's Day). Before the event you could win a bottle by taking a selfie, but nothing is known about this prize (we also asked but here too there was no coordination between the parties)

10/03/2025: Excellent restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. You eat well and pay the right price, recommended. The restaurant is open: Friday and Saturday for dinner Sunday for lunch and dinner Holidays by reservation. Reservation is recommended.

02/03/2025: A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The room was excellent and the breakfast was magnificent. Stefania made our stay very comfortable.

13/03/2025: Siamo andati nel locale per vedere una partita e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, il locale era pieno, con persone per lo più giovani. Abbiamo preso due birre a testa con prezzi onesti. Il personale gentilissimo e la birra ottima anche se non accompagnata con niente.

20/03/2025: Il Casale delle Rose is a quiet and welcoming farmhouse, you can breathe an air of home. Excellent service, very strategic location and clean rooms. I also recommend it for the welcome you get.

07/04/2025: The environment is simple but well-kept. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the food is well cooked in a traditional way, the portions are right. Good price quality. A place to definitely try again

30/03/2025: Very slow service, there were two of us and we waited 50 minutes for two first courses which didn't even arrive together, but 5 minutes apart. They weren't even that tasty and the spaghetti was dry with sand from the clams, so it definitely wasn't worth the wait. High prices. Good frying.
