Small, well-equipped campsite on the hill, beautiful views, one night in a tent, nice pool, a bit expensive and too many insects

We spent five wonderful days at Azienda Abruzzotti near Fermo and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The owner, Maria, is a truly kind person who supported us throughout our stay with her warmhearted nature and helpfulness. You feel welcome from the very first moment. A particular highlight was the Sunday dinner, which Maria prepared herself. The delicious four-course meal with regional specialties, accompanied by wine and followed by coffee, was a true culinary delight and a wonderful opportunity to experience the local cuisine. The campsite itself is an oasis of tranquility. The well-maintained pool provides welcome refreshment on warm days. The magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby city of Fermo is particularly impressive – a panorama you won't soon forget. Maria also sells her own high-quality olive oil and other regional products such as wine, ham, and salami. A lovely way to take a piece of this special region home with you. A very nice pitch with a wonderful view. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there: 5A electricity and water at the pitch. The sinks and showers are new and very clean. It's best to change clothes outside the showers, but that's not a problem. There's plenty of hot water, so even washing long hair is possible. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open in May. The access road is quite steep but manageable. Highly recommended!
