21/10/2024: I stopped by the shop this morning for the first time. Clean and tidy environment. I had a focaccia with ham and a piece of cherry jam tart (all gluten-free), I must say that I was very happy. It was all very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Well done :) I recommend it to you.

31/03/2025: Michael (chef) and Arianna (room manager) are impeccable! Their proposals are original, tasty, simply excellent. The dishes you see have been portioned out and therefore may seem not very abundant, but it is because we chose to taste different things and we preferred to divide some dishes between us. I was the only one who took the dessert and therefore it will be necessary to return again to complete the Work!!! Hi, keep it up!

02/04/2025: A stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo, in the center of beautiful San Severino, there is this nice and pleasant place that combines the quality of local raw materials with the taste and ability to prepare the dishes. We tasted spaghettoni with caramelized onions, bacon and tomato, lamb stew and a spectacular fassona steak with mayonnaise flavored with anchovies... delicious desserts and a wide wine list but correctly focused on the territory. Young and professional service, correct bill.

24/02/2025: Business lunch. Two people. Excellent food. Impeccable service. Very welcoming and super clean place. Very kind and professional staff. The dishes, two first courses and two desserts, were excellent. The wine is also excellent. Fair prices. When I'm in the area I will definitely return to try other dishes. Well done, good, good

05/02/2025: I'm sorry because the place itself would be magnificent aesthetically which is a lot of wasted potential. Maybe there too, taking care of the place wouldn't be a bad idea, and we don't mean the floors, but the half sheet that lets in air and wind while you eat. Even more traumatic is the food. From the location and the prices, which are relatively high, one expects something of quality, here too, entirely appreciative. As a former restaurant worker, it was a trauma, very low quality food, frozen products. Making dishes with lots of absurd things and a nice platter doesn't mean it's good. Bread, toasted, completely black, no, it's not cooked, it was heated on completely dirty trays, a clean one wouldn't hurt. After all Price quality = -100 Place = 7 Food=1 never again, I hope in managers who don't just think about money but also about rebuilding a disastrous name. Better a customer who comes back and pays 10, than one who goes out, pays 20 and goes and tells anyone not to go. But after all, you only get rich in the summer thanks to the ignorant tourists who see your beautiful place and then, tac, feed themselves instagrammable food, and here is the time bomb of any place destined for failure

22/03/2025: In breve anzi in brevissimo, sono andato con quattro amici, due dei quali non erano mai stati prima e sono anzi siamo rimasti tutti entusiasti anche io che ero già andato un' altra volta. Una pizza buonissima ( la mia al tartufo e funghi eccezionale), un locale accogliente e molto confortevole, due ragazze al servizio sveglie e preparate, piacevoli e alla mano. Buona birra, buonissima frittura di antipasto e ottimo dolcetto finale. Uno di quei posti dove fare la classica "serata" tra amici alla grande. La spesa onestissima. Un ristorante da segnare come " i preferiti". Alessandro

24/02/2025: One of the best locations in the area to enjoy a typical Marche culinary experience with excellent raw materials, fantastic cuisine and friendly, professional staff. In summer, the beautiful estate has a swimming pool surrounded by greenery where you can relax and have fun in a natural and welcoming environment while also staying overnight in the adjacent rooms.

23/01/2025: Wedding with a bang on December 31st! We already knew the place and knew that it is always an excellent restaurant to enjoy fantastic real cuisine or an excellent pizza without losing a kidney, but with our event they outdid themselves. The owners were very willing to satisfy our multiple requests and rather than imposing a single method on us, as many do, they asked us what we wanted and in the end they took the liberty of adding other things (subject to communication) without going to influence the agreed price... which incidentally was quite advantageous compared to the others we consulted. The buffet was splendid, the dinner was exceptional, the cake made by them was wonderful (and also good), avoiding us taking photos with ridiculous cardboard or polystyrene cakes: we received compliments (truly) from everyone. The restaurant also provided us with a selection of craft beers on tap, something that the other restaurants did not offer. The acoustics of the reception room where the 4-piece band played were excellent without disturbing the guests in the slightest. The thing that convinced us the most, however, was the possibility of welcoming guests in two different rooms: the buffet in the rustic farmhouse and dinner in the more elegant reception room. Furthermore, the managers also offered to take care of the fireworks, saving us quite a bit. If I can point out just one flaw, I would have preferred better management of the spirits corner which, although it offered excellent options, would have had more effect with better exposure.

20/03/2025: They have a strange menu system designed to make you pay more, you basically can't eat what you want. They couldn't have done worse service: the two older gentlemen are rude, they don't even let you eat calmly. Anonymous place inside, practically impossible to move because the tables are too close together. The food isn't bad (even if after 7 months the menu is still the same) too bad they didn't bring us some of the dishes. In short, to sum up, nothing is worth saving.

16/11/2024: Andare al ristorante "Il Tiglio" è un atto di fedeltà. Arrivare a destinazione richiede un percorso lungo e tortuoso per strade a volte scomode soprattutto nel tratto finale. L'accoglienza è garantita dalla professionalità del maitre di sala, che decanta i piatti in una cantilena bisbigliata sottovoce come la poesia del Palazzeschi " La fontana malata". Alla presentazione fa seguito un susseguirsi continuo di portate sommerse a volte nei sapori di un bosco avvolto in una nebbia fitta, che copre col proprio fumo tutto il tavolo . Sono le alchimie dello chef, che gioca e si diverte nelle sue strane fusioni, attingendo dalla tradizione autoctona per arrivare a piatti, in cui è impossibile risalire alla materia prima che li ha composti. Ottime le ultime innovazioni.

01/11/2024: Che dire da tanto che desideravo provare questo posto e ne vale proprio la pena un esplosione di sapori e gusti nuovi preparati a regola d’arte dall’accoglienza del personale all’abbinamento dei vini ad assaggio eccellenti , dall’aperitivo di benvenuto passando al semplice pane che mai mangiato così buono e per conclude dolce e praline che ti lascino senza parole.

29/03/2025: I think one star is even too much. They “welcomed” us at 8:00 pm telling us to leave the table at 8:45 pm (and the table was not reserved) after my several and repeated unanswered calls to reserve a table, from 1 pm. The answer was: “probably there is some problem with the line”… I have some doubts, given that the line was free. Not to mention the poor and terrible quality of the food. I took, in theory, a margherita with sausages… In practice I received a mass of mozzarella that smelled of stale milk and four COUNTED slices of sausage on top. My companion had a first course with asparagus, but instead of asparagus there were only carrot stumps. He had also ordered grilled vegetables of which he never saw a shadow. All this paid 30 euros. It seems excessive and inappropriate given the quality with which we were served and treated. I'm sorry I'll never go back again.

26/01/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant in early September. A pleasant discovery, excellent food, excellent quality, the octopus with potatoes especially cooked perfectly, not to mention the spaghetti with clams cooked just right. The waiter who served us was very kind and very nice. Also excellent value for money. Highly recommended
